Hotel needs an update. We had two rooms, one in the old building and the other in the newer building. The old building: We were able to lock the door but the deadbolt was not align so we could not locked that. We stayed 4 nights, one the elevator didn't work for two nights. The newer building: The security door chain was missing the chain.

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht zur neuesten Generation gehört, überzeugt es durch seine funktionierende Infrastruktur und reibungslose Abläufe. Der Guest-Relation-Service ist sehr engagiert und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Küche überzeugt mit einer gelungenen Vielfalt an internationalen, arabischen und asiatischen Gerichten.

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht zur neuesten Generation gehört, überzeugt es durch seine funktionierende Infrastruktur und reibungslose Abläufe. Der Guest-Relation-Service ist sehr engagiert und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Over all good stay and restaurant was good choice of breakfast. Front desk staff was ok, not that accommodate. They put making money as priority then guest service. I will not stay there again. It also shouldn’t be 5 star rating, I travel a lot and put that one in 3.5 star. Anything over 3.5 would be over rating.

Service of WiFi needs to improve not stable network connection, off on the out my stay , the house keeping needs to be trained to clean the room and leave it in a neat condition after vacuuming the room my shoes where thrown in all directions !!! Not put back in a line as I left them!!! All done in a hurry hair lying of the staff on the table after dusting !!! Fallen accidentally!! Also they need to have more staff speaking English and understanding the guests request and problems!! The swimming pool area is poorly lit specially the swimming pool on touching both ends of the pool while swimming one accidendly bangs ones head !!! Very dark , on both Length ends!!

Positif: L’hôtel est fidèle aux photos, les chambres sont bien, spacieuses avec des rangements, le petit déjeuner est varié, très près de la station nana Négatif: le bruit, même au 14 étage on entendait la musique en bas donc très mal insonorisé, personne à la piscine pour nous donner des serviettes, donc pas de serviette, piscine éteinte à 18h30 donc on peut pas profiter, problème d’eau chaude dans notre chambre

We had issues the moment we arrived. They we switch 3 rooms in 2 days. One night with no AC they brought us a fan it was 27c in the room all night. They put us in another room and we woke up to an exploded toilet with disgusting things on the floor. (Not frm us btw) the staff was very apologetic but honestly the facility is a 2 star to 2.5 star max. Location was good tho walking distances to a lot of places.

This is one of my favorite hotels, although it is not perfect for me. Unfortunately, I discovered that my room had a problem with ants, which even got into my bag. However, the staff handled the situation very nicely and professionally. They were friendly, understanding and upgraded me to a junior suite. They also helped by washing all my clothes and quickly arranged a new room for me. The new suite was amazing and I am incredibly grateful for the staff's hospitality and service. It really felt safe and comfortable to be so well looked after. Thanks to the amazing staff - that's why I love coming back

It's right down in the center of one of the most touristy areas, so don't expect it to be too quiet. Had a slight issue when arriving, but sorted it out. Loved the big double sink bathroom, however there's definitely an issue with their sewer system. The toilet would "Clog" when there's nothing to clog it with. Mostly Arabic customers, but pretty much friendly. I chose it because it had a very nice large room with 3 actual beds for 3 adults, instead of 2 beds and a cot or some convertible couch.

Should be better cleaning of rooms, dust on the tables and under the bed. When i was emptynof toiletpaper they removed the roll but did not replace it.

Very clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast buffet. Great location close to everything, i would definitely stay here again!

Vi havde bestilt et luxus værelse med teresse i 3 dage. Det var en stor skuffelse. Der var ingen møbler på værelset. Det måtte vi bede om. Møbler kom efter 2 timer. Og teressen var på ingen måde rengjort. Først morgen lugtede der af kloak på værelse. Toilettet var stoppet og der lå afførings vand på værelset. Vi fik et nyt værelse efter 4 timer. Teressen her var heller ikke rengjort. En meget dårlig oplevelse. Bestemt ikke 4500 DK værd

Read a lot of reviews before booking the place. I was a bit hesitant but I am glad I took a chance. The hotel is very conveniently located and is very comfortable. Rooms were sound proof as advertised. Staff was excellent. I will stay here again.

Very close to Nana right off the sukhumvit road. Hotel is located in the Arab area so has lots of Arab and Indian restaurants and tourist. Rooms on the front and side are noisy from the road and BTS and that will keep you awake through the night. When they relax the bar opening time to 4am the road will be even noisier. Staff very friendly and helpful just a shame about the hotel.

