Tired and not serviceminded staff in reception and restaurant. Ok breakfast, lunch not so good and dinner terrible. Gym really nice but equipment needs lubrication and service. Really good cleanliness and standard for 3 star hotel.

Clean hotel, nice pools, close to beautiful Nissi Beach, good evening programme on 4 days of a week. We stayed with all inclusive and it was great, however my daughter has milk-allergy and the allergens were not properly described, and could be more choice of desserts for people having food-allergy (they had only milk-free ice cream). The gym would be great to open earlier, at around 7am. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working. Breakfast was greate, but lunch and dinner was very bad! There is many bad reviews about this for a reason!!!! The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.

Hotel and room were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. There was a show every evening. Food also was very good. Good value for the money. two moments I didn't like are: 1) pool closing too soon at 6 in the evening 2) there are no juices nor water for dinner

The hotel is not providing towels for the pool so we had to buy 4 towels, this was not stated anywhere so we could go prepared. Food was ok. The bungalow was spacious but full of ants everywhere biting us all night!. everybody woke up full of rushes!

We spent a fantastic time at Nissiana Hotel. The rooms were tidy, the food was with great variety and we all found something for our taste. Managed to gain 2 kg :) Thank you! :) Being there with 2 kids, we found the pool area a perfect place to relax. It was perfectly clean with a lifeguard (who took his work a bit too seriously :)) Every evening there was a program which suited every age. A big thanks to the hotel staff as well who were helpful and friendly all the time...perhaps a bit more smile at the reception would have made it 5 ;) it just 5 this way ;) Nissi beach was literally a 5-minute, convenient walk from the hotel. The beach, especially the little island part of it, was a perfect location for the kids and for our snorkeling needs :) Landa beach also 15-minutes walk away (don't take the bus :)). Imho - Highly recommended.

Property is clean but some rooms need updating. Parking was always available. We were All inclusive but as a vegetarian, nothing was labelled at the buffet which was a problem for us. My room wasn’t available when I arrived, so was given a different room and then the next day was asked to change back to the original room that was booked. I was only at the hotel for four days and didn’t want to waste my time going from room to room, so after a few conversations , I was allowed to stay in the room. Swimming pool is great. Besides the initial problem with our room, the hotel is very nice and relaxing for people with a budget.

We didn’t expect too much from a three star hotel, but the Nissiana was above expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good, the evening meal (we were half board) was very good with a different theme each night. And with food allergies, the Chef was there every night to guide me through. The pool area is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The two things I could mention was the road beside the Hotel (thus near the pool and outside dining room) was noisy. And this hotel caters to families so a lot of children running around. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel in der Nähe (200m) des beliebten Nissi-Strandes. Parkplätze vorm Haus, Restaurants an der Hauptstrasse von Agia Napa gut zu Fuß oder per Bus zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig ("Continental" mit lokalen Erzeugnissen als Ergänzung). Pool ist in gutem Zustand. Sonnenliegen und Schirme stehen zur Verfügung. Das gesamte Personal, ob an der Rezeption, das Reinigungspersonal oder die Mitarbeiter, die das Buffet betreuen, war sehr freundlich! Uns hat die Randlage von Agia Napa gefallen, sodass wir zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße wohnten, allerdings abseits des größten Trubels.

We stayed in the bungalow, my husband and I. The room is very dirty. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted by an immense spider. Lots of cobweb in the room. I lost count of how many spiders we killed inside the apartment. Pillows were dirty. The headboard of the bed was all dusty. The air conditioning is right above the bed, right above our heads, if you have rhinitis or sinusitis, you will suffer to sleep. The TV is in the corner of the kitchen, not in the bedroom next to the beds. The food is very bad quality. A jocking. At the breakfast buffet, apples and bananas are already open and cut, which made the fruits dark, making it impossible to eat. Never seen this: banana cut in half and exposed. They got black inside. The dinner food was also horrible. We feel sick many times after eating. There were a looooot of children, running and screaming everywhere, maybe more children than adults... it felt like I was at a children's party Annoiyng. I have stayed at several other hotels in Ayia Napa and I have never had such a terrible experience. I will never go back to this hotel again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Ottima struttura a soli 500 metri da Nissi Beach, ho soggiornato 10 giorni con mezza pensione e ho trovato tutto buono e di ottima qualità, servizio bevande al tavolo un pò scarso, spesse volte avevo già finito di mangiare prima che arrivasse l'acqua. Piscina molto bella e calda. Personale alla reception gentilissimo e disponibile. Pulizia della stanza non il massimo, al nostro arrivo c'erano dei capelli sul pavimento del bagno e nonostante il servizio di pulizia passasse tutti i giorni si notavano delle evidenti mancanze di attenzione, esempio resti di sabbia sul pavimento

Alles war sehr schön. Die zimmer jeden Tag sauber gemacht und jeden 2 Tag frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebracht. Das Frühstücks Buffet reichhaltig. Preis Leistung......super. ca 4 nin zum Strand laufen. Haltestellen Stadt ein und aus Werts ca 2 min vom Hotel. Russisch/Ukrainisch ist stark präsent. Alles spricht diese Sprache und dann englisch.

