Limited parking right off of busy street. Long distance to room from car

The hotel management was very helpful and very proactive, especially the front desk manager Asya and the hotel managers M.Wael and M.Shawky. We had a free upgrade to a family room which was great with a child. My daughter loved the animal figures prepared by room service and i appreciated the fruit baskets. The food was amazing with lots of variety. The heated pools were a blessing when the weather was on the cold side. The slides were amazing but the jetty was under repair. There was an alternative though which was to use Steigenberger's jetty a bit further down the beach walkway. Would definitely recommend!

The resort is beautiful with a lovely gardens, a beach and big swimming pools. There were plenty of sun beds when we visited in November 2025. The sea is shallow for a long way, with access to deeper swimming areas and the coral reef from the end of the pontoon. The food is of good quality and there’s a great terrace bar with singers in the evening. On the slightly less positive side, the evening beach party and DJ techno music choices were better suited to a different crowd. Overall the quality of the evening entertainment was moderate. The JAZ resort is a collection of hotels, this was not initially clear. We stayed in the JAZ Beach Hotel but originally booked for the JAZ Park Hotel and then changed the booking after receiving an email advising us on the restrictions associated with the slightly less expensive hotel. From what we saw the JAZ Park Hotel had more children’s entertainment and the JAZ Beach Hotel was more geared towards adults although at the Beach Hotel there was a family restaurant we ate in the adults only restaurant. The bed was very hard but our room was a good size. Overall we enjoyed a great holiday.

Pene uteområder, rom kunne vært oppdatert men mer enn bra nok for oss (sjelden på rommet). Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. De ga oss en ekstra al a carte middag da Expedia hadde elendig kundeservice. Vær obs på at det står 3 al a carte middager på Expedia, det stemmer ikke, kun 1 pr opphold er inkludert. Strand var ren, må gå ut en pir for å komme til dypt nok vann for behagelig bading, men så ikke det som noe problem. God mat, godt utvalg.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone, families or couples as they had options for both. Hosny who works in Blue Bar was amazing and made the best drinks in the entire place. Unfortunately our checkout experience was not ideal, as we were told twice we’d have a golf cart pick us up to help move all our luggage up to the shuttle and no one showed, then the front desk kept telling us to wait for checkout, even though we were running late to the airport. I’d still recommend this location, but don’t trust assistance in the early morning.

Punti di forza: spiaggia spaziosa ,ambiente rilassante e poco rumoroso ,esterno molto curato nei giardini e ben attrezzato con piscine e bar, buona cucina internazionale variegata e un valore aggiunto è la cucina esterna con il grill con carne e pesce freschi cucinati alternati tutti i gg (lo chef Omar è bravissimo e simpaticissimo ).Inoltre il resort offre uno spazio shopping con piccoli negozi con prodotti tipici egiziani soprattutto olii, incensi spezie profumi etc..,oggettistica tipica . Una bella scoperta il negozio (si chiama Vero ) di pietre e argento del mitico Aladino e suo fratello! Per quanto riguarda invece l’ accesso alla barriera in questa zona è un po’ scomodo perché l’unico modo è percorrendo un pontile lungo tra i 500e i 600 m dove si raggiunge un punto per le immersioni quasi sempre ventoso e mare un po’ mosso quindi lo snorkelling non è molto rilassante (ad esempio solo il pomeriggio è bandiera bianca la mattina non è stato mai possibile immergersi per via delle onde) in compenso ha una spiaggia confortevole e c’è possibilità di fare il bagno sempre mattino e pomeriggio perché l’acqua la mattina raggiunge anche il metro. Aspetti da migliorare:gli addetti alla pulizia delle stanze sono molto disponibili e attenti ma devono imparare a non “pretendere “ le mance non te lo dicono apertamente ma te lo fanno capire molto bene. Poi le posate sarebbe opportuno inserirle nel tovagliolo piegato o anche sopra piuttosto che poggiarle direttamente sulle tovagliette.

Pool and grounds were nice but there was a clear difference between the areas of the resort. The beach side was significantly more updated and the front side needs to match. Also, we ended up having three rooms because the first two were either still dirty and smelled, or didn’t even have a large bed for a couple.

L accueil, la nourriture, les cocktail, le service super top. Le nettoyage n etait pas au top. Mais ca n a pas eu d'influence sur nos vacances.