A hotel in an excellent location if you specifically want to stay in Bangkok’s Arab district. The hotel has been fully renovated, and the rooms are in good condition for a four-star property. However, in my experience, the bathroom did not meet expectations, especially in terms of finishing and drainage. I don’t believe it was fully renovated in the Deluxe Room category, and the water did not drain properly in the shower area. The lighting in the bathroom was also quite dim.

Positif: L’hôtel est fidèle aux photos, les chambres sont bien, spacieuses avec des rangements, le petit déjeuner est varié, très près de la station nana Négatif: le bruit, même au 14 étage on entendait la musique en bas donc très mal insonorisé, personne à la piscine pour nous donner des serviettes, donc pas de serviette, piscine éteinte à 18h30 donc on peut pas profiter, problème d’eau chaude dans notre chambre

This is one of my favorite hotels, although it is not perfect for me. Unfortunately, I discovered that my room had a problem with ants, which even got into my bag. However, the staff handled the situation very nicely and professionally. They were friendly, understanding and upgraded me to a junior suite. They also helped by washing all my clothes and quickly arranged a new room for me. The new suite was amazing and I am incredibly grateful for the staff's hospitality and service. It really felt safe and comfortable to be so well looked after. Thanks to the amazing staff - that's why I love coming back

I did ask during the Check-In to add breakfast to my Hotel Booking at the agreed price shown at my arrival. However, every morning I was questioned at Breakfast that the meal was not covered by my Hotel Booking and I was sent to the Reception Desk in the Lobby. I did confirm that I was going to pay the Breakfast fee, but the following morning I had the same issue - a problem of communication in between different parts of the Hotel

Over all good stay and restaurant was good choice of breakfast. Front desk staff was ok, not that accommodate. They put making money as priority then guest service. I will not stay there again. It also shouldn’t be 5 star rating, I travel a lot and put that one in 3.5 star. Anything over 3.5 would be over rating.

Very close to Nana right off the sukhumvit road. Hotel is located in the Arab area so has lots of Arab and Indian restaurants and tourist. Rooms on the front and side are noisy from the road and BTS and that will keep you awake through the night. When they relax the bar opening time to 4am the road will be even noisier. Staff very friendly and helpful just a shame about the hotel.

It's right down in the center of one of the most touristy areas, so don't expect it to be too quiet. Had a slight issue when arriving, but sorted it out. Loved the big double sink bathroom, however there's definitely an issue with their sewer system. The toilet would "Clog" when there's nothing to clog it with. Mostly Arabic customers, but pretty much friendly. I chose it because it had a very nice large room with 3 actual beds for 3 adults, instead of 2 beds and a cot or some convertible couch.

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht zur neuesten Generation gehört, überzeugt es durch seine funktionierende Infrastruktur und reibungslose Abläufe. Der Guest-Relation-Service ist sehr engagiert und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Küche überzeugt mit einer gelungenen Vielfalt an internationalen, arabischen und asiatischen Gerichten.

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht zur neuesten Generation gehört, überzeugt es durch seine funktionierende Infrastruktur und reibungslose Abläufe. Der Guest-Relation-Service ist sehr engagiert und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. We had the best experience at NH sukhumvit, staff at the front desk Mr. Hinghoi is very friendly, warm and accomodating, he handles guest request with efficency and helped us booked the hotel's van to the airport for departure. We enjoyed a room upgrade for free! The rooms are clean and drinking water in the room is always replenished. The breakfast is great. Great value for money! I highly recommend to stay in NH Sukhumvit for a pleasurable stay in Bangkok!

Diverse breakfast options although it would be nice if breakfast ran a little later since I usually arrive in BKK late and jet lag makes getting to breakfast hard on my first day. Maybe 50 meters from the end of the soi so access to taxis and Nana BTS very easy but far enough it's not noisy in the hotel. A lot of halal restaurants nearby. It is near some of the more active nightlife zones of Bangkok but it does not feel that way at all. Bed was comfy and room quiet but my particular room had funny curved windows that made blackout and cooling difficult. Unfortunate for the above mentioned jet lagged morning, but I probably could have asked to change rooms and might have been better. Staff friendly and accommodating from 2am check-in to omelet station to extra towels for the (typical Bangkok hotel) slippery bathroom floor tiles. i would stay again in a pinch for location (or discounted) but otherwise usually go higher or lower end depending on my needs.
