Condo Hotel Porto Horizonte

J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à l'hôtel avec ma famille. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Par contre, il y a une cuisinière avec aucun accessoires pour cuisiner. Pour les piscines, la construction d'un hôtel juste à côté fait vraiment beaucoup de bruit et c'est dérangeant. La plage est belle et le personnel est toujours serviable. Sécuritaire.

La playa muy descuidada

I booked this trip as a bday gift for my daughter, her brother and her mother. I was away on business so I couldn’t attend and that is fortunate for this staff. I am very disappointed for the feedback that I received from my wife. Seems the staff was incredibly negligent in making them feel welcome, although this was all inclusive, there often was not any more food for the children to go get what they wanted or let alone another plate, the drinks are outrageously priced along with everything else in the area, and the children themselves said they felt uncomfortable in the room as if the entire hotel had bad energy. I think they should take all inclusive out of their description because you might get one meal if you show up as they open. They really didn’t have enough food and it seems there were people who would grab six or seven plates at one time not considering others. The staff was not very friendly and very dismissive. Overall, the experience for my kids and my wife was terrible. The only good thing is the proximity to the beach.Drinks are not included as I thought they’d be. All these other reviews must be fake because this was not a good trip for my family and memorable for all the wrong reasons.

The hotel and the staff was horrible. It was not an all inclusive resort as advertised. The food they did off was deplorable! They had no butter, meat ok for coffee. They had a make shift bar that was ridiculous by the pool. Service was terrible. Would not recommend this hotel to your worst enemy!

The hotel was really comfortable. All-inclusive package was worth it. Food ( breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and poolside drinks included). Food was delicious and great variety. The hotel is located in a great area. ( albeit, new construction happening adjacently). The beach is only a minute walk away. I would recommend and revisit this hotel for the value.