Excellent hôtel. Personnel très sympathique à l’écoute très professionnel. La chambre ainsi que tout l’hôtel étaient super propres. Les repas très variés et succulents.

Öncelikle neredeyse tüm çalışanların yüzü azık. Güleryüz çok az gördüm. Resepsiyondaki bir kaç arkadaş hariç herkesin yüzü asık ve hiç de kibar değiller. Teşekkür etmene bile cevap vermiyorlar. Resepsiyon tarafındaki bar bölgesi çok pis ve kötü kokuyor. Bardaki arkadaşlar hijyen kurallarına çok dikkat etmiyor. Odalar iyi temizlenmemiş ve gerekli eksikler tam olarak tamamlanmıyor. Neye ihtiyacın varsa tek tek söylemen gerekiyor. Yine de housekeepindeki arkadaşlar da kibar. Hotelin görüntüsü ve yeşilliği güzel. Aqua Parka çıkış yeri çok saçma. Havuzdan kaydırağa gitmek için acı çekmek zorundasınız. Hotelin Genel Müdürü Türk olmasına rağmen bu yorumu yapmak beni üzüyor. Küba lı bir grup bar performansları çok güzel.

We did not like the incredible high volume level of the music everywhere, whether at the kids disco or at any evening show. Also, the pool cleaniness could be improved slightly.

Çalışanlar çok iyiydi, yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. özellikle hamur işlerine bayıldık. Otel genel olarak temizdi. sadece banyoda bakım kiti olmasını ve suların kilitli sulardan olmasını isterdik. Bir de odalara bakım yapılabilir.

I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to go to Egypt. The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. My wife has OCD so cleanliness is very important they cleaned the room 2/3 times a day folded our clothes and serviced us with any questions we had. Me as a guy food is the only thing that really matters! And the food options was great. They created a birthday cake for my wife which was amazing.

Amazing hotel. Great amenities. All areas very clean and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommended.

Overall good experience. The rooms are dated, the beach is not what you would expect since it's very shallow and the sand is more like gravel . Price is excellent for what you get

Service is very good and friendly staff. The food is ok and the selection is decent. For the price you pay is good. Only downside is that it’s a bit old, the rooms definitely needs an upgrade. That includes the electric, bathroom and the room in general.

Wonderful resort with lots to do! The staff were incredible, including Muhamed Saeid at the front desk who helped me a lot and the restaurant crew, who were very kind! Food was good and room was comfortable. The room wifi was pretty bad, but not a big deal for me. I used the laundry service and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are not like described, there is always something broken inside the room I had to switch twice my room ..

The resort was lovely, had everything you needed from small shops to hair dressers and lovely staff. Plenty for kids to do and also for adults. Most staff were lovely especially the staff in the restaurant - a special thanks to youssef. Some front desk staff can be a little more friendlier and smile often. We had issues with very loud noise from the hotel next door with their loud rave music every night, to which management tried their level best to get them to lower the volume. Offered us complimentary Al la carte dinner for our understanding. Wish we stayed a little longer.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome felt unenthusiastic and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, most of the staff I encountered seemed unfriendly or indifferent, which made even simple requests feel awkward. The food was passable but nothing memorable, average quality at best. As for the rooms, they were outdated. The furniture and decor looked tired, and the overall condition made the stay far less comfortable than I had hoped. With a bit of updating and maintenance, this could be improved significantly. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the combination of unfriendly service, mediocre food, and old rooms made for a disappointing visit. I hope management invests in improvements soon.

Points positifs : Grand complexe propre et bien entretenu Bonne nourriture Très bon service Points négatifs : Les chambres ont besoin de rénovation vieillot Les chefs ne sont pas coopératifs (on a demandé de la nourriture pour bébé plusieurs fois sans retour) Très mauvaise connexion internet dans les chambres Les desserts répétitifs dans tous les repas

Picked the hotel based on amazing online reviews and tell you what, it did not disappoint me. Went there for a family trip…was great. The hotel and facilities were excellent. Food was very good, specially breakfast and dinner…lunch was ok but with all inclusive you have the snack bars serving pizza, burgers, hotdogs and were great. Service was outstanding and the service team was exceptional on all fronts, specifically: - Abdallah Khaled in the reception/front office - Mohamed in room service, and - All the restraint staff. Thanks to everyone for the great hospitality

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from your staff. Although there was a mix-up with our room, the check-in process was still smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. A special thanks to Front Office Manager Ali, who promptly resolved the issue and even offered complimentary restaurant invitations as a gesture of goodwill. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and provided all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. I also wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by one of your team members, Eslam saber, at the restaurant. He made our experience even more memorable, especially for my two boys, who felt welcomed every time they walked in. I wish we could find people like Islam on all our holidays. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable.

