Amazing location right by Nissi Beach and a good breakfast! The bungalows need some renovations, and we struggled with high humidity in the rooms.

Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working. Breakfast was greate, but lunch and dinner was very bad! There is many bad reviews about this for a reason!!!! The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.

Ok place. Not on the beach, and if you are in nissiana bungalows it is 600m to beach. Decent walk when it’s hot. 5 stars for breakfast people.
