This house was absolutely incredible! It has everything you could think of for entertainment - pool, hot tub, foosball, ping pong, pool table, TV, etc. The home was exceptionally clean and came fully stocked with everything we could need and more. Looking forward to coming back again!

This property is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside space is fun - we played games during the day and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evening. Inside, you have everything you need - no detail left out. Great floor plan, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of soft blankets. We can’t wait to go back!

My family loves this property, we’ve stayed here a few times! This trip included four generations, ranging from 6 months to 87 years! Everyone had a great time. The pool, outdoor space, and kitchen are the best!

The grand oasis was just as advertised. Even better in person. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. If you are a local, this is a great staycation destination! The amenities at the grand oasis kept everyone busy and entertained from ages 5 to 88. Super clean with well stocked kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The teen room with custom bunkbeds and their own bathroom and gaming center was a hit.

This property was amazing. I stayed here with a small groups of friends to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. It was so spacious and accommodating. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which was nice since we stayed in most of our stay. The pool area felt like a resort. I would definitely book this property again. And the host was very responsive and friendly.

A group of us have been attending a conference every November for the last 6 years and my only regret in our property choices is that we didn't find this one sooner! What an amazing property...we had no need to go find things to do, because just relaxing and playing at this property was so life giving! Well done. A+++

Numerous times throughout the years we’ve book a house based off the pictures only to show up to be disappointed upon arrival. This however was NOT the case, upon arriving it was as good or better than the pictures. The way they have a covered area around the entire house was a huge selling point and i couldn’t imagine our poor kids if this wasn’t the case. The temps were 115-120 during our stay and we were able to stay outside all day with the pool and covered areas. The covered pool bar chairs were amazing at night to watch a movie while swimming, i could go on and on about this house. We had 3 families that stayed here with kids ranging from 6 months old to 6 years old and it was perfect! It would be perfect for any age kids tho, one of my favorite features of the house was the chest high door handles so we never had to worry about the little kids sneaking out of the house. All the exterior door have high up handles and chains for extra safety which was a huge piece of mind! A++++++++++ on everything about this house! We will definitely be back!!

This was our third visit to the Grand Oasis. This property is perfect for anyone looking for a place that is clean, spacious, relaxing, beautiful, peaceful, fun, comfortable, entertaining, tranquil, and the list of positives could go on and on. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The only difficult part with this property was leaving it to return to normacy.

The property was beautifully furnished, was immaculately cleaned, and had a great layout. All the house information and instructions were clearly posted and easy to follow. Our family enjoyed all the outdoor amenities that are offered (pool, hot tub, outdoor tv, pool table, etc). The kitchen was one of the best stocked for cooking and serving that we have come across in our vacation rentals. The home was close to stores and restaurants but tucked away on a quiet street away from the busier ones in the area. Being able to use the large garage was a huge plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation haven in the Phoenix area.

I almost didn’t comment because it’s a hidden gem!! This place is incredible and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Can’t beat the bar seats in the pool, the shady seating options and clean home. Communication from the homeowner was seamless. Fabulous food in the area, close to everything you need, 10/10.

This house was amazing, everyone had something to always do and if you found yourself bored, you just weren’t trying very hard. We had 5 teenagers with us and they loved having their own teen room/house where they could sleep and hang out.

Our group had a wonderful time at this lovely property. There was plenty of sleeping space for some alone time yet also several great spaces for us all to spend time together. The house was well equipped with plenty of supplies. The pool was lovely and there were several outdoor spaces to gather. Every year we stay at a different VRBO but the group decided they wanted to stay at this property again next year.
Our group had a wonderful time at this lovely property. There was plenty of sleeping space for some alone time yet also several great spaces for us all to spend time together. The property was as described; beautiful, clean and inviting. We had several needs that warranted contact with property managers, Jessica and Greg. They were fantastic!! Very attentive and quick response, couldn't have asked for better service!Very small and minor issues - cable didn’t work but cable company fixed it as we were leaving. The beds had nice quality mattresses but they were too firm for our liking (we purchased 40 foam pads at Target since owner wasn’t willing). Home was in a neighborhood that has large lots and farm animals present, while that was nice the roosters made noise starting at about 5am. I would for sure stay at the property again when we are in the area!

