Fantastic location , own beach area with beds & parasols , great pool area , very friendly staff & lovely breakfast with plenty of choice . older style hotel , great value , will visit again 👍

Gym is the worst I have seen. Breakfast is 1000 people crammed fighting over dry bread and boiled eggs. Roomservice won’t help you or be there on time. Inside of the rooms are untouched since the 70s. Do not come here, choose an air bnb instead, it’s so bad dude.

Ett fint stort hotell med ett underbart poolområde. Personalen var väldigt service minded, läget utmärkt nära strand och 4 restauranger. Rummet ok, men sängarna var hårda, man vaknade med stel rygg, samt inget hotell för de som har något handikapp då det är mycket trappor, och hissen låg långt bort. Jo ett uselt wifi, fungerade i receptionen, man kom in då och då 1 minut med lite tur på övriga ställen.

The beach was excellent but could have done with toilets nearby and a bar for drinks. Pool was nice but needed to be heated as ice cold when swimming. Some staff nice in the restaurant near the pool but often closed early so no access to drinks after 5pm. There is a tip culture present at the hotel. Your level of service from staff is directly proportional to the amount you tip. No tip, very poor service with an accompanying scowl. Main restaurant okay for food but often the staff where quite ignorant and walked in front of guests to pick up food orders for tippers and left you standing there. Also closed the breakfast and removed food at 10.05 when it finished st 10.30am. Smoking is permitted everywhere in the hotel, especially the cocktail bar. For non-smokers, there is a disgusting permenant cigarette stench in the hallways of the hotel. Entertainment is limited in the evening. Singers in the cocktail bar. There is nothing for children to do, except breathe in second hand smoke. Plenty of things to do in Agadir. Beware though, conmen are everywhere and try to lead you astray or have a money making acheme.

A huge hotel with a great big pool that never felt crowded lovely beach out front with a private area for residents. Rooms were good size with a small balcony and a fridge could probably do with an update. Food was of a good standard there was the usual buffet, a Moroccan restaurant, an Italian and a seafood restaurant which we tried and was quite good. Unfortunately not many other people used them so they were lacking in atmosphere.Most important is the quality of the staff so friendly but also very professional with high standards of service and plenty of them so you never wait for anything. The hotel is in a good spot on the beach promenade with a few independent restaurants and little shops in the vacinity All in all a nice stay

Superbe location & Hotel improved even further than last May. Private beach area fully open, great pool sunbathing area, nightly entertainment plus still great friendly, helpiing staff

Average stay. Booked sea view room but given pool view which played loud music till late evening. When i inquired about sea view room , been told hotel is fully booked. Pool was not heated.

Amazing experience with very welcoming and helpful people in a beatiful old Maroccan style immeculate clean hotel. I felt loved and cared for everywhere in the hotel. Great staff, wonderful pool and beach, very clean spacious room with a small balcony facing to the main street. There are better rooms but I used the room for sleeping only as I spent most of my time on the beach/pool or exploring the area.

Sehr schmutzig vor allem die Kühlschrank und die Vorhänger, ich schäme mich als Marokkanerin so was in Heimatland zu erleben, für mich hat das Hotel kein 4 Stern!!

Worst bed EVER! We are young healthy people but after sleeping in their bed we could barely walk and had to spend money on meditation, the receptionist didnt really care. The breakfast is horrible, its old food and tasteless. You are not allowed to bring food from outside to the hotel. Most staff there are corrupt and work together in cheating people by charging over pieces for tours, making sure to quickly grab people\'s suitcases to "help", but its really just a way to get money. They say there\'s wifi but this is only in the reception and not in the rooms. Be aware that the rooms are poorly isolated so lots of noise from neighbors when they\'re flushing their toilets etc. The swimming pool is so dirty, its full of sand and dirt at the bottom. They make sure that the ATM is out of cash so people are forced to exchange cash for a higher rate at the hotel. The only positive to say is the cleaning staff are nice, clean well. But be aware of all the other staff, just looking for ways to get money.

I recently stayed at Agadir Beach Club Hotel and had one of the worst experiences imaginable. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unhelpful. After a long wait, I was finally given a room, but it was downhill from there. The room itself was too old. The furniture in the room appeared quite old and worn, specifically the refrigerator. The bed linens were clearly not washed, there was dust on the closet and surfaces, and the bathroom appeared to have been only superficially cleaned. When I called the front desk to complain, they dismissed my concerns and told me there was nothing they could do. Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend that others avoid it as well.

