When I checked in, the receptionist told me it’s last room left and it’s on the first floor. The room is not clean, no TV, no facilities and like a cheap motel. Completely different to what they advertised. I wont pay more than $20 nzd to this hotel, but they charged me $65 per night. I will never stay here again.

Mostly satisfied except that the shower room has no separator and ready-to-use hot water, and noises from the refrigerator (but not cool), people voice noises, furniture moving noises from the upper floor.

Literally no view, the tv didn’t work, and everywhere smelled of cigarette smoke. On the plus side, staff were nice, location next to the park is great, and the price is right.
