All elevators were not working and had to walk to the 10th floor by stairs using the fire escape for several days. No urgency to resolve the issue. I've stayed at this hotel for years and they ALWAYS have elevator issues. Wifi is horrible and useless for basic work tasks. Used to live this hotel, but I'm looking for a new location for future stays.

Das Pullman ist ein sehr gehobenes Hotel, der Aufenthalt war ausgesprochen schön. Pro: Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl - besonders der Tee und heiße Speisen 3 Aufzüge Toller Ausblick vom Zimmer Gute Stadtnähe - Die Haltestells Stuttgart Vaihingen liegt direkt am Hotel & demnach ist man nach 10min Bahnfahrt direkt in der Innenstadt Stuttgarts für Restaurants und co. 3 Saunen Innenpool Bar im Foyer Leider zurzeit bei uns kaputt gewesen: - Whirlpool im Spa-Bereich, war leider auch nirgends angegeben Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel zu einem fairen Preis.

War sehr schönes Zimmer und Hotel, aber wenn man Minikühlschrank im Zimmer haben will, muss man vorher Bescheid sagen. Frühstück super. Wellness und Pool ist auch gut, aber Pool war sehr kalt (21 Grad).

This will be the last time I stay at the pullman. 2 elevators were broken upon our arrival, then the 3rd broke. We had to climb 11 flights of stairs for 3 days. The hotel staff gave 0 information nor did they try to help. Then the bar closed because the register broke. The final straw is what they have for wifi. Terrible barely works half the time when I could connect it was slow. I have been staying at this hotel 4x a year for 8 years...this was the last. This was not the first time I have had elevator and internet issues, just the worst! Definitely not a 4 star resort.

Der Spa-Bereich mitten in der Stadt ist sehr schön und ruhig. Schade, dass der Bereich mit dem Whirlpool geschlossen ist, dieser würde den Bereich noch weiter aufwerten. Leider schienen die Staubsauger nicht zu funktionieren. Die Teppiche sind sehr dreckig und wenn an mit dem Schuh einmal hin und her schabt, hängt eine ganze Staubladung dran. Bei den Teppichen wären Staubsauger mit Bürsten sinnvoll.

Le petit déjeuner était varié avec du bon pain et du très bon thé. L espace SPA était très agréable aven un bon jaccuzi, dommage que l eau de la piscine était un peu froide. Les bonbons et l' eau sont une charmante attention. Top

Decent hotel. Parking fee is steep and parking structure has small spaces. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working on one of the 3 nights I was there. Minor details above but tolerable. Mostly for business folks. Not very family friendly.

Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das Personal an der Reception war auch freundlich. Zum Frühstück gab es reichlich Auswahl. Wir würden das nächste mal gerne wieder hier buchen.

Sehr Zentrales Hotel, man kommt auch sehr gut ohne Auto zurecht. Parkplatz hat uns für eine Nacht 18€ gekostet finde ich grenzwertig. Das Zimmer war von der Größe super und auch schön eingerichtet, leider nicht sehr sauber, es war ziemlich staubig und der Teppich war nicht wirklich sauber. Das Badezimmer hatte leider Schimmel in der Dusche und eine klemmende Klospülung. Bissle in die Jahre gekommen und könnte paar Schönheitsreparaturen gebrauchen. Bett war sehr bequem, Klima Kühlschrank hat alles funktioniert. Schöne Aussicht in den oberen Etagen. Leider leider ist der Spa Bereich auch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Behandlungen kann ich nur empfehlen 1A, die Dame macht dort einen tollen Job. Aber für einen Wellness Urlaub ist das Spa nicht geeignet. Total Chaos als wir morgens dort waren, viele Kinder der FKK Bereich war trotz Hinweis Schilder voll mit Kindern und an FKK zwecks Hygiene in den Saunen hat sich auch keiner gehalten. Leider war dort auch kein Personal anzutreffen die Ordnung in die Sache bringt, eigentlich hat jeder gemacht was er wollte. Ruhe und Entspannung war leider nicht zu finden. Wer fürs Wochenende paar Bahnen schwimmen will und mal in die Sauna springen möchte is es ok, wenn man ein Zimmer im Hotel hat. Extra nur fürs Spa hingehen eher enttäuschend. Für einen kurz Aufenthalt würde ich ins Pullman Hotel wiederkommen.

Leider war der Whirlpool defekt, wir haben uns fast verbrüht. Beim Frühstück wenig Auswahl an süßem Gebäck. Keine Pancakes oder Waffeln. Unter dem Bett sehr schmutzig und staubig.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. After landing in Paris, we took the bullet train to Stuttgart (with one transfer). It was a full day of travel, so by the time we checked in around 11 p.m. (check-in time was 3 p.m.), we were exhausted. We stopped in downtown Stuttgart for dinner before arriving, which made for a late check-in. Our room was on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the city. Watching the sunrise and sunset from our window was unforgettable. The two double beds were far more comfortable than I expected based on the photos on Expedia—we slept like babies! The shower was excellent as well, with great water pressure. The hotel also has a restaurant downstairs. We didn’t eat there until our last morning, when we tried breakfast, but it was a nice way to end our stay since we spent most of our days out exploring. Overall, the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana was an excellent choice, and we would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds, very clean hotel. Only issue was the AC. There was no air conditioning in the room, we slept with the window open and with the train station outside and people out there until 5 in the morning sleep was very hard.

Der Check in dauerte lange. Ich habe direkt alles bezahlen müssen damit es am Morgen einfacher ist. Beim Check out der eigentlich nur im einwerfen der Karte bestand, hatte ich eine junge Mitarbeiterin die wieder alles durchging. Defacto nicht einfach und schnell. Das Zimmer war nicht schalldicht. Habe meinen Nachbarn und TV die halbe Nacht gehört. Der Fitnesstrainer ist auch nicht wie auf den Bildern, sondern eher minimalistisch gestaltet. Frühstück war ok aber nichts überragendes. Im Zimmer waren Lampen defekt und alles in allem sah es sehr gebraucht aus. Ein neuer Anstrich wäre definitiv gut gewesen..

