Banff Park Lodge

Hotel arbeitet an der Renovierung, so sollten die etwas nach Rauch (nicht Zigaretten sondern Waldbrandrauch von früher) riechenden Teppichböden und Vorhänge erneuert werden.

La localisation est parfaite. Le personnel est courtois. L’hôtel est en rénovation mais le personnel fait le nécessaire pour que cela ne soit pas incommodent. Les chambres rénovées sont très belles.

Hotel great location and staff very friendly and attentive. Hotel in the middle of a refurbishment so some areas out of use during stay but appreciate work needs to be done. 1st room safe wasn’t working or fixable due to tech issue so moved room very quickly so no issues. Would still book hotel again and would like to see new renovations. Bar a great little social place. Hotel room clean and great with safe and fridge as priority for us.

We have stayed in several top hotels in Banff and Canmore and can say a new favourite is the Banff Park Lodge. Friendly staff, clean updated rooms, wonderful private balcony, and inviting bar and restaurant. For travellers who want to experience the peaceful nature Banff is known for and for anyone looking to access a full range of shopping and tourist stops, the location means you are steps away from both. With the river a minute from the hotel, you have access to an extensive path for walks or runs, and the canoe club ramp. Rent a canoe and explore the area on the water (very fun and highly recommended). Banff Avenue and Bear Street has a plethora of shops and eateries that will fit a wide range of budgets and tastes. The Upper Hot Springs is just a short drive away, but the pool and sauna on site mean you can have the best of both worlds. Perfect for all travellers - families, couples and friends. Definitely returning. If we could give it more than five stars, we would.
