Nice amenities, only stayed one night but the kitchen would easily support a much longer stay. Room was clean and in very nice shape.

I made my reservation through Expedia, I made it for a Friday to Saturday. About a 1 1/2 wks before my stay, I called the hotel and asked if I could add a thursday and I was told I could. I Get to the hotel, check-in very easy, hotel very clean. Friday morning, I get a knock on my door asking if we’re checking out. I told them no we don’t check out until Saturday. Then I get a call from the front desk saying our reservation was for Thursday to Friday not Saturday. I pulled up my paperwork told them the name of the man I spoke with that was asked to add Thursday to the exsisting reservation and that I would come down to the front desk. I did, the man I spoke with who made the change for me over the phone, was there and told me that if I had been more clear, there would not have been a mistake. Needless to say I was unimpressed with this guy. We got it straightened out fortunately there was room for us to stay again until Saturday, which was the actual departure date of our reservation. Had this guy done what I had clearly asked him to do, which was add Thursday, not change the whole reservation, there wouldn’t have been an issue. It worked out. The hotel itself was wonderful. But having to deal with that, and then being told, I was unclear when in fact, I was very clear, was frustrating.

Amazing one night stay for a concert!

Good place to stay for the money. Needs some upkeep in the room. Floor was no real clean and we had to clean up some spots. Great kitchen! Bathroom had some Minor issue and water flow was very slow. Good for the price.
