Chic Chalet Heritage

A bit of constructive criticism:The keypad door lock needs to be replaced; it's impossible to open the door with it. Good thing there was a keybox available.There was no mention of Wi-Fi or password available. After contacting VRBO, the password was made available. I suggest a sign with the network name and password be displayed. The TV had no live shows available, only thing available was day old news and game show reruns. Good thing we could access our Netflix subscription. The cottage was clean but not spotless.

Fireplace was great. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was really nice. We just had a lot of trouble with the front door. The code often didn't work. Otherwise it was excellent. The host responded quickly by email.

We had an incredible weekend getaway at this beautiful property. The surroundings offered truly breathtaking views and a sense of peaceful solitude that made the stay feel wonderfully private and romantic. The space itself was spotless on arrival—exceptionally clean—and every space felt cozy, well equipped, and welcoming. It truly had that rare quality of instantly feeling like home. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and we honestly wished we could have reserved a few extra days. We’d love to come back and experience this place in every season because it’s the kind of spot that would be stunning year‑round. We would rebook in a heartbeat and can’t recommend this stay highly enough.

Nice and clean inside. Yard is a mess Control for the fireplace is broken. Outside of the house has been taken over by spiders and in serious need of power washing. Don’t count on the beautiful picture of the outdoor covered dining space as it is not there at all like the picture.

My family of 4 had a great time staying at this cottage over March break. Located to lots of amenities and great ski hills and very cosy place.