Everything was wonderful. Excellent service, location, food. Nissi beach is great and very nearby. Bus stops are just at the other side of the road. The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. Rooms are clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable. Great hotel I recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nissiana Hotel in Ayia Napa. While it may not be the newest hotel, the level of cleanliness and service is absolutely top-notch—the highest you could ask for. The food was also a huge highlight. It was clean and excellent, with a great selection of authentic Greek dishes that made our dining experience wonderful. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our overall experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel!

This place is a delight. The staff are helpful and kind and the food is delicious. As a smaller hotel it does not have an extensive all- inclusive buffet but there is still plenty of choice and cooked well. Delicious!!! Even the bar snacks are yum! The all inclusive drinks menu is also plentiful. The pool is not rammed as it is right on Nissi Beach so some people prefer the beach to the pool. The room I had was a superior on the 4th floor with an amazing view. The room was spotless and the beds very very comfy! I loved it so much I am returning for a solo trip at the end of the month:-)

Indtjekning der tog alt for lang tid og alt for mange papirer der unødvendigt skulle udfyldes. Man skulle bruge pas til indtjekning som også skulle graves frem og udover det skulle man udfylde et papir på 1 side om alle mulige oplysninger. Simpelthen for meget og for træls at bruge tid på. Værelser var alt for små og man kunne ikke engang have en mini klapvogn derinde. Jeg var glad for vi tjekkede ud efter 3 timer på det hotel. Shampoo der var tilsat alverdens dufte som formentlig ikke var allergitestet eller andet. Ikke et sted jeg kommer retur. Selvom det kun skulle være for 1 overnatning.

We have paid additional 150 euro for an extra kid, but they didn’t upgrade the room and we were 4 people in very small room. Service in reception is very poor and rudely. In a few words its a budget hotel with suitable services.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren neu renoviert und Betten bequem. Fitnessraum war top ausgestattet. Da hat nichts gefehlt. Kühlschrank, Safe, Fön, Wasserkocher vorhanden. Tennisplatz kostenlos. Essen war auch gut. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Strand war 200 m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren neu renoviert und Betten bequem. Fitnessraum war top ausgestattet. Da hat nichts gefehlt. Kühlschrank, Safe, Fön, Wasserkocher vorhanden. Tennisplatz kostenlos. Essen war auch gut. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Strand war 200 m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

La struttura era perfetta per famiglie e anche coppie, pulizia ok, bungalow grandi con due camere, La strada molto vicina ai bungalow si sentivano le auto Purtroppo non tutte le sere facevano animazione e quando la facevano finiva presto alle 21:30/22:00 La piscina stupenda Il ristorante ok, la carne e verdure ok, ma i primi ed il pesce non erano di mio gradimento Il mare è vicino 100 mt circa ed è la migliore spiaggia del vicinato La posizione è al di fuori del paese ma è un pregio perché ci si arriva a piedi al centro ed è molto affollato e caotico il paese

Stayed in the bungalows - lots of space, basic level of furniture which worked fine for our needs. Nice pool. Food and drinks were not good quality - we tried breakfast, drinks and dinner and wouldn't recommend staying if food is important to your vacation.

It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach, I stayed in the bungalows and while they are a bit tired and out of the way, it was clean and reasonably quiet. I only ate breakfast once but there was a good selection of food. They have entertainment in the main hotel that seemed pretty good.

This place is a delight. The staff are helpful and kind and the food is delicious. As a smaller hotel it does not have an extensive all- inclusive buffet but there is still plenty of choice and cooked well. Delicious!!! Even the bar snacks are yum! The all inclusive drinks menu is also plentiful. The pool is not rammed as it is right on Nissi Beach so some people prefer the beach to the pool. The room I had was a superior on the 4th floor with an amazing view. The room was spotless and the beds very very comfy! I loved it so much I am returning for a solo trip at the end of the month:-)

