Le Royal is a hotel whose best days are probably behind it, but it still has plenty of charm. The lobby is very grand, and the room had good character and felt comfortable. I didn’t need much assistance from staff, but when I did interact with them they were helpful and pleasant. Minor downsides were small details like no bathrobes, and only one glass and one pair of slippers in the room. The spa area, however, was excellent and a real highlight. Breakfast was okay. As long as you’re not expecting the best hotel in Amman, it’s a very good option. I wouldn’t consider it a modern Western 5-star hotel, but the price reflects that, so overall it’s fair value and I’d still give the stay a 5-star review.

We appreciated a lot the location of the hotel in the citycenter and the staff (working as housekeepers and in restaurant Patio for breakfast) were always very kind, helpful and attentive.

i stayed for my birthday the hotel left me a beautiful birthday cake! the spa is amazing and seperate access for men and women, one if the best hotel spa’s i’ve been too and i travel a lot! cannot fault this hotel it was stunning and my room was huge, definitely value for money
