Excellent facilities (including the complete pool complex), fantastic breakfast and very reasonably priced restaurants in case you don’t want to venture into Chiang Rai (which is well worth it!). Room size a little smaller than others during our trip but more than sufficient. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay, we will be back again for sure. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Food was great and there was lots for our daughter to do as well. The water park was awesome and so is the kids play area. This is a great place for families with kids .

This resort was spectacular. Checkin was a breeze. They had three excellent restaurants on property. A beautiful pool area with a lazy river feature and a fabulous spa. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. The people were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The Riverie is a beautiful property along the river. We felt peace and relaxation walking the grounds or at the poolside. The pool and water park looked fun for those enjoying it. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety. I would stay here again.

Lazy river and pool were great but the water was cold!! Supop and the rest of the staff were amazing!! Chinese restaurant was not anything special food-wise. Breakfast buffet was good. Towels were super fluffy and the water pressure was great

I can’t recommend this hotel. It has good pool activities for kids and families, but is not a great option for solo travelers looking to have a relaxing vacation. There was no pool service. Breakfast was average. And there were ants.

A really nice hotel. There was a cute elderly man who was very pleasant and would great us and direct us with a smile.The restaurants had pretty good food. There was a really nice pool area, even though we didn't check it out. The room was nice and spacious.

The room was spacious, clean and it looked like new. The hotel is stylish, and the vibe was just right to relax, but at the same time it has a lot of activities for kids, including a mini water park and kids club. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. We tried the food at the Blossom and it was OK, but not as tasty as other places we had eaten. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I don't know how this is advertised as a luxury hotel. This is a middle range family hotel. 4 stars at most. Room needed maintenance, we booked the suite and were disappointed by how simple and bare it was. We were served pork for dinner even though we clarified to the staff at the restaurant we don't eat pork. Skip this one.

Check-in experience is great. Staff service is excellent. Room is a bit dated. Decoration of the hotel is beautiful. Lobby is considered grand. Location is not very convenient. Amenities are enough, however, pool water is very cold. Have few restaurants but just visit Blossom which offers variety of food. Hotel is very clean. 9.4 out of 10 may be overrated. I would give 9 out of 10.

Hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is really good. The Peak restaurant was excellent with musician while dining—it’s my best birthday dinner experience so far. It made the vibe really classy and romantic. They even sent me a free birthday cake on my bday which was a very sweet surprise!! We would come back to same hotel next time we visit Chiang Rai! Thank you to all wonderful staff!!!

Super séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel tout confort, avec un personnel au petit soin et un petit déjeuner d’une grande variété (un bémol tout de même sur le jus d’orange, qui devrait à mon sens être pressé et non industriel dans un établissement de ce standing). Notre fils de 5 mois était trop petit pour profiter des infrastructures à disposition pour les enfants, mais il y a vraiment de quoi les occuper. Si nous revenons à Chiang Rai un jour nous séjournerons à nouveau dans cet hôtel sans hésiter !

They have three restaurants only one is great but it is going to cost you more then the price of your room ( only open for dinner ) other two on the ground level are so so.you can’t bring food from outside. Yes it is a beautiful resort and well kept

Great entrance and location. Staff are friendly. Big property . Loads of kids stuff to keep them occupied. Easy access via grab to local sight seeing. But I think the breakfast is very average. There are almost no hot vegetarian options other than breads . Overall breakfast options are limited. Seating for breakfast is quite limited indoors so in the peak season you are forced to sit outdoors even when it's cold.
