Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa - Handwritten Collection

The staff were excellent and the swimming pool area was fantastic as well. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities and rooms particularly are quite rundown and old which detracted from the stay. The Wi-Fi was also very patchy in the room and across the pool area. 3/5 overall.

The services, staff, rooms, amenities, foods anf everything else were excellent, can't fault it!. That was our first time stayed at this hotel and will definitely be back to stay there again. One downside was the wifi did not reach beach area. We spent time a lot on the beach loungers as we wanted to relax more. Everytime we needed to connect to wifi to contact our children, we had to go to Tamarind restaurant or pool area.
