Reception staff were excellent. The apartment is very spacious. Great location just five minutes walk to Civic Centre Canberra Centre. Having to pay extra for parking was a bit of a surprise but apparently this is quite common in Canberra so just be aware of that when booking.

The room is tired. The bath / shower area is unkept with mould on shower screen / tiles area. Bath plug is old with stain / mould, not up to hygiene standard. The plastic kettle is quite old as well. However the room is spacious. The bed and Beddings are comfortable. And the staff are all very helpful. So we got the bath plug replaced the next day. Parking space is very tight. Not easy to park / unload luggage. But great location though.

The front desk staff were friendly, but no one mentioned the pool was closed. This was the main reason i booked this hotel. The curtains were torn when i arrived but had been changed within the 1st day. Good location

A very good size apartment for the price, interior a bit dated, but nice gym and pool. Location is unfortunately very noisy, Friday, Saturday, some primates keep screaming in the streets, fights, police etc. But therefore you have shopping, dining, breakfast, gelato and much more at your door step. A walk to the National Art gallery is just 50 minutes, through parks and waterfronts. And with Australia changing prime minister every few months, chances are, you are asked to be the next one.

A very good size apartment for the price, interior a bit dated, but nice gym and pool. As we were in Canberra for the Bridge Congress the apartment was in animal location for walking to the venue. Also, very close to restaurants and bars. Disappointed that the pool was out of action but understand that that couldn't be helped.

This hotel is very well located and the apartment is well-equipped. The furnishings are a bit tired and the bathrooms are dated. It is very clean, but due to the age of things, so areas seem a little grubby. The beds are relatively comfortable - not saggy which is very good, although they are also a little hard, but not terrible. The pool is nice and is heated although it still seems very chilly! The gym is small but has most key kinds of equipment and a sauna. Having two bedrooms, one with twin beds is a key attraction for this place.

Will definitely be a guest again, it was a great all-rounder with good amenities and walking distance to CBD, lots of cafes and fitness places nearby too (as well as in-house gym, pool, sauna). I appreciated early check-in happened to be available, and the 11am check-out. Loved the kitchen included a coffee plunger, and the 7-11 behind the complex had good value take away coffees. A couple of quibbles: the kitchen tap in 409 had twisted so much it was hard to properly turn on cold uthout hitting the wall, and the bedroom air con did not guve warm air (relied on the living room air con unit which worked well, but was a little on the cool side first night, and only 1 blanket). Nice to have a spa bath, tv in bedroom, laundry (older appliances but worked well) and close to everything. Good reception staff. Overall, spacious, quiet apartment.

Have stayed before in the past, the cleanliness of the place has gone down hill. Reception said that they would give us another room, but we had already settled in and unpacked, and just wanted to get dinner after late arrival. After we returned, we noticed that house keeping had been in our room. Which was quite rude, as they didn’t clean anything, and they failed to inform us. Management has changed and it’s noticeably declined. Property needs maintenance due to aging and housing keeping are not up to standards. Bathrooms were very unclean, with mold growth, toilet hadn’t been cleaned , oven hadn’t been cleaned and was disgusting,balcony had rubbish and left over food from previous guests. the bedding was clean and comfortable though. I think the beds were the only thing that was cleaned/changed.

The appartments are in a fantastic location, we stayed over new years eve and walked to the fireworks. Plenty of shopping and huge selection of cafes nearby. The reception staff was fantastic as well, very helpful! The only problem was the state of the appartment - it was not very clean, had a torn curtain and had some faulty appliances (leaking toilet broken microwave).

The appartments are in a fantastic location, we stayed over new years eve and walked to the fireworks. Plenty of shopping and huge selection of cafes nearby. The reception staff was fantastic as well, very helpful! Spacious property for family getaway of 4 adults to celebrate a birthday. Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds. Property is a bit dated and sound proof windows will be great. Pots and pans are missing lids. Enough crockery and cutlery. Property smelt of food when we first arrived. Overall a good value and good stay.

However the room is spacious. The bed and Beddings are comfortable. And the staff are all very helpful. So we got the bath plug replaced the next day. Parking space is very tight. Not easy to park / unload luggage. But great location though.

The front desk staff were friendly, but no one mentioned the pool was closed. This was the main reason i booked this hotel. The curtains were torn when i arrived but had been changed within the 1st day. Good location

Checkin staff were unfriendly, did not give a run down of the ammenties and which level to find them on. Carpet in hall way was bumpy, the room was tired and old. Had tiles missing in the bathroom. Do yourself a favour and book next door at the avenue hotel

A very good size apartment for the price, interior a bit dated, but nice gym and pool. Location is unfortunately very noisy, Friday, Saturday, some primates keep screaming in the streets, fights, police etc. But therefore you have shopping, dining, breakfast, gelato and much more at your door step. A walk to the National Art gallery is just 50 minutes, through parks and waterfronts. And with Australia changing prime minister every few months, chances are, you are asked to be the next one.

Tired, run down room that had been inadequately cleaned and poorly maintained. I found sticks of incense that had been burnt in the wall and the ends remained there. The FIRE ALARM for the room had been tampered with by the previous tenant with a plastic bag wrapped around it and semi-removed from the ceiling. The sprinkler system is recessed into the roof and unlikely to work in case of emergency. The toilet flush buttons were orange/brown around the edges of them. The air-con unit would turn itself off every time you tried to change a setting and you had to physically push the on button on the unit to turn it back on as the remote didn't power it on. Staff were informed of the tampered fire alarm and we were told that maintenance would come and fix it. They didn't during the entirety of the 2 nights/3 days we were there. Oh and I found a used vape in the room too. Gross.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, a great kitchen. Somewhat rundown just needs a good paint and lounge upgrade and new carpet. Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Bed comfy. I think some people would feel unsafe. Good views. Price reasonable and Cafés close by.
