Nice, new hotel but the bed frame design isn’t ideal. It sticks out much further than the bed and we all skinned our knees running into them more than once. Great location and nice amenities for the price.

Room was nice and extremely roomy. It was like a small apartment. With a full kitchen and full appliances including dishwasher, it was very nice. I also appreciated the separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen, it was especially helpful with kids. I also appreciated the little things like the fact that the rooms kitchen area was stocked with plates, cups, silverware and a roll of paper towels. It had everything you always need but don’t have typically at a hotel. Price was a little higher, but it was absolutely worth it. The staff was very good and very nice, they also were very helpful and attentive. The only thing that could improve this hotel experience would be for them to heat the pool for the kids, because it was cold, but that is hardly a real concern. The hotel is new, but the staff is very good, the room is top notch and very roomy, and is also very clean. Checking in and out is a breeze, and I especially appreciated the standard checkout time being noon, that way everyone can sleep in and not be rushed out at 9 or 10am. Overall a great experience, that’s why we chose to stay at this hotel again, because we had a great experience the first time, and this time was no different. I highly recommend staying here, it’s worth the extra cost.

We were there for a concert and we had to wait an hour and a half for a room to be clean. Mind you, we were checking in 3 hours after the normal check-in time. There was another family ahead of us that missed their daughter’s birthday dinner reservations because they were waiting. They had been waiting about 2 hours prior to us for their room!! Aside from that, there was another family before them too! I don’t know if it was a staffing issue or just poor management, but I have never been to a more unprepared hotel in my life.

We did an early check in for 3pm got there at 630 room still wasn’t ready. Thankfully we only had to wait about a half hour another lady had been waiting for an hour and half for a room. Totally unacceptable. Than I heard the cleaners talking poorly about the check in women Patricia cussing and all. Would never come back.

Everything was okay except for it took over an hour to get our room even having reservations. The lobby was filled with lots of other people as well who had to wait for their room. Not really sure what the problem was. The lady up front quoted us a 15 minute wait that turned out to be a little over an hour.

Perfect stay for my work trip! Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast in the morning has several choices and a great way to start the day. Rooms are nicely appointed with everything you’d need for an enjoyable stay!

We tried to check in at 3:35, and were told we could not until 4 pm, even though our reservation said 3:00. We left to go eat, came back at 4:30- where there was a line of probably 25 people checking in. After being in line for 45 minutes, we are all told - now another 10-15 people behind us- that rooms aren't ready due to lack of housekeepers. We did not end up getting into a room unitl 6:35 pm- causing us to miss half of the concert we were in town to see. That was on Sunday. It is Tuesday. We were told a manager would call us to discuss a discount. Still no call. Also at checkout the lady had no idea there were issues and said she needed to re-authorize our card on file in order to check us out- and the card information she had on file DID NOT match the card I paid with. I paid in full in advance before arriving at the hotel. They knew at 3:35 that they would have rooms- yet wasted hours of our time instead of just canceling us then or being honest and lettign us know of the situation. Several other groups of people were in the same boat. Several people getting ready in the lobby and restrooms. Unacceptable to say the least!!!

Perfect space for our girls trip to see Salt-N-Peppa, TLC and Envouge. Rooms were spacious and clean. Although there were no sheets for the pull out bed and no hairdryer in the room.