Rooms were a bit dated but completely functional and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice location on the beach with easy access to walks along promenade to marina.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional with something for everyone. Beach was a stone throw away and there were multiple restaurants in the locality. I would recommed this hotel. However the only downside to my stay was that my room faces a road for pedestrians and everynight without fail we were woken up. Did not feel fully rested the following morning.

Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Möbeln waren ziemlich veraltet. Das Zimmer hat leicht muffig gerochen. Wifi hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. Taxipreis zum Flughafen war täglich anders. Hat dann auch beinahe nicht geklappt, weil für 4 Personen einen kleinen Wagen statt Minivan gekommen ist.

The hotel is old ( approximately 30 years plus), room condition is very limited, tired air condition, bathroom needs improvement, there are no spare Electric socket in the room one bed side lamp control’s the sockets and lights, if you switch the lamp off the complete electric system will be switched off, you can’t change your mobile device at night,we had to unplug the main bed lamp and leave one light on so we could change our mobile phone. Balcony needs improvements. There is limited entertainment in the evening. The hotel management needs to improve food choices, if you are going out early morning before 8:00, there is limited choices for breakfast. I paid £150.00 to upgrade my room (sea view) which was waste of money. The only thing which was good was the staff were very friendly.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, and definitely made up for some of the the less impressive aspects. The hotel is ok - the public areas are nice, but the rooms are quite tired and need updating. The pool area is ok, although the sun loungers could be better. There are loads of restaurants around the hotel offering good quality food at a reasonable price. I think there are better hotels available, but you have to consider the price difference!

I have mixed feelings about the resort. The service was good, the location is next to restaurants and the beach and the pool area is good (although small-ish). But there are lots of things that could be improven: The rooms aren't in the best shape, wifi-connection is poor, sound proofing is next to none and the breakfast was crowded every day after 08:30. I don't regret booking the hotel, but I encourage to be mindful about these setbacks before booking your accommodation at Agadir.

Séjour convenable en couple. Le plus de l’ Hotel: bien situé et grand, le personnel adorable et petit déjeuner compris. Tranquille à cette période de l’année. Côté négatif: globalement il manque de modernité et , il lui faudrait un rafraîchissement tant dans les chambres que les couloirs. J’ai du demander un changement de drap car ils étaient jaune. Les photos ne correspondent pas aux chambres actuelles. Pas de prise prévue pour charger les portables: nous avons du débrancher les veilleuses. Pas de bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre non plus et impossible de l’acheter à l’extérieur. Il faut laisser une caution pour avoir des serviettes à la piscine qui est prise d’assaut des 8h. Correspond davantage à un hôtel 3*

Ich komme seit über 20 Jahren in das Hotel Agadir Beach Club. Der Standort in der Nähe des Strandes ist sehr gut und es hat ein wunderschöner Garten mit toller Pool-Landschaft. Einzig die Infrastruktur und die Hotelzimmer entsprechen nicht mehr heuten Standards und müssten renoviert werden.

I want to be honest, this property is not a 4star hotel and the all inclusive package is not genuine! We paid for all inclusive, we phoned the hotel to confirm what our all inclusive package included and they said local alcohol list plus wine and beer. when we arrived they tried to charge us for the wine. Then we went to reception to ask what this mistake was and they said we are not all inclusive! I had terrible experience Agadir hotel the staff in the restaurant were extremely rude,this was my main issue as I have always experienced lovely people on holiday of nothing else. one morning I went for breakfast I was feeling quite poorly. I called to ask what time breakfast was going to finish and they said 10.30 so I went down for 10am and they said I was too late for eggs.I said okay and got myself other things.I went to sit down on a table and one waiter said I have to sit outside as they are clearing all the tables now (it's a massive restaurant with tables everywhere) I said I cannot eat outside as it's freezing and I'm not feeling well. He was arguing with me over it and then I went and sat on a small table in a corner. I saw other locals come in get there breakfast and sit in the middle tables and noone said anything to them . Another morning we went for breakfast they said it was to early for eggs.They were continuously rude and did not want to accommodate any kind customer service or good general holiday experience. The shower did not work properly!

On a passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement, l'accueil a été professionnelle, la chambre classique et le petit déjeuner très bon surtout c'est la gentillesse de tout le personnel qui est le point fort du Beach Club.

Had a great time here. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities including a fridge/freezer. It had a good-sized balcony with a small table and two chairs. The staff were very helpful and organized two excursions for us. The hotel is on the seafront and has a lovely promenade for walks.

The Hotel is of a good standard 3-4 star rating. However the Dining was less than expected, we went half board so breakfast and dinner were included but for dinner drinks were not part of the meal. Also the WiFi unless sitting in reception is virtually nonexistent. Apart from that a good Hotel
