Modern room, great. Rea

Hotellet er nytt og fint, men når det er varmt ute klarer de ikke å holde temperaturen nede på rommene. Vi hadde 28 grader ute midt på dagen og da var det over 25 på rommene når man skulle legge seg. Det var i praksis ikke noe de ansatte kunne gjøre med det annet enn å komme med en vifte. Vanskelig å sove..

Det var et godt hotel med gode værelser. Maden var nogenlunde. Der kørte høj musik fra eftermiddag til aften, til trods for at gæsterne ikke nød det. Og personalet måtte ikke skrue ned - det var ærgerligt.

First I must say this is a new looking hotel, nice and pleasant. Upon our arrival we got the room but it had a sewar odor, after telling the receptionist, they said this happens when the room is unoccupied for a while, so we got another room. Regarding the room, it says that there is a cealing cooling system, and unfortunately, It did not provide. There is no way to control the temp, we were there in June and it was hot. When we checked in we were asked if we must have everyday cleaning, and we agreed to have this every other day (my recommendation - do not do that). Although this was OK by us, the room was not prepared for this, basics like toilet paper was not enough in the room, I expected if this is something they offer, the room should be prepared at least with that. On the day of the requested cleaning we also put the sign on just to make sure this is clear. And we were supprised when this was not the case. We came into the room back at 6 pm and no cleaning, this was day 3 out of 4, we had to go back to the reception (no way to contact them from the room itself so every issue we had we needed to go back to the lobby) and request the cleaning, new towels, trash empty, toilet paper and more.. We found out that the cleaning service is not available, so the receptionist had to bring us all of these, although she could not take the trash so this was very unpleasant to have trash in the room overnight..
