Fácil acesso para o aeroporto.

Kahvaltı yeterli, odalar temiz, bağlantılı odalar mevcut. Havuzu kullanamadık. Bizim kaldığımı tarihte havuz tadilattaydı ve bunun bilgisi bize önceden verilmedi. Rezervasyona 1-2 gün kala kapalı alanların bilgisi müşteriye verilmelidir.

Welcome was poor, actually felt discriminated and disappointed. The person went beyond me to take the other people's luggage and welcomed them to the hotel and i was ignored. At the reception desk, the first statement when i announced i was there to check in, was "is this your first stay with us?" No hello or welcome! The pool and sauna were out of order. The hotel was very clean with a comfortable bed. Choices of meals and drinks good. Convenient location from the airport for sleep over. Convenience of public metro and taxiesto sight see and go shopping.

The biggest letdown was the fact that the sauna and swimming pool which were due to be the highlight of our trip given the very high cost relative to other hotels in the area were both out of action and no email or message was sent to me prior to checking in even though I had booked this hotel one week in advance. The hotel receptionist (Manos) promised to escalate my request for partial compensation to the management team and that I would be most definitely contacted by email and/or telephone within a couple of hours informing me whether any compensation might be forthcoming, but I heard absolutely nothing and still haven't two days later. The other aspect which potential customers may find relevant is that it is impossible to open any window because they have a security lock mechanism and the air-conditioning in the room is horrendously weak, taking all night (literally) to get down to the set temperature of 18°C even on full fan. Given the price of the room, irrespective of the location, we feel they have not lived up to the reputation portrayed by many other reviewers.
