Nossa estadia no Ayana foi incrível! O resort é lindo e a equipe muito atenciosa

O hotel é incrível e as piscinas e o Rock Bar são um show a parte! Staff muito atencioso e gentil. Infraestutura impecável, quarto bem espaçoso. Restaurantes com preços um pouco acima da média de outros resorts, mas bons! O sinal de celular e o Wi-Fi deixaram um pouco a desejar. E a água do quarto é quente. Não dá pra tomar banho frio.

Hands down the best hotel/resort in Indonesia. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. I would say this is my favorite hotel in the world. Much better than The W and The Ritz. Highly recommend.

We only stayed here for two nights, but that was a mistake — we should have stayed a few more days in this amazing resort. Everything in the resort is very well organized, and all the staff members are incredibly kind. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing from anywhere in the resort. My favorite place was the Ocean View Pool, especially in the early morning and at sunset. I know Bali has many things to do, but if you choose to stay at this resort, you should spend time enjoying the property because everything here makes you happy. The only thing I would improve is the Ayana app. If the app had directions to each location within the resort, like Google Maps, it would be very helpful for walking around such a huge area.