This property and house is gorgeous!! We had 6 adults and 6 teens staying here for a week and there was more then enough room for everybody. All the outside games were a hit. The starter kit of supplies was more then adequate and the kitchen was nicely stocked with whatever cooking equipment we needed to make and serve meals. The property manager, Jessica, was friendly and easy to deal with. The property is centrally located to the highway, shopping, restaurants, ect. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We are a group of nine women (60) from all over the US. For the most part, it was easy to get to this property (we all flew in to Phoenix Sky Harbor), uber from the airport. The only confusing piece was figuring out where the entrance was—it’s on 138th Street, just as noted by the host. The property was clean, ample linens, some pool floats available. It’s absolutely magical at night with the outdoor lighting. We were here for the haboob (that was quite an experience!), and our host was here the next day to clean things up so we could continue to enjoy our stay. Great communication with the host—they’re really lovely. We hope to stay with them again!

We could not have asked for a better experience for our Family Spring Break! Property was gorgeous, and there was something for everyone! There never was a shortage of things to do, we didn't want to leave! Host was extremely responsive and attentive from the time we booked to the time we checked out! We are already planning our next visit!!!

Host was very accommodating and communicative. Rules and instructions for property were clear. The property overall is very well maintained and beautiful. Plenty of space for a large family gathering and kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. Peaceful and safe neighborhood close to stores and shopping.

Perfect location and entertaining space and everyone had amble amount of space to enjoy themselves and relax and unwind.All amenities are top notch and we found no need to even leave the property.Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again.Jessica our host communicated promptly and was easy to work with.

We had a wonderful time at this property and every single family who stayed there had nothing but positive things to say. The host was very responsive and helped out with a couple of small questions on arrival, but after that no assistance was needed because the house had everything we could want. We made so many great memories together and will definitely stay there again in the future if we end up back here for the holiday!

The property was as described; beautiful, clean and inviting. We had several needs that warranted contact with property managers, Jessica and Greg. They were fantastic!! Very attentive and quick response, couldn't have asked for better service!Very small and minor issues - cable didn’t work but cable company fixed it as we were leaving. The beds had nice quality mattresses but they were too firm for our liking (we purchased 40 foam pads at Target since owner wasn’t willing). Home was in a neighborhood that has large lots and farm animals present, while that was nice the roosters made noise starting at about 5am. I would for sure stay at the property again when we are in the area!

We are a group of nine women (60) from all over the US. For the most part, it was easy to get to this property (we all flew in to Phoenix Sky Harbor), uber from the airport. The only confusing piece was figuring out where the entrance was—it’s on 138th Street, just as noted by the host. The property was clean, ample linens, some pool floats available. It’s absolutely magical at night with the outdoor lighting. We were here for the haboob (that was quite an experience!), and our host was here the next day to clean things up so we could continue to enjoy our stay. Great communication with the host—they’re really lovely. We hope to stay with them again!

There was so much to do at this house. We enjoyed our time here! Just fyi there are roosters that make noise in the early AM so if someone is sleeping in the bunk house then they will hear it. Overall we had a great experience and fun time here! Would definitely come back.

I almost didn’t comment because it’s a hidden gem!! This place is incredible and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Can’t beat the bar seats in the pool, the shady seating options and clean home. Communication from the homeowner was seamless. Fabulous food in the area, close to everything you need, 10/10.

Host was very accommodating and communicative. Rules and instructions for property were clear. The property overall is very well maintained and beautiful. Plenty of space for a large family gathering and kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. Peaceful and safe neighborhood close to stores and shopping.

