Cute apartment-upper floor which we enjoyed. Seemless check-in. Good communication. Had everything we needed. Great location- 1 block to beach and nice walk in to town. We love Venice Beach-quiet area for older adults, nice restaurants, beach yoga, and beautiful sunsets.

The location of this place in Venice couldn't be better! However, here is a brief list of issues we had. We arrived early and couldn't reach the contact for hours. There was no clear access instruction. Just a wall AC unit in the bedroom. The rest of the AC is controlled by the lower unit so you will live with their settings. No fan in either bath, no smoke detector in bedroom (both code violations), WiFi drops during TV streaming, Lower unit drain pipe noises run into upper unit kitchen. No Dishwasher. Trash over run outside. Wouldn't stay again.
