Hotellet havde lavet en fejl så vores booking var blevet annulleret. Vi fik en gratis upgrade til premiere værelse. Vores etage var renoveret og fint nyt værelse. Når elevatoren stoppede på andre etager, så det noget ældre ud. Jeg tror at der er stor forskel på værelserne. Sødt personale. Jeg er meget skuffet hvor pool området. Vi havde ønsket hotel med pool, men hvad vi ikke vidste var at poolen er i skygge til omkring kl 16-17 om eftermiddagen. Det gjorde den desværre ikke så brugbar. Havde jeg vidst det så havde jeg klart valgt et andet hotel.

I like everything. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't let you play the piano, hahaha. Since I am a pianist, I want to touch that piano so bad. But overall, it was very good. I would definitely go back again.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep, which is highly undesirable for any traveler. While the beautiful architecture and impressive lobby of Twin Towers Hotel showcase the potential for a luxurious stay, the lackluster room furnishings and uncomfortable bed sully the overall experience. Was supposed to stay in Bangkok for 8 days, but cut our time short and went to Pattaya instead. The room is very outdated. Not many plug outlets; room is so dark and not very clean; bathtub is old and faucets are rusty. The staff seemed cordial and nice but not very welcoming.

Very big hotel. It was clean but the shower was very weak. The hot water didn’t come out well, so I was a little frustrated. We can walk to the station ( to Hua Lamphong and National Stadiam ) for 15 minutes. There were some stalls in front of the hotel at night, so I could easily get food. And they have 7-11 next to the hotel.

In whole I was satisfied with the experience, a few things can improve, the shower head in my room was partially blocked and also I booked the room with a queen bed but when I arrived they gave me a room with two single beds and the excuse was in availability.

Very big hotel. It was clean but the shower was very weak. The hot water didn’t come out well, so I was a little frustrated. We can walk to the station ( to Hua Lamphong and National Stadiam ) for 15 minutes. There were some stalls in front of the hotel at night, so I could easily get food. And they have 7-11 next to the hotel.

Stayed here every year when i come to bangkok. Nice clean rooms and great staffs. But breakfast.... needs a BIG change. I been eating the same items for the past few years.....😫 Everything else is great.

Hotellet havde lavet en fejl så vores booking var blevet annulleret. Vi fik en gratis upgrade til premiere værelse. Vores etage var renoveret og fint nyt værelse. Når elevatoren stoppede på andre etager, så det noget ældre ud. Jeg tror at der er stor forskel på værelserne. Sødt personale. Jeg er meget skuffet hvor pool området. Vi havde ønsket hotel med pool, men hvad vi ikke vidste var at poolen er i skygge til omkring kl 16-17 om eftermiddagen. Det gjorde den desværre ikke så brugbar. Havde jeg vidst det så havde jeg klart valgt et andet hotel.
