Crowne Plaza Birmingham City by IHG

Really good city centre location. Room was well appointed with Tea, Coffee, water and apple juice. Had read other reviews about the Air con which was so noisy, we turned it off which was fine as it wasn’t a blazing hot day but would be an annoyance if we kept it on. Slight stain marks on carpet and duvets but nothing terrible and the road noise during the night hence the 4*. Breakfast choice was excellent and the lady who was front of house was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. The kids brekkie was free which was a nice touch, as well as apples / water station in the reception. All great for us for a one night stay.

I was travelling for exhibition at the NEC and I decided to stay at the Crown Plaza very last minute . the property was excellent. Staff …amazing as they helped us with parking as well as the booking . we really enjoyed breakfast was the spread the spread was amazing. I had an excellency stay and I recommended to my friends and family and I’ll come back again if possible.

Helpful staff, a lovely clean room with a comfortable bed, excellent shower, tea making facilities, toiletries etc, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, what more could you want?

Lovely large clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Quiet as well. Staff friendly and helpful. Large gym space but equipment needs updating.

Clean, quiet, great breakfast selection. Spacious room - we will be back!
