Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel

Tudo excelente. Desde a recepção e o checkin, com o pessoal ultra atencioso e disposto a sanar dúvidas. Quartos amplos e bem limpos, chuveiros bons e com boa temperatura da água. Café da manhã muito bom. Pontos extras para o charme do estilo das construções, que com certeza acrescentam para a experiência.

Room was clean. Was a long way from centre of Bath so we had to get an uber/taxi each day.

Loved every moment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting within the grounds, and well maintained hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. I needed a few more Vegetarian options...not Vegan...on the menu, however, I was able to find something. Nevertheless, I would go back to this lovely hotel, with a short drive into the City Centre.

Couple of small points that let the 5 star feel down - staff were incredible and lovely to interact with. Spa was nice - but few things broken over the 3 days was there. Car parking was just about ok with a full hotel. but overall - really nice stay - great place and location - would return if good offers to be had.

The hotel is very nice and the grounds are beautiful, staff are very good, helpful and friendly, However the spa and pool are in need of a refurbishment/clean, some of the furniture in are room needed replacement, more like 4*, however still very nice place to stay,
