駅から5分ほどの距離でお部屋は暗証番号キーで入室します。3日に1回のお掃除でしたがタオル、ゴミ、水の補充は毎日してくれます。女性は髪の毛が床にあるのが気になるのでクイックルワイパーあるとなおよしでした。 TVもYouTubeやNetflixも見れてゆっくり出来ます。洗濯機、キッチンがあり、その中には食器もあるので料理こそしませんでしたが電子レンジもあり便利でした。お風呂はシャワーのみでしたが全く問題ないです。

Fantastic cleanliness. Staff tries really hard to provide great service and communication. We did have trouble communicating with them in English some of the time. The email with check-in instructions was delayed. Location is an ok distance from the subway station. Food felt tourist-y. The convenience store nearby is on the small side. Area is quiet enough. Booked a room for 4 people. The bedroom bed was wonderful. Was expecting the couch in the living room to fold out but instead it was a thin mattress on the floor, under the tv. Was uncomfortable with the mattress being right under the tv. The technology in the unit is topnotch. We especially enjoyed the LG Styler. There is ample storage space to keep us organized. We enjoyed having a kitchen. The price is very fair. Photos were accurate. Unit is spacious enough.

체크인, 체크아웃때 뵌 직원분 엄청 친절하셔서 더 기분좋은 1박 2일을 보낼수 있었습니다ㅎ 주변에 편의점, 카페, 맛집도 많고 문앞까지 배달주문도 가능해서 너무 편했구요, 숙소도 깔끔하고 넓고 예쁘게 잘 되어있어서 같이 간 조카가 여기서 살고 싶다고ㅎㅎㅎ 공연보고 하루 놀다가 가자고 해서 예약했었는데, 다음에는 특별한 일정 없어도 와서 지내다 가고 싶어요:-) 즐거웠습니다!!

全体的には満足してます。急遽対応してくれたスタッフの方の対応も非常に親切でした。ただ、細かな部分の掃除が行き届いていない（髪の毛が落ちていたり、壁の汚れなど）なと感じる点が多かったのが少しだけ残念な部分です。

Our 1bedroom was spacious and very clean. There’s small washer and styler for small amounts of laundry. Also the hotel price was reasonable for location. The only complaint was that no sign for hotel so it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel.

Subway was walkable from the property. About 7 min. Hotel staff were very accomodating and good at communication. I docked some points for cleaniness because one night the bed change had a stain on the pillowcase. They were quick to change it the next day when I asked. Also, the smell of sewer was very rancid some nights. It consumed the smell of the whole room. It was hard to tolerate and we had to leave until the smell was gone.

Outside of the occasional cigarette smell from neighbors, the unit was extremely clean and comfortable to stay in. No noise until construction outside began around 9AM

Good, but I hope the building can treat their windows or turn the air conditioning back on because when the sun hits, the room gets very warm. Without air conditioning it gets to be unbearable, even with a window open in December.

관리상태 침구 모두 좋았어요. 근처에 공사현장이 있어 창문을 열수가 없어 불편햇지만 이것보다 어디선가 들리는 남녀 웃음소리가 새벽까지 들려 잠을 제대로 잘 수가 없었네요. 여러명이 파티를 하는지 정말 심하더라구요. 방음이 잘 안돼는 듯 해요.

出張でCタイプに1ヶ月ほど滞在しました。部屋は清潔で毎日簡易清掃とタオル交換してもらえます。(3日に一回は通常清掃)洗濯機で好きな時に洗濯できるのが助かりました。またお部屋のマッサージ機には毎日お世話になりました。困ったのは窓の前のビルが工事中で、週末も早朝から工事音が響くことです。耳栓を持っていたのでなんとかなりましたがかなり残念でした。また施設内も隣室の話し声などが少し聞こえます。音以外は、スタッフの方も親切で快適な滞在でした。工事が終わればまた泊まりたいです。(が、数年前の口コミでも同じようなことが書かれていたような…ずっと工事してるんでしょうか…)

The unit next to us had parties every night and we could hear everything. One night it was loud music and voices until 530am. UH could do nothing because they didn’t own the unit next to us. They didn’t inform us that our neighbour wasn’t part of UH until we complained about the noise. The front desk staff barely speak English and use a translator app when communicating with you through WhatsApp. Unit was clean but the late night extreme noise is inexcusable.

It is my second visit in last in 12 months, staying for 2-3 weeks each time. Very modern and convenient place to stay. The subway is about 2 blocks away. The front desk people are very kind and helpful. I did not cook.

Incredible hospitality. There was a problem with smoking resident on the bottom which was not managed by UHFLAT so we were immediately moved to different suite. Staffs were really polite and willing to assist in many ways. I will come back again next year knowing how we were treated.

i have stayed in many properties in seoul, including joeson palace and jw marriott. this property is by the best. the service is great and the location is amazing. the staff is the bets part, i really appreciate Mark for his excellent support and seamless check in/out process. Even after check out mark was always supportive. 5 stars!

I say go for the bigger rooms, its worth it! Overall quite nice. You can easily and quickly text with the front desk people. Personally I liked building A over building B but thats because i had a smaller room in building B before upgrading to building A. There is construction nearby as of September/October 2025, but its ok. You can check in at any time. They are quite flexible with cleaning and checkout and can hold your luggage.
