Service was not great, nor friendly or helpful staff. The room was not clean, sheets had holes in and sid not fully covered the beds. Humid and really hot in the room/ no aircon. Could hear neighbours showering etc really loud.

整體設備殘舊、位置偏僻（距離市中心約步行30分鐘）、附近沒有餐廳/超市、交通不便（自駕遊另計）。冷氣壞、隔音差、熱水供應不穩、有但不多的Room service。唯一好處，服務態度好。

Non ho trovato quello che mi aspettavo .clima non funzionante, l’ascensore che non funzionava e la colazione scarsa .

Hôtel très bien situé par apport a l'autoroute M7. Pour visiter le centre de Budapest on peut aller à pieds ou transport en commun. Attention, le stationnement autour de l'hôtel est payant. Il faut utiliser l'application "Parkl" pour payer. Environ 0.75€/h. Le personnel est très sympa ! Ils répondent à toutes vos questions. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé au rez-de-chaussée. Mais l'hôtel est très bien au niveau qualité - prix pour visiter Budapest ! Encore une fois - Merci au personnel !!!

Cosa posso dire..... scandaloso sarebbe un complimento Veniamo accolti da un personaggio che non faceva altro che sbuffare.... Salimo in camera, premetto che ci hanno dato telecomando per aria condizionata, non funzionante. Camera minimo temperatura 35 gradi Chiedo intervento del personale, NON SI È SCOMODATO NESSUNO..... Abbiamo fatta la sauna Pulizia della camera non pervenuta Asciugamani bucati Siamo stati due notti, non è salito in camera nessuno per resettare i letti Comunque pessimo, non ci tornerò più NON LO CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO

Personalet var hjælpsom, men værelserne var beskidt. Bedt om nye lagner til en af enkeltsenge og fik så nyt. Hotelet ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder og små cafer, men på meget trafikeret vej. Pakeringspladsen er gratis, men der er få af dem.

Easy free parking, quiet location of hotel, nice room

Zeer oude hotel. Kamers waren van de middeleeuwen. Airco en koelkast waren defect. Maar 2 kussens voor 4 personen. Ronduit zeer slecht

Ich verbrachte knapp 1 Woche in diesem "Hotel",danach reiste ich weiter und kam nach knapp 2 Wochen noch einmal in dieses "Hotel" für 2 Nächte,um danach wieder nach Hause zu fliegen. Hätte ich den Zustand vorher gewusst,hätte ich meinen zweiten Aufenthalt wo anders gebucht! Ich traf zu früh ein und musste 4 Stunden (!) warten,bis mein Zimmer fertig wird. In gewisser Weise habe ich dafür Verständnis, wenn es eine bestimmte Uhrzeit gibt,ab die man einchecken kann,aber dann erwarte ich auch,dass das Zimmer ordentlich und sauber ist! Sonst frage ich mich,wofür ich so lange gewartet habe. Das Zimmer war dreckig,der Teppich voller Flecken und elkig, die Möbel extrem abgenutzt und alt,sogar Kakerlaken habe ich gesehen. Der TV im Zimmer hatte keine Anschlüsse und war somit nicht benutzbar (nur Deko), der Kühlschrank hat nicht geschlossen. Dieses "Hotel" sollte dringend komplett renoviert werden. Während meines Aufenthaltes von 1 Woche,wurde nicht einmal mein Zimmer sauber gemacht,keine Handtücher oder Bettlaken gewechselt und auch nicht die Mülleimer entleert. Es liegt sehr weit ab von öffentlicher Verkehrsmitteln und ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

A fuir. Personnel mal poli, qui parle à peine. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée entre 2, il y avait encore les draps et serviettes sales de l’occupant précédent, même les verres usagés étaient encore présents. Certains lits n’avaient même pas été changés. Frigo rouillé, poils et cheveux partout. Électricité douteuses.

It was the worse stay in my life. Unfortunately we didn’t have any other options si we had to stau there, but it was simply awful and gross The lining was stained, the hotel and the rooms super dirty and smelled like mold, it was hair on the floor, the tv had no remote in the first night, and the second night a remote without batteries, the coffee machine was not working and they can only make espresso and no cappuccino or other beverages, the breakfast was cheap and frankly we were afraid to eat. I won’t recommend at all, and we are not picky, but this was beyond anything.

Très déçu. Je suis resté 5 nuits, le ménage n’a jamais été fait. Aucun nettoyage n’a été fait alors que j’avais signalé cela à la réception. Ma chambre était sale. Le matelas de très mauvaise qualité. L’air conditionné ne fonctionne pas. Il n’y a ni restaurants ni magasin d’alimentation a moins d’un km. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel et ne le recommande pas. Des hôtels une étoile sont mieux que celui là. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix pour Budapest.

Clean and confortable

Very disappointing stay. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the hotel felt dirty. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The minibar in our room did not work, and the hot water was unreliable — it never got properly hot and became colder the longer you used it. Would not recommend.

The heat was not working. There is some broken walls. There is some hairs under the bed. Windows are too old. They need to renovate the hotel and clean the hotel.

