ACCUEIL CANAL EXECUTIVE

Our stay on Bribie Island was wonderful. The house was well set out, comfortable sleeping arrangements, lovely pool. Shortage of tableware- only 4 bread and butter plates for 9 of us. However we purchased four at a thrift shop and left them for the next visitors. The vacume cleaner was not able for use and needs to be replaced. One cup leaked when preparing a cup of tea and was thrown away. Shortage of cutlery. However, we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

Thilfy unclean and unhygenic.Cockroaches, dead and alive throughout the kitchen drawers, bathrooms and bedroomsUnclean linen with dried up blood, outdoor patio not cleaned in what appears months. BBQ unable to cook on as unhygenic, kitchen fridge dispenser contained mould as did the bathroom blinds. The list goes on. Never again.The property listing does not reflect the true condition of this run down property.

The house was lovely but we had problems with the stove and we rang and the man came straight over but the part never got put in while we stayed. There wasn’t any hand towel in the bathroom the size of the fridge isn’t practical for a large family. We had to clean a few draws as the was insect droppings in them. We did have a lovely time as we haven’t all been together for many years.

An excellent holiday with teenagers. The fences made it easy and safe with our two dogs. Loved having our boats ready to use at the pontoon. I was disappointed that the oven was dirty and the largest burner on the gas stove did not work. The BBQ was in poor condition. The dishwasher was very loud and slow. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty water. Both bathrooms and the laundry had lights that were not working . When I repeatedly phoned the agent they were reassuring but the handy man only attended when the gas stove completely stopped working while I was trying to cook dinner. The handy man said he would return the next day but did not . The supplied linen did not fit the beds well. Everything was too small . All in all we did enjoy our holiday very much but the dishwasher and BBQ really need replacing, the stove needs to be fixed and the light bulbs replaced

We had an amazing time the house was perfect for what we needed.It was very clean.
