As a 4 star hotel it was in bad condition. Rundown and tierd. In the room the carpet was nothing but stains and bathroom was badly cleaned. The room had balconies but no chairs and were filthy. The breakfast was ok but the facilites were the it was served was not good and dirty.

Our room stank of stake smoke despite opening windows! First night we were too exhausted to complain. They offered to move us but only there for a few nights. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel as they let people smoke in the rooms despite the signs. Very unpleasant. Breakfast was good. Rooms warm and stuffy

The hotel was in an older building, not really appealing from the outside. The interior was nice and clean in the public areas, the rooms were fine, but really in need of a proper cleaning. The floors and bedding was nice and clean, but when you have a bathtub they need to be thorough. The lamps and other surfaces were covered in dust from months ago. I even saw a palm print on the wall and on the window in my room. The breakfast was very nice! Lots of items to choose from and allergy friendly (gluten and milk).

Not a 4 star hotel! I have stayed in hotels for at least 60 nights in the past year and this hotel does not measure up to that standard. The rooms are small, the mattresses are way too soft, and the water in the bathtub creeps up to your ankles or above when you take a shower (maybe it drains before your shower ends). The breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful. It is very close to a metro station, but so are many hotels. Overall, I was very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the addition of fried rice / noodles to the breakfast I was unfortunately next door to a family with a small child who cried a lot during the night - not the fault of the hotel but the walls are quite thin and the adjoining door, although locked, did not help keep the noise out There was also a small hole in the panelling of the bath which needs fixing

Good location for Metro and trams etc. Room 609 was far too hot on a night so had to sleep with windows open (23-27th Dec) and we were on a busy main rd side so sleep wasnt great. Hotel itself is good, food great, staff great, facilities great. Upstairs restaurant and bar is expensive but downstairsis good. Would stay here again. Bianca was extremely helpful and very friendly.

This hotel is in an excellent location and it’s near lots of amenities. The property was clean and somewhat modern but also the rooms were small and dated… The restaurant was great as well as the breakfast. I would recommend this place for anyone that isn’t spending a lot of time in their room.

The property needs renovation. Our toilet was running constantly, also the ac was dripping in the room and made a huge paddle overnight. The staff was friendly The area is not nice for walks. But for 15 minutes you can be at the big shopping mall. Takes 20 mins to the city center.

El hotel tiene unas exelentes instalaciones, piscina cubierta, sauna, spa, gimnasio con duchas, te dan las toallas para el gimnasio y la piscina, tienen limonada en todos los sitios para que te refresques. En la entrada ponen una mesa con fruta y limonada que puedes tomar cuando quieras. Desayuno abundante. Habitación enorme, con frigorifico, dos sillones, cama de 2X2 metros y muy comoda; baño amplio. El personal es muy amable, todo esta muy limpio. Tienen detalles como dejarte hilo y agujas por si necesitas, tambien Kleenex, hervidor de agua, café, infusiones, una botella de agua; todo excelente 👌. Esta diez minutos en metro del centro, justo al lado esta una estación de la linea 2 de metro (estación Puskas Ferenc Stadiun). Hay un parquink gratis justo saliendo del metro al lado del hotel.

Very good hotel with lots of staff care. I loved the fresh fruit in the lobby with the oranges in the water… it was such a treat compared to USA hotels. Room was small but cozy and bathrooms were very clean and elegant. LOVED staying there!

Convenient property far removed from sites visitors would like but metro very onsite which is perfect. Clean, very good staff, and very nice for price. Very solid 4 star hotel and returned for second visit. Only issue is arena next door VERY loud when concert.

Just a couple ofsmall points Room key didnt work when i arrived staff in restaurant over keen to remove unfinished items eg coffee when fetching orher food. The breakfasts were enormous if one really wanted to fill up but it would have been better to decide if wanted all breakfasts at the reduced rate after eatibg the first one. Beer expensive compared to local bars sound like a complaint not really the staff were incredibly helpful and it was very clean

Wir hatten unsere Anreise am frühen Vormittag und könnten unser Gepäck schon im Hotel einlagern. Somit konnten wir unseren ersten Aufenthaltstag in Budapest problemlos genießen. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und Check-in am Nachmittag war schnell erledigt. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Stadion und der Metro wie auch der Straßenbahn- oder Busanbindung. This hotel is within walking distance of the sports arena, and I was attending a concert there. It was reassuring to know that I could exit the concert around 11:30 and not worry about transportation. The one thing that I objected to was that someone in housekeeping had turned off the air conditioning while I was out. I came back to a hot room. I discussed the situation at the front desk, and it didn't happen again.

The hotel is easily accessible, as it is located next to the metro station, so the city center is 10-15 min ride. The parking is small, but there are nearby parking places. El hotel tiene unas exelentes instalaciones, piscina cubierta, sauna, spa, gimnasio con duchas, te dan las toallas para el gimnasio y la piscina, tienen limonada en todos los sitios para que te refresques. Excellent hotel third time been to this hotel over the last few years, on the metro line and only 10 mins to get into centre of Budapest. Arena shopping centre a 10 minute walk away, Breakfast is excellent and loads of choices for everyone, will go to this hotel again

This hotel is in an excellent location and it’s near lots of amenities. The property was clean and somewhat modern but also the rooms were small and dated… The restaurant was great as well as the breakfast. I would recommend this place for anyone that isn’t spending a lot of time in their room.

Overall everything was absolutely fine! It gets the job done and is affordable 😊 only couple things that were a little bit of an annoyance was that somehow we had ants in our room, but ultimately it didn't affect us too much. The hotel breakfast while I understand is unlimited once you pay, it's roughly £16 per person and the food was meh. Most of the hot items or bread items were a bit stale, but I still managed to find something and last thing was that we had no idea there was a water aerobics class on which no one mentioned about when we came to the pool and only knew because the woman instructor told us to get out of the pool and then we saw the smallest hidden sign telling us there was a class on. I don't see these as massive problems and I will most likely stay again, but these were just a few things I disliked. The front desk staff and cafe staff were really lovely and welcoming 😊

The hotel was in an older building, not really appealing from the outside. The interior was nice and clean in the public areas, the rooms were fine, but really in need of a proper cleaning. The floors and bedding was nice and clean, but when you have a bathtub they need to be thorough. The lamps and other surfaces were covered in dust from months ago. I even saw a palm print on the wall and on the window in my room. The breakfast was very nice! Lots of items to choose from and allergy friendly (gluten and milk).

Amazing and super friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay and I will consider to stay here again if I visit Budapest again. Nice and clean room. Besides that the balcony could use some cleaning everything else was perfect (I think most of the dirt drops from the roof with the wind, so it understandable). The metro was just beside the hotel! Very convenient! Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed here for 5 nights during the Hungarian GP and honestly couldn’t fault the place even though the hotel was at full capacity. The staff were helpful, check in and out was super quick, there was always somewhere to sit during breakfast and plenty of choice (hot and cold) and enjoyed everything I had. Had dinner at the hotel on my last night and that was also nice! The hotel room itself was spacious and clean and I found the bed really comfortable, also a good amount of sockets. Only a few minor first world gripes, no iron or ironing board but not a big deal as I always travel with a steamer. The shower pressure in my room was low, but my friend on the same floor said hers was fine, so it might just be luck of the draw! If I’m staying for 5 nights, I’d LOVE 5 nights worth of coffee sachets and creamers but again I brought my own instant coffee etc. Got back from the track quite late and thought I’d find some solace in the vending machine but it had pretty much been depleted but again might have just been poor timing on my part. Overall excellent stay and in a great location, would absolutely stay here again if returning to Budapest.