We booked a room for 3 people and the photos on hotels.com showed a double bed, so we presumed the single bed was elsewhere in the room. Upon arrival we were given a room with 4 single beds. When we explained to the receptionist that were expecting a double bed she said we should have asked for it and she she also said that the pictures on hotels.com don't mean anything. When we asked about cancelling we were told that we don't have to stay but we won't get our money back. We decided to stay as we couldn't afford to lose the money. On entering the room the smell of damp mixed cigarette smoke was intoxicating. We opened both windows and left the room for several hours. When we brought this up at the reception they plainly denied the fact that the room stinks. On returning the room we had to sleep with the windows open. Next morning had a shower-which was very good, plenty of hot water and good pressure- but finding a clean towel out of the 6 towels in the room was a challenge. We received 2 TV remotes-neither of them worked. The curtains despite being black out curtains were 6 inches too short so the room was flooded with lights from the courtyard lamps. Under the window there cigarette buds, ash, nutshells and dirt. We only use budget hotels but cheap shouldn't mean dirty. None of the staff asked how our stay was , possibly they are completely aware of the state of the place. Nobody looked happy in their jobs.

The hotel was ok, the building is quiet old,but everything was sufficiently clean and decent. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not take it. In the room it was too hot and you can easily hear the neighboring rooms. Good choice to stay overnight.

The room smelt terrible. Awful pillows and didn't feel secure. However the location was ideal for me.

I had a very pleasant stay in a spacious comfortable room. the setting is in a quiet location in close walking distance to public transport and other amenities. There was a choice of cooked breakfast and cold options. The staff were friendly and helpful

Het hotel is erg verouderd en hoognodig aan een grondige renovatie toe. Veel is stuk. De bedden op onze kamer waren oud en gerepareerd met dikke schroeven. Ze kraakten enorm. De matrassen bestonden uit 2 hele dunne matrasjes. Lambrisering in de kamer zat los en was hier en daar met schroeven weer vastgezet. De badkamer was ook erg verouderd. De badkamer deur was aan de onderzijde half vergaan en sloot daardoor niet goed. Ook het kozijn van de badkamer deur was stuk. Alles was niet goed schoon, achter de bedden veel stof en snoeppapiertjes etc. De kamer was wel ruim en voorzien van een kleine koelkast en een airco. De airco had wel weinig capaciteit, gelukkig was er ook een ventilator aanwezig. Het ontbijt was zijn geld niet waard, zeer karig en het brood leek niet vers. De prijs van het hotel was niet hoog maar in vergelijking tot de kwaliteit wel. Voor dezelfde prijs zaten we in een holiday inn Express hotel. De ligging van het hotel ten opzichte van het OV en het centrum vonden wij ideaal. Binnen een paar minuten ben je met het OV in het centrum. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Много нареканий на отель, а я напишу про хорошие стороны - никакой живности в номере у меня не было, в период зимы отель хорошо обогрет, в номере реально тепло, номер большой по площади и очень хорошо оснащен - фен, холодильник, огромный шкаф, письменный стол, два больших зеркала, кровати не с евроматрасом, но вполне с приличным, точно не 5 см как кто-то здесь писал. На ресепшн охотно отвечали на любые вопросы и бесплатно распечатали документы, район живописный, вид из окна очень красивый. Ну а недостаток отеля, что он реально старенький, мебель и ковролин конечно пошорканные, мне был абсолютно безразличен, в соотношении цена/качество хороший отель

J'ai bp aimé la disponibilité et d'amabilité du personbel. Aussi la vue de l'hotel. Relaticement calme..

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été marqué par la chaleur insoutenable de la salle de bain en plein mois de février : minimum 30°C (pas besoin d'aller aux célèbres thermes de Budapest, vous les avez directement à Classic Hôtel !). Malgré 3 visites à la réception pour signaler ce problème, aucune solution n'a été proposée. Nous n'avions pas de thermostat dans la chambre pour régler nous-même la température. Bien évidemment la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas de l'extérieur, ainsi la température de la chambre avoisinait les 30°C elle aussi. Impossible donc de dormir confortablement dans cette chambre, nous avons du dormir la fenêtre ouverte en plein hiver. Résultat : nous sommes tous tombés malades. Cela a gâché notre séjour ici. De ce fait, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et nous n'y reviendrons pas.

The place was dirty, there was no toilet paper, the receptionist didn't even say hello. The bathroom door was locked, the air conditioning was broken, and the hotel smelled awful of cigarette smoke. It's not worth paying less at this hotel; they charge for parking, a daily fee, no free water, and no water heater. An experience to forget.

I missed the first day of stay due to car problems. I stayed the second night. First they gave me the wrong room. I ordered 1 queen bed with 2 twins. They gave me first 3 twins bedroom. Then the next day(which was my actual birthday), they made me pay for extra breakfast, which I already paid for 2 the day before and never got any credit for it. They never realized it was my birthday, even though I handled them my passport at check in, which they scanned and looked at my information. They could do better at Customer service, it could have made my stay more pleasant, and make me forgot about what happened with my car, which I informed them the same day I missed.

Helpful for late check-in. Easy parking. Budget friendly.

For the price I paid to stay in the classic hotel for 5days, I am fairly satisfied. I also want to add that the hotel staffs such as the receptionists, the kitchen staffs as well as the staffs whom they kept the hotel clean and tidy, are very friendly and helpful.

Quiet place with helpful staff.

It is really far away from the City Center, U need to Walk to the Tram 12 Minutes, and its Not really Clean at all. On the Other Hand, the price for a single hotel room is really moderate.

Forse il peggior hotel dove abbia mai soggiornato. Struttura, arredi e sanitari rimasti a prima del crollo del muro di berlino... scarsa pulizia e sospetto che non siano state cambiate le lenzuola prima del.nostro arrivo. Colazione (a pagamento) sicuramente lontana dai canonici standard!