We didn’t expect too much from a three star hotel, but the Nissiana was above expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good, the evening meal (we were half board) was very good with a different theme each night. And with food allergies, the Chef was there every night to guide me through. The pool area is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The two things I could mention was the road beside the Hotel (thus near the pool and outside dining room) was noisy. And this hotel caters to families so a lot of children running around. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Indtjekning der tog alt for lang tid og alt for mange papirer der unødvendigt skulle udfyldes. Man skulle bruge pas til indtjekning som også skulle graves frem og udover det skulle man udfylde et papir på 1 side om alle mulige oplysninger. Simpelthen for meget og for træls at bruge tid på. Værelser var alt for små og man kunne ikke engang have en mini klapvogn derinde. Jeg var glad for vi tjekkede ud efter 3 timer på det hotel. Shampoo der var tilsat alverdens dufte som formentlig ikke var allergitestet eller andet. Ikke et sted jeg kommer retur. Selvom det kun skulle være for 1 overnatning.

location is perfect just several minutes to the Nissi beach. breakfast was the same every morning and when you stay there for a week it is very boring. rooms are very small. We have paid additional 150 euro for an extra kid, but they didn’t upgrade the room and we were 4 people in very small room. Service in reception is very poor and rudely. In a few words its a budget hotel with suitable services.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 7 giorni con formula all inclusive, i pasti erano pessimi, poca scelta e di scarsa qualità. Le camere familiari sono spaziose e abbastanza nuove. Purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno c’è stato un brutto episodio, le signore delle pulizie hanno preso per sbaglio il mio pigiama e non è mai stato ritrovato, nessuno mi ha chiesto scusa o ha cercato di rimediare…certo è ‘solo’ un pigiama ma comunque di base è sparito un mio oggetto personale dalla camera, quindi molto sgradevole come episodio.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nissiana Hotel in Ayia Napa. While it may not be the newest hotel, the level of cleanliness and service is absolutely top-notch—the highest you could ask for. The food was also a huge highlight. It was clean and excellent, with a great selection of authentic Greek dishes that made our dining experience wonderful. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our overall experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel!

Alles war sehr schön. Die zimmer jeden Tag sauber gemacht und jeden 2 Tag frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebracht. Das Frühstücks Buffet reichhaltig. Preis Leistung......super. ca 4 nin zum Strand laufen. Haltestellen Stadt ein und aus Werts ca 2 min vom Hotel. Russisch/Ukrainisch ist stark präsent. Alles spricht diese Sprache und dann englisch.

Mooi hotel met goed ontbijt op loopafstand van Nissi Beach, Restaurants en winkels. Wij hadden de bovenste verdieping van een bungalow achter het hotel gelegen. Prima ruimte met keuken en simpele badkamer en balkon. Aanrader voor strandvakanties.

Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working. Breakfast was greate, but lunch and dinner was very bad! There is many bad reviews about this for a reason!!!! The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé juste en face de la plage de Nissi beach et a proximité d Ayia Napa centre. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et ont une bonne literie. Le restaurant propose un très bon buffet varié. Je recommande.

Everything was wonderful. Excellent service, location, food. Nissi beach is great and very nearby. Bus stops are just at the other side of the road. The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. Rooms are clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable. Great hotel I recommend.

11泊しました。チェックインは午前0時、チェックアウトは午前4時にもかかわらずとてもスムーズでした。場所は最高ニツシビーチまで徒歩3分、スーパー、飲食店も徒歩圏内。プールも綺麗。ハーフボートのプランでしたが、毎日美味しいです。ただし夕食時のドリンクは別です。1Lの水€2.2。ハウスキーパーはあまり綺麗ではないですが、3星としてはいいと思います。週4回無料のショーがあり家族連れには最適なホテルです。レンタカーがあれば綺麗なビーチがたくさんありすぎて迷う位です。超おすすめのホテルです。

Property is clean but some rooms need updating. Parking was always available. We were All inclusive but as a vegetarian, nothing was labelled at the buffet which was a problem for us. My room wasn’t available when I arrived, so was given a different room and then the next day was asked to change back to the original room that was booked. I was only at the hotel for four days and didn’t want to waste my time going from room to room, so after a few conversations , I was allowed to stay in the room. Swimming pool is great. Besides the initial problem with our room, the hotel is very nice and relaxing for people with a budget.

Le de l’hôtel : piscine, bien situé, calme, personnels. Le - de l’hôtel : buffet Pour le buffet du soir, il y’a très peu de choix et pas de fromage en dessert. Vu qu’il y’a très peu de choix, ça nous ai déjà arriver de rien aimer donc on a été manger dans des restaurants. C’est dommage ! Sinon l’hôtel est bien et familial.

We didn’t expect too much from a three star hotel, but the Nissiana was above expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good, the evening meal (we were half board) was very good with a different theme each night. And with food allergies, the Chef was there every night to guide me through. The pool area is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The two things I could mention was the road beside the Hotel (thus near the pool and outside dining room) was noisy. And this hotel caters to families so a lot of children running around. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working. Breakfast was greate, but lunch and dinner was very bad! There is many bad reviews about this for a reason!!!! The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.
