Great location! In the great looking old town just by the hadrians gate. Few steps from the shopping,clubs,market...amazing staff and 2 swiming pools for you to enjoy.

We parked our car in the hotel's parking lot and handed over the keys at the reception. However, when we picked up the car, we noticed a scratch on the side mirror. Despite informing the hotel staff, no action was taken. Instead of addressing the issue, we felt like we were just being stalled. It was a disappointing experience in terms of guest satisfaction.

Veldig koselig hotell med hyggelige ansatte. Vi bodde på de nye rommene i en bygning noen minutter å gå fra hovedbygningen. 2 bassenger med solsenger. Godt renhold og gode senger.

Lovely hotel with delicious breakfasts. A really lovely experience in the interesting city of Antalya. Airport is about half an hour away so convenient location right in the centre of the old town. I loved the archaeological artefacts all round the grounds. Very relaxing and tranquil.

We enjoyed our stay at Alp Pasa Hotel, you can use their swimming pool from the hotel across as well. It was a pleasant stay. The location was great. The only thing is that the staff should pay more attention before signing off the room to guests and check all appliances and equipment. The fridge wasnt really working, one of the shower door was off and one was stuck. They came to fix right after so it was fine.

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt. Man kann auch mit dem Auto anreisen. Waren leider nur eine Nacht, aber schönes Ambiente. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The cushion had to be exchanged since it smelled bad. The bath room was old and around the toilet the floor was all the time wet, also around the shower/bathtub after taking a shower.

It was a really bad night, actually it was a nightmare. Not clean sheets, cockroach in the bathroom, nothing in a refrigerator(even water), noise in all night... However, all these bad things are small things compared to last one. From 11p.m, there was a blackout intermittently about 3hours. It was really terrible. No electricity for 3hours is too uncomfortable, can do nothing. I booked 2 nights but I have changed my accomodation right after first night. It's like a I threw my money in the street. Staff is kind but others are not good. I can't reccomend this hotel.

Honestly probably the worst.. we had the family suit it was one of the last “villas”. For a family villa (knowing we have a baby of 15months) odd to give a room with the biggest stairs.. it was not advertised as such. Music playing loud until 2:30 in the morning from Thursday to Sunday .. cleaners never came until we asked and when they came they just cleaned a mirror and pretended to broom the floor. Didn’t mop, didn’t change the sheets in the 5 nights we were there (our sheets smelled like grown man sweat), garbage outside of the room consistently, I found an old used baby bottle under the couch, & much more. The coffee table was completely broken. No silverware or cook wear although there is a full size kitchen.. when bringing this to the attention of the front desk staff they brushed it off like “what can we do about it”. The breakfast is the only decent thing about this hotel but that being said the restaurant was always packed the staff would take ages to clean up the plates from previous guest’s.. anyway so many things to mention but these are the most.

the Room itself.[1] 4 coat hangers, [2] No draws or shelving to put clothes on. the room was nothing like what I requested, I did not want a cooker pots,pans, and other Kitchen utensils in my BED Room I would not Book it again, and I would advise people of my age and disposition NOT to go to it. I am 84 years old and have had Four [4] major heart procedures, When paying the amount I paid I expected a little comfort for the price. Also after ordering a meal in the restaurant., waiting 46 minutes and then having to ask where it was.? to be told by the Saposid Restaurant/Duty Manager if I was not satisfied. ! I could always go out and dine somewhere else. [ wase the last straw ] Having stayed at this hotel some years ago I found that the standards have gone through the Floorboards, [hopeless and RUBISH ] NOW.

The hotel was safe, the room was comfortable, the service was excellent and the people working at the hotel did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our specific room did require walking up stairs which my mum found difficult but we would still book again and book a ground floor room. A great hotel with a great history and price. Hard to beat!

It was a beautiful hotel with historic features (statues, old Roman relics, etc) located in the centre of the Old Town. However, the service and restaurant were disappointing for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of local options however the service was slow or nonexistent. There was enjoyable live music most nights however if you plan on a early night then it may not be for you

Not as advertised. Room was larger than most in Kalecei hotels but it needs upgrading. Was clean but fixtures in bathroom all old, with bath screen ready to fall off. No tea/coffee making facilities. Staff in bar/restaurant had no interest doing any work and on both occasions we tried to get served we left after 20 mins of waiting (they simply stood around, serving no-one). Reception staff vey friendly and the concierge was amazing- very helpful.

Seit vielen Jahren besuche ich das Hotel Alp Pasa immer wieder gerne. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und lecker, die Abende vorm Kamin wunderschön bei (für türkische Verhältnisse) kaltem Wetter. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig werden jedoch, so vom neuen Pächter, alle peux a peux renoviert. Die anderen Gebäuden vom Alp Pasa werden bereits renoviert. Das Frühstück ist von 7:00-10:00 Uhr und könnte meinerseits bis 11:00 Uhr verlängert werden. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal. Ein Tipp von mir, für Antalya Kaleici allgemein reichen höchstens 5 Tage.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Sehr schöne Anlage in der Altstadt. Abends kann es in der Umgebung etwas laut werden, was auch in unserem Zimmer hörbar war Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben unser Frühstück ( Lunchbox ) morgens um fünf Uhr bekommen, da unser Flug am frühen Morgen startete. Empfehlenswert für einen Besuch der Altstadt.

The WiFi did not work all weekend. And there was no water on the check out day which was unfortunate but not the fault of the hotel. But the main issue is the windows which are poorly fitted and you can hear the entire street. Pointless going to bed until the streets become empty.

