Breakfast is underwhelming

Séjour excellent à l’image du Four Seasons, nous avons très apprécié notre séjour surtout la vue sur le Nil

O Egito é um pouco complicado para nós adaptarmos mas o four seasons conseguiu entregar uma ótima estadia. Para mim o melhor do Cairo.

Great hotel, but very uncomfortable getting a reservation at the hotel restaurants. I asked for a 7-7:30 pm reservation at the Chinese one, but they only offered 11:00 pm (explained to them that I was waking up at 5:00 am the next day). Was impossible. After that, I asked for an Italian table, and I was told it was fully booked. I was not happy, and I spoke to the manager. They offer me at 7:00 as long as I leave at 8:15pm…. unbelievable. Finally, they say yes… worse: see the video at my arrival. When I left, 30% of the tables were empty (I did not visit the Chinese one), but I bet you had a few open tables. Maybe they have blocked tables in case a prince arrives. The rest, excellent