Jaz Mirabel is a perfectly adequate Red Sea resort. Considering the extremely good value, I would find it harsh to criticise much. However, the food is average & seems to cater to the majority Eastern European guests. The grounds and beach were nice and you are able to use facilities at all of the Mirabel sister resorts. The staff were all very friendly and hard-working but felt like (as with most of Sharm) that everyone is on the grift for a tip. They were pleasantly surprised that I could use please and thank you in Arabic. The entertainments team did their best and what I saw of the Cuban dance show seemed good but I do not really come to a place like this for huge west end quality shows. Overall it seemed clean, friendly and I would come back for a long weekend at most.

We were only here for one night but our experience was AMAZING. Honestly made us wish that we were staying for longer. Mohamed from front desk was so welcoming and accommodating. Osama from the dining hall was also amazing! 10/10 recommend staying here

Staff very attentive and pleasant, hotel and grounds are kept beautiful and very well looked after. Beautiful setting, lovely being able to take a few steps from the hotel and straight onto the beach. Entertainment was very enjoyable. The food was amazing and catered for all tastes, so much to choose from throughout the day. Loved every minute

The hotel is lovely, very open grounds and not overcrowded. Food is fresh and really good quality with a wide selection. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Overall a great trip

I don’t recommend this hotel , bad food no activity beach is far away.

Tres spacieux, plage toute proche.

Otele erken giderseniz 50 dolar karşılığında erken giriş hizmeti alabiliyorsunuz. Şehirdeki en güzel yemeklere sahip otel diyebiliriz. Günün neredeyse her saati yemek hizmeti bulabilirsiniz. Özellikle pizza çıkan alanlardaki margarita pizzalar çok başarılı. Odalar sürekli temizleniyor ancak çok yeni değildi. Yine de odalar gayet temizdi. En olumsuz tarafı denizi çok derin değildi. Mercan resiflerine gitmek için 500 metre iskele üzerinde yürümeni gerekiyor ancak günün her saati gidemiyorsunuz. Kırmızi bayrak olduğunde muhtemelen denizde çok dalga vardır ve yüzmeniz yasak oluyor. Sarı bayrak asıldığında ise yüzebiliyorsunuz. Keşke otelin çeşitli yerlerine bu bayrakları asılsa veya tv ekranlarında uyarı verse daha mantıklı olabilirmiş. Çünkü denize uzak bir odada kalıyorsanız deniz kenarına kadar gittikten sonra bayrağı görebiliyorsunuz. Otel çıkışında en az yarım saat ayırmanızı tavsiye ediyorum. Oda kontrolü yapılıyor. Eğer odanızda bulunan plaj havluları kayıpsa form doldurmanız gerekiyor. Havlu kayıpsa herhangi bir ücret kesintisi yapılmıyor. Uçak saatleriniz geç veya erken ise kahvaltı paketi veriyorlar. Bence güzel düşünülmüş bir hizmet.

広い敷地内にいくつものプール、レストラン、バーなどエジプトのリゾートというよりヨーロッパのリゾートを感じさせる雰囲気のリゾートです。従業員の方達もとてもフレンドリーでサービスも良く気持ちが良かったです。 ただ残念なのは飲み物が冷えてない物が多かったこと、ビールもジュースもエジプトがそうなのか氷の使い方に問題があります。 アイスティーやアイスコーヒーを美味しく作れるようになって欲しいです

Struttura di livello molto alto con personale cortese e simpatico. L’unica cosa che riteniamo sia migliorabile è la distribuzione delle bevande nel ristorante principale: con una sola postazione a servizio a volte si creavano cose.

I really liked the snack bar near heated pool ,staff are great happy people ,was a pleasure to eat there ,cheese burger and chips were great ,liked the pizza selection too .

The food in all restaurant was amazing! The services was okey i talked with the managers about the situation when you wanted to eat outside! The birds wasn't nice they were eaten on customer's plait! And the service didint take the dishes away! So thats not nice! Otherwise a very nice place! Hospitality cru! Thanks for everything!
