I cannot say enough about this cabin! It was a perfect, relaxing experience. They had everything we needed and the location was stunning. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the covered deck looking out at the canopy of trees. Even had deer in the back of the property one evening! Will definitely be back!

This cabin is definitely in the tops of my favorite stays. It was very clean, and super cute. All of the bears are adorable and that gazebo was a wonderful morning coffee spot ! Especially during the rain. It was just far enough and high enough into the tree line to feel like you were in the trees. The only thing missing in my humble opinion was a porch swing of some sort.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at The Timber Bear Cabin! This property was exactly as described plus more! My husband and I needed a get-a-way for some R&R and this far exceeded anything that we could have imagined. The cabin was beautiful, relaxing, quiet, had every amenity needed for our stay. The back porch was perfect for early morning coffee and the hot tub was perfect for ending the day. We highly recommend this property for your next stay. Check-in was a breeze and any questions that I had prior to our visit were promptly answered by the owners. We will definitely book again!

This cabin was perfect for me, my husband and fur babies. It has so many cute details and the attached gazebo was great for dining outside. We had a slight delay with checking in but the host resolved it quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was beautiful and the perfect size for us. We loved the attached gazebo area and the details of the cabin. It was clean and the host was amazing. They responded quickly when we had questions and were very helpful. My 7 year old son wanted to stay and live there. :) Thank you for an amazing experience.

Some things need fixed. Walk way had rebar falling off and rotting wood, plumbing in bathroom faucet handle not working, broken drawers in refrigerator, dog scratches on doors, and Siemens random person stopping by to shut off water and cover the hot tub back up when we went to lunch? . I don’t think the place was cleaned very well between people. Hot tub definitely was not refilled. It’s close to the highway so you hear the highway sounds more than nature or the cackling of the neighbors who were very close.

It was a quick trip for us, but this property is beautiful! Hand carved details are everywhere. The bed is very comfy, the shower is huge, the living areas are airy and comfortable. All of the outdoor spaces were set up perfectly, just remember bug spray!

The bed was very comfortable but being 5’4” I had trouble figuring out how to get in it. And I hate to say but the living area furniture is awful. The couch is worn out and the recliner was not comfortable. My husband and would trade off who got to sit in the recliner. (The couch was that bad). The cabin itself is beautiful.

We spent Thanksgiving break at the cabin! It was absolutely perfect! In fact, my daughter got engaged while we were there, while we overlooked from the balcony! It had everything we could have possibly needed and some:) We needed an extra mattress for our two younger kids and the owners promptly had one delivered to us! We have stayed at many cabins in Broken Bow and this one in Smithville was by far better, away from all of the business in Hochatown! We will definitely be returning!

We have stayed at many cabins in Broken Bow and this one in Smithville was by far better, away from all of the business in Hochatown! We will definitely be returning!

We spent Thanksgiving break at the cabin! It was absolutely perfect! In fact, my daughter got engaged while we were there, while we overlooked from the balcony! It had everything we could have possibly needed and some:) We needed an extra mattress for our two younger kids and the owners promptly had one delivered to us! We have stayed at many cabins in Broken Bow and this one in Smithville was by far better, away from all of the business in Hochatown! We will definitely be returning!

Some things need fixed. Walk way had rebar falling off and rotting wood, plumbing in bathroom faucet handle not working, broken drawers in refrigerator, dog scratches on doors, and Siemens random person stopping by to shut off water and cover the hot tub back up when we went to lunch? . I don’t think the place was cleaned very well between people. Hot tub definitely was not refilled. It’s close to the highway so you hear the highway sounds more than nature or the cackling of the neighbors who were very close.

This place was amazing. From the bears all over the place to the wood used in the building. This place was everything we hoped for and more. There love for god is through out the cabin and people. They have everything you need dishes knives silverware a grill. What we forgot they had. Right down the road from the the lake and hochatown a coffee shop right around the corner. I highly recommend this cabin. We brought a little girl and dog and they both loved it. The fire place outside is great. We even got to see a buck and doe about 10 feet from the back porch it was truly awesome.

The cutest cabin a person could hope for! Exceptionally clean, good location and a nice hot tub, which is something we seek out when traveling. Would definitely stay here again!! The view off the back porch just fabulous especially this time of year.

Cabin was awesome. Hot tub was clean. Host was great. Close to everything. Road to get to the cabin was a bit sketchy in a couple of places but we have a huge truck so a smaller car might be ok. Had a great weekend. We will be back.

We had a comfortable stay at the cabin. Inside is clean and tidy and provides all necessary needs for cooking and hot tub. Check in was easy and location is close to many fun activities and shops. The draw backs you need to know: maintenance. Many lightbulbs out, broken recliner, broken outdoor fan, jacuzi sprays terribly when you cut up the jets and the water smelled odd, first and foremost was the fridge not only leaked but had an open socket inside where the lightbulb had not been replaced. This actually shocked my husband and after all the other observations noted above, caused us to contact the host. First of all we contacted the host as soon as we noticed the water and chair. Several hours later when my husband got shocked he called the host who instead of apologizing simply refunded the stay and told us to leave if we felt the need. This was also during a tornado warning. This was our main issue with our host. Comminication and response. We were very sassily told to never use them again, which we are happy not to. Not as bang for its buck as it appears and owner did not seem to understand our issues with maintenance.

Television remotes should have instructions on how to access watching TV. We never got bedroom TV to work, tried 3 remotes.The exterior porch furniture, areas had not been cleaned. Dust & dirt build up.There was a mechanical issue with the refrigerator leaking water onto the floor. We left towel soak up water so as to prevent floor damage.I would also recommend informing the rough terrain to get to the property.