This property and house is gorgeous!! We had 6 adults and 6 teens staying here for a week and there was more then enough room for everybody. All the outside games were a hit. The starter kit of supplies was more then adequate and the kitchen was nicely stocked with whatever cooking equipment we needed to make and serve meals. The property manager, Jessica, was friendly and easy to deal with. The property is centrally located to the highway, shopping, restaurants, ect. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway! This is our second time staying during the summer. Most likely, you can't beat the price for this stellar property. All rooms in the main house and the bunk house are well-designed. The hot tub and pool are immaculately clean and well-equipped. This property is perfect for you if you are looking for a spacious, clean, entertaining, and well-stocked property. The property is also comfortable, full of activities, and waiting for you to help make great memories!

This property is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside space is fun - we played games during the day and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evening. Inside, you have everything you need - no detail left out. Great floor plan, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of soft blankets. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property. Had a lot of fun. My biggest complaint was the lack of hot water at the kitchen sink and rationed paper products that the user has to supply if they run out. Pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

Absolutely amazing! I can honestly say, it was even better than the pictures!! WHich was hard to believe! It exceeded every expectation from start to finish! Hostess is super reponsive and any small glitch was rectified in minutes (AC too cold, Blender not working, firepit tutorial, all so simple yet addressed immediately). Group of 10 ladies simple relaxing and enjoying 50 years of friendships around a beautiful pool and fun yard with all the games and space to spread out. Great pavilion with another kitchen, TV and firepit perfect for evening outside and dinner! Beds and baths all comfy and nice accomodations. Kitchen well stocked and so large and comfy for all to help cook and eat! It was absolutey SPECTACULAR in every way!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED HERE!!!

The property was beautifully furnished, was immaculately cleaned, and had a great layout. All the house information and instructions were clearly posted and easy to follow. Our family enjoyed all the outdoor amenities that are offered (pool, hot tub, outdoor tv, pool table, etc). The kitchen was one of the best stocked for cooking and serving that we have come across in our vacation rentals. The home was close to stores and restaurants but tucked away on a quiet street away from the busier ones in the area. Being able to use the large garage was a huge plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation haven in the Phoenix area.

This property was amazing. I stayed here with a small groups of friends to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. It was so spacious and accommodating. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which was nice since we stayed in most of our stay. The pool area felt like a resort. I would definitely book this property again. And the host was very responsive and friendly.

Our family from across the globe gathered for Christmas. Sons and their families from UK, Connecticut, British Columbia, Manitoba and Arizona had a wonderful holiday. The issues we encountered were quickly resolved by our vrbo contact, Jessica Darley. There were nine kids that enjoyed all the activities this resort property had to offer. The adults enjoyed them as well! The kitchen was well equipped, but the appliances are reaching there ‘best before date’! All of them have some problems. One recommendation for the kitchen would be better lighting over the sink.

We let our teenage twin granddaughters choose the house and they chose based on all the on site activities. They loved all the fun amenities and casita which felt like they were in their own small house. The adults would’ve loved a ‘welcome bar of soap and even a guest size shampoo’ after delays turning into a 14 hr travel day. A coffee table in the middle of the 10-12 person sectional would’ve been helpful to set a beverage on. The kitchen and house in general was well stocked and very clean. Also would’ve enjoyed watching live tv other than only recorded Samsung tv. Don’t think it was worth (after all charges) 1,000 a night, the twins enjoyed it so mission accomplished.

This was a lovely property that was perfect for our large family! The bedrooms in the main house were good sized and the casita/teen bunk room was cute and the bunk beds were actually pretty comfortable. All of the bedrooms as well as the great room had ceiling fans which is much appreciated in Arizona, especially in the summer! The great room that included the kitchen and an amazing large dining table and huge sectional with recliners was perfect! There was an extra full sized refrigerator outside which we were able to use for beverages and extra food. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the putting green and the swimming pool!