The hotel was overall very good. AC was a bit under-powered, but it did get the job done. My only real complaint was the TV had only a few working channels. Even SWR wasn‘t available. And given the hotel is in the SW of Germany, one would expect that to work at minimum. But then, I wasn‘t in Stuttgart to watch TV 🙂 Lastly, the parking garage exit at the swing gate is tough for larger vehicles. Mine was small so I managed well, but I inevitably (3 out of 3) got behind an SUV that had to do some tight maneuvering to get out of the garage. Basically the swing arm is at a 90 degree angle from where the ticket reader is. Tight, very tight.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben alles was man benötigt. Aber sie sind ziemlich hellhörig. Man hört die Gäste im Zimmer nebenan und die Leute im Flur. Leider gibt es auch keine Treppen, weswegen man immer auf den Auszug angewiesen ist. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Parkgebühr in der Tiefgarage utopisch mit 18 Euro/ Tag

Good Hotel Overall, The room was nice and modern, with a great shower (water pressure). The only real let down for me was the adjoining door to the room next to me, i could literally hear everything going on in there and also the in room safe was very old and confusing to use (had to get maintenance to attend to get it open and set a code). Bar area in the main lobby/ foyer was great and staff were more than helpful when requiring anything.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. After landing in Paris, we took the bullet train to Stuttgart (with one transfer). It was a full day of travel, so by the time we checked in around 11 p.m. (check-in time was 3 p.m.), we were exhausted. We stopped in downtown Stuttgart for dinner before arriving, which made for a late check-in. Our room was on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the city. Watching the sunrise and sunset from our window was unforgettable. The two double beds were far more comfortable than I expected based on the photos on Expedia—we slept like babies! The shower was excellent as well, with great water pressure. The hotel also has a restaurant downstairs. We didn’t eat there until our last morning, when we tried breakfast, but it was a nice way to end our stay since we spent most of our days out exploring. Overall, the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana was an excellent choice, and we would definitely stay here again.

This will be the last time I stay at the pullman. 2 elevators were broken upon our arrival, then the 3rd broke. We had to climb 11 flights of stairs for 3 days. The hotel staff gave 0 information nor did they try to help. Then the bar closed because the register broke. The final straw is what they have for wifi. Terrible barely works half the time when I could connect it was slow. I have been staying at this hotel 4x a year for 8 years...this was the last. This was not the first time I have had elevator and internet issues, just the worst! Definitely not a 4 star resort.

Der Checkin war schwierig, weil der Nachname meiner Gäste falsch geschrieben war - obwohl ich extra vormittags an der Rezeption war! es dauerte über 30 Minuten um alles aufzuklären und ich musste noch ins Hotel zur Klärung fahren. Das war sehr peinlich für mich.

The Pullman Stuttgart Fontana has an awesome location near the S and U bahn station making for really easy access to down town Stuttgart and the beautiful surrounding area. The hotel is in the process of being renovated but the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can walk into the small town which has some good dining options and shops. I would definitely stay again and recommend it if you want a stay close to but not in the main city of Stuttgart

An drei Tagen waren ständig alle 3 Fahrstühle defekt. Das Parkhaus ist viel zu eng und eine Kathastrophe. Saune dürfte länger auf sein. DAS ALLERFRECHSTE IST ABER FÜR DAS FRÜHSTÜCK 32 EURO ZU BERECHNEN. Kein frisches Rührei, kein Spiegelei, kein frischer OSaft, kein Körnerbrot.

A good hotel with a nice bar and decent restaurant on site. Expensive food and drinks, but expected. The train station is right out of the front door, which is convenient. There are plenty of dining options in the area within walking distance of you want to sample locally. The hot water went out on my last morning and wasn’t restored by the time I checked out.

Tidy hotel, crisp rooms, quiet location. Very convenient to trains, buses, and the town nearby. Not as swanky as other Pullman's, and the breakfast room is too small for the crowd, but excellent buffet selection and good service. Will be back.

Tutto perfetto per quanto riguarda il soggiorno. L’unico problema che ha abbassato la valutazione è quello legato alla richiesta di pagamento di una cauzione di € 150,00, somma bloccata sulla carta di credito a distanza di 8 giorni…un problema per chi sta facendo un viaggio!! Peccato!!

During check-in, the receptionist (a middle-aged lady) was extremely unwilling to help. She did not even greet us, make eye contact, or acknowledge our presence while processing our check-in. What made the situation even worse was that when I approached the reception desk to check in, two staff members continued talking to each other for about 3 to 4 minutes as if I was not even there. Only after I stated that I wanted to check in did they reluctantly assist me. Even then, they did not communicate in a friendly or welcoming manner. Unfortunately, throughout our stay, the same unfriendly attitude and lack of enthusiasm continued. The staff consistently appeared unhappy, disinterested, and unwilling to engage with guests. Even more concerning was an incident at around 8:00 a.m., when a housekeeping staff member opened our room door and entered while we were sleeping. Upon realizing that we were in the room, the staff member immediately closed the door and left. When I later asked about the incident, the explanation given was, "I was checking whether the room needed cleaning." I do not recommend this hotel. There appears to be a serious lack of staff motivation, professionalism, and hospitality training. Stay away.

The staff was lovely and helpful. The facility was clean. Wonderful that spa was included. The only "negative" thing was that the refrigerator in the room was a little bit slow. But at the same time I am glad that there was a refrigerator at all!
