The hotel is likely one of the best in Bangkok. The pool is very large. I stayed here for 7 days. It’s definitely worth choosing the club package to get access to the club lounge — especially if you’re staying a few days and need a quiet, comfortable place to work.

This is an extraordinary hotel. A secret gem. An island oasis amidst the big city bustle. The rooms are smartly Thai modern style. The four eating venues are all excellent. (Don’t miss the breakfast.) The gym is superb with a top notch staff who are eager to help you learn to stretch in the Thai manner. The spa is top quality with an exciting new facility opening soon and the pool, the pool, is one of the greatest hotel swimming pools in the world.

Very quiet setting in the midst of Bangkok. Pool is very relaxing. The fitness center is INCREDIBLE and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend for couples.

Déjà venue il y a 10 ans, je ne regrette pas d'y étre retournée : les equipements ont été modernisés avec soin, en conservant son essence et son authenticité, pour encore plus de confort. Personnel aux petits soins (un grand merci à l'équipe de la piscine !)

The renovation work at this hotel was considerably greater than the description received in the advice sent after booking. The Sukothai will again be a fabulous and unique hotel soon…. But right now more is closed than open. On the plus side….. the pool is new…. But restaurant menu options are very limited. Concrete drilling and building noise can’t be disguised. The staff do however do their best to make up for a difficult period of investment. Management

過去に毎年利用していたが、今回は3年ぶりの滞在でしたが、素晴らしいサービスを受けることができました。また、エステ施設もグレードアップして年末から来年にかけて完成予定の様です。近くに総合商業施設が完成予定のようで、より快適に過ごすことができそう。今後、より一層快適になると思われ、ますます魅力が上がると思います。今回は土日お休みのイタリアンレストラン、ザスカラが利用出来ず残念でしたが、タイトラディショナルレストランのセラドンでは美味しい夕食を頂く事が出来ました。匂いも良く清潔感のある静かな館内では、昼間の疲れを癒してくれます。

Staff is always the best. Remodeling is happening so there is some construction noise but it’s minimal. Bathtub in the room did not work and was disappointing but the shower is great!

Staff are all very friendly, approachable and professional. The rooms and facilities are clean. Breakfast spread was very good, with great freshness, and with a wide variety of items. Location while quiet, lacked nearby shops. One mistake was made in my spa booking, as it was never made known to me during the booking, that only male spa therapists were available during my time slot. I ended up cancelling my booking but my time was wasted.

The Sukhothai Bangkok remains one of my favorite hotels in the world as it has for the past 25 years. It is an oasis in the heart of Bangkok, but physically and spiritually. They continue to maintain the gardens and the buildings beautifully and the staff is excellent. The breakfast buffet is extravagant. It doesn't offer a river view of course but it makes up for it with its lovely water features. It's been many years since I was there and I'm happy to see how little it has changed.

Amazing hotel with the best staff! We arrived early and were able to access our room almost immediately but in the meantime were given coffee & water while we waited. Room spacious & had a view of the pool. Definitely worth the upgrade to the club level room. Good location & m great pool…sanctuary within the city. Overall, great hotel & we will back. Thank you to the Sukhothai team!

余計な華美を削ぎ落としたインテリアと静かさはまさに品の良い大人のためのホテル。クラブウィングに宿泊したのですが窓の外にプールを見下ろすことができる景観、ウォークインクローゼット奥には広いバスルーム、シンクが二つあるのも便利。初日はメイン棟で二日目はラウンジで朝食をとりましたが対比が面白かったのでおすすめ。ホテルから歩いて10分にあるシーロム駅、この手前のルンピニ公園でオオトカゲを見るのも楽しいのですが…交通の不便さは致し方なく。時間に余裕のある大人の休日を過ごしたい方にはぜひぜひお勧めしたいホテルです。

いつかは泊まってみたい憧れのホテルでした。実際泊まってみてやはり素晴らしかったです。クラブルームからのプールビューも都会に居るのを忘れる素敵な景色でした。都会のバンコクでリラックスした滞在を求めるならこのホテルはぴったりです。クラブ棟の部屋はリノベーションされてます。新しいツインの部屋は充分ゆとりがありました。クラブラウンジの食事も最高です。朝からスパークリングワインもあります。ラウンジのインテリアがもう少しだけラグジュアリーな空間になったら最高かなぁと思いました。総じてバンコクで快適で安全なサービスを受けられます。ラグジュアリーな空間を求める人には充分なホテルだと思います。またリピートしたいです。

Amazing hotel with the best staff! We arrived early and were able to access our room almost immediately but in the meantime were given coffee & water while we waited. Room spacious & had a view of the pool. Definitely worth the upgrade to the club level room. Good location & m great pool…sanctuary within the city. Overall, great hotel & we will back. Thank you to the Sukhothai team!

