Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Kansas City at The Legends

Shower does not drain properly. Noisy doors when they shut.

Fruit would be a good addition to breakfast.

We had to wait 15 minutes to check in. Granted we arrived at the hotel at 9pm and there was a sign at the desk saying someone would be out shortly. When the staff member arrived, they looked disheveled and out of it. Several other guests were also in line waiting to check in. We were also charged a parking fee but were not informed that this charge would be added and didn’t find out until we got our credit card bill. The hotel itself was nice and in a good location. A lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience less than desirable.

The hotel was clean, as was the room. Staff was friendly. Could hear kids running in the hall above us. But it did not last long. Person in charge of breakfast was right there restocking as items got low.

I literally had no heat or ac the last three days of my stay! Asked everyday for maintenance to fix it but they did not ! Absolutely horrible for the amount of money i paid a night to stay there !