It was a beautiful hotel with historic features (statues, old Roman relics, etc) located in the centre of the Old Town. However, the service and restaurant were disappointing for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of local options however the service was slow or nonexistent. There was enjoyable live music most nights however if you plan on a early night then it may not be for you

Not as advertised. Room was larger than most in Kalecei hotels but it needs upgrading. Was clean but fixtures in bathroom all old, with bath screen ready to fall off. No tea/coffee making facilities. Staff in bar/restaurant had no interest doing any work and on both occasions we tried to get served we left after 20 mins of waiting (they simply stood around, serving no-one). Reception staff vey friendly and the concierge was amazing- very helpful.

Smukt gammelt hotel med velbevarede detaljer og udgravninger. Perfekt lokation i den gamle bydel. Vi boede i Ottoman Suiten, som var fin og med god plads. God morgenmad. Meget hjælpsom personale.

Honestly probably the worst.. we had the family suit it was one of the last “villas”. For a family villa (knowing we have a baby of 15months) odd to give a room with the biggest stairs.. it was not advertised as such. Music playing loud until 2:30 in the morning from Thursday to Sunday .. cleaners never came until we asked and when they came they just cleaned a mirror and pretended to broom the floor. Didn’t mop, didn’t change the sheets in the 5 nights we were there (our sheets smelled like grown man sweat), garbage outside of the room consistently, I found an old used baby bottle under the couch, & much more. The coffee table was completely broken. No silverware or cook wear although there is a full size kitchen.. when bringing this to the attention of the front desk staff they brushed it off like “what can we do about it”. The breakfast is the only decent thing about this hotel but that being said the restaurant was always packed the staff would take ages to clean up the plates from previous guest’s.. anyway so many things to mention but these are the most.

The Alp Pasa is very relaxing and comfortable. Its full of charm and character as you would expect from a boutique, special class hotel. The staff are wonderful and food is exceptional. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you to Emine and all the staff.

Lovely hotel with delicious breakfasts. A really lovely experience in the interesting city of Antalya. Airport is about half an hour away so convenient location right in the centre of the old town. I loved the archaeological artefacts all round the grounds. Very relaxing and tranquil.

We enjoyed our stay at Alp Pasa Hotel, you can use their swimming pool from the hotel across as well. It was a pleasant stay. The location was great. The only thing is that the staff should pay more attention before signing off the room to guests and check all appliances and equipment. The fridge wasnt really working, one of the shower door was off and one was stuck. They came to fix right after so it was fine.

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt. Man kann auch mit dem Auto anreisen. Waren leider nur eine Nacht, aber schönes Ambiente. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Sehr schöne Anlage in der Altstadt. Abends kann es in der Umgebung etwas laut werden, was auch in unserem Zimmer hörbar war Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben unser Frühstück ( Lunchbox ) morgens um fünf Uhr bekommen, da unser Flug am frühen Morgen startete. Empfehlenswert für einen Besuch der Altstadt.

The WiFi did not work all weekend. And there was no water on the check out day which was unfortunate but not the fault of the hotel. But the main issue is the windows which are poorly fitted and you can hear the entire street. Pointless going to bed until the streets become empty.

Zevkli bir mekan ama hizmet anlayışı eksik, çalışanlar ilgili ve profesyonel değil. Odaya çıkarken gece su istedik, odadaki dolabınızda var dediler, odayı aradık odada dolap yok ki su olsun, çağırdık gelip baktılar evet dolap yokmuş dediler. Vasat bir kahvaltı da eklenince verdiğimiz parayı bir iyi döşenmiş bir pansiyona vermiş gibi olduk. Tekrar gitmeyiz.

Hotel Kale’de geçirdiğim konaklama süresi harikaydı. Otelin konumu çok güzel, hem ulaşım açısından kolaylık sağlıyor. Oda tertemizdi. Kahvaltısı da oldukça iyiydi — hem çeşitli hem de lezzetliydi.

Otelde tadilat varmış tadilat olduğu halde otel açık ama hizmette aksama var oda sıcaklığı olsun sıcak su olsun televizyonun çalışmaması olsun gibi SORUNLAR yaşadık ayrıca kahvaltıda daha önce deneyimlediğimiz kahvaltı gibi değil eksikler mevcut. Geçen sene Aralık ayında da gelmiştik otel hizmetinde sorunla karşılaşmamıştık. 20 yıldır geldiğimiz bir tesis bu seyehatte bizde hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Daha önce eski bölümde konaklamıştık bu sefer yeni binayı tercih ettik biraz daha pahalı fakat kesinlikle bu farka değer. Oda çok geniş eski odanın beredeyse 3 katı. Odada hem duş hem de küvet var , oda sessiz. Denize girmek için Mermerli plajını tercih ettik kişi başı şezlon ve şemsiye 800 TL.

Beware if you are driving - the hotel MUST sign you in if you are not arriving between the hours of 7-12 in the morning. We weren’t told about this and it made our arrival horrible. Our room, in the hotel’s annex was so noisy it was impossible to sleep, absolutely dreadful - it was relatively quiet between 4-6am. While the building is beautiful, the staff seem stressed and the noise is horrendous!

Zimmerreinigung solala, bei Anreise schon alte Flecken und verschmutzt. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut, Abendessen gegenüber im Restaurant. Die Abendkarte ändert sich nicht und ist auch nicht wirklich mit Liebe zubereitet. Der Burger und der Fisch waren okay, der Rest eher geschmacksneutral (Nudeln/Hackbällchen/Suppe/Salat hatten wir auch gegessen). Personal war hilfsbereit, allerdings mussten wir für eine zweite Bettdecke zweimal nachfragen.
