Camps Bay Retreat Hotel

Camps Bay Retreat is like a dream. The views were breathtaking, the service was top notch, the food was delicious and beautiful, the villas are thoughtfully decorated and laid out, and the location is perfect. Cannot say enough good things about this place. The concierge, Kelvin, was so helpful and accommodating. Other staff to note are Damian, Andrew, Anna, Luke, and Alex. All so hospitable. 10/10 recommended!

Incredible team of people, incredible location, 10/10 would stay again

Our oasis… while the other hotels along Camos Bay are on the loud main road through town, The Retreat is just enough above the road that you really only hear the ocean waves breaking on the shore or the birds in the gardens. We were so happy we picked this place instead of near the chaos. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive and we ended us eating there most every night as the food was great and the outside dining area had the best ocean sunset views you could ask for. We had to cancel one part of our journey and turned around and came right back here. Such a treat.

Einzigartige Atmosphäre, Skyline Zimmer (DH 09) hatte fantastischen Meerblick, Terrasse mit 2 Liegen, freistehende Badewanne im Raum, guten Betten, Decken und Kissen. Das Gartengelände ist eine grandiose Mischung aus verwunschenen Ecken mit Ruhebänken, Natur Pools, “Dschungel-Feeling” & Anbau von eigenen Kräutern & Gemüse… extrem gute Massagen im Mint spa erlebt. Ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir nie vergessen werden!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Lage des Hotels ist super. Leider wurde am ersten Tag unser Gepäck auf dem Hotelzimmer nach Bargeld durchsucht. Ein Teil des Geldes wurde auch entwendet. Das Hotelmanagement hat sich der Sache angenommen, jedoch wurden nur Formulare ausgefüllt. Auf den Wunsch eines Zimmerwechsels wurde leider auch nicht eingegangen. Beim Check out wurde der Vorfall nicht einmal mehr erwähnt. Das hat uns bei der Preiskategorie des Hotels sehr gewundert.