Staff are all very friendly, approachable and professional. The rooms and facilities are clean. Breakfast spread was very good, with great freshness, and with a wide variety of items. Location while quiet, lacked nearby shops. One mistake was made in my spa booking, as it was never made known to me during the booking, that only male spa therapists were available during my time slot. I ended up cancelling my booking but my time was wasted.

Was always a treasure, 3rd time staying here. Pool service is atrocious with having to clean our own table and dessert being served to a dirty table with dishes of appetizers and entrees. Hoping this is only an isolated incident.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at the Sukhothai in Bangkok. It is a real haven in such a large busy city. The staff were great especially Pam on the Concierge desk who was incredibly helpful and Kratai who was so helpful for evening dinks, breakfast and afternoon teas. We had a fabulous room an executive suite so roomy and I loved the pool area. The breakfasts were also fabulous and the dining room is such a beautiful place to sit in and the staff could not be more helpful. It is an older property which has been designed so well that there is a great sense of space and tranquility around the hotel and grounds which is truly luxurious. We especially loved walking past the lily pond on our way out and into the hotel. We would love to come back for another stay!

We found this hotel to be an oasis in a very busy city. The property, amenities and service are superb. While we highly recommend this property, it may not be the best choice for first-time visits to Bangkok as it is located in a central business area and not close to the popular tourist sites such as the Royal Palace.

The only slightly negative aspect is the location on Sathorn Road. There are few restaurants - other the ones at hotels - in this area and it’s a fair walking distance to the MRT.

While this was the best room of our 6 week journey, we did not rate it as the best hotel. There is not alot of 'fun' or 'smiles' here, except for door people and pool people. A little sombre. Mos tof the pool loungers were 'reserved' for most of day ( a pet peeve) and some not occupied the entire time we were at the pool. Italian restaurant just OK, and did not live up to the expectation the prices afforded. We needed to take taxi or ride share everywhere we wanted to go as there was not much walkable in this location. Lovely pool but in a weird spot requiring walking out and across the driveway.

It's a beautiful hotel with great service. All the staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Got upgraded to a very nice suite and tasty snacks. The hotel is close to a park, walking distance. Jogging in the park is very nice, a great way to kickstart the morning. The pool is amazing, great for photos.

食事で利用したことはあったのですが、今回初めて宿泊しました。お部屋はコンパクトながらもバスタブはゆったり、アメニティはパンピューリ。（もちろん広いお部屋もあります！）スタッフはみなさん、とてもフレンドリーでした。夕食はセラドンでいただきましたが、とても繊細なお味でした。朝食バイキングもとても素晴らしく大満足でした。また宿泊したいです。

This is a great property. The staff is extremely professional, the rooms are very nice and clean and the pool is exceptional. Definitely go to the breakfast buffet. I think it is the best I have ever been to. Definitely a 5 start hotel.

The renovation work at this hotel was considerably greater than the description received in the advice sent after booking. The Sukothai will again be a fabulous and unique hotel soon…. But right now more is closed than open. On the plus side….. the pool is new…. But restaurant menu options are very limited. Concrete drilling and building noise can’t be disguised. The staff do however do their best to make up for a difficult period of investment. Management

The staff was so welcoming and helpful when we had inquiries! The treatment we received and the beautiful property reflected their status as a 5 star hotel. My husband and I really enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar, massages at their spa, and the saltwater pool! Moreover, the morning buffet was delicious with ample western and Asian food options. The passionfruit and papaya were my favorites.

Despite its two Michelin keys, the Sukhothai was the most expensive and disappointing stay of our trip. We were hit with an unexpected 2,900 THB charge for a second breakfast, met with unfriendly service, and found the facilities dated rather than luxurious. The "city oasis" vibe was ruined by loud poolside construction, and the lack of basic amenities like lobby refreshments made the high price point feel unjustifiable. You can find far better service and value elsewhere in Bangkok for half the cost.
