Coconut Grove Holiday Apartments

Reception lady was rude, the room was disgustingly dirty.we checked straight out refusing to stay people were hanging around. I had another customer lget verbally aggressive at me because i told the reception lady that the room was filthy & the people hanging around didbt seem safe...

I payed for a pet friendly room for too night witch was already a lot of money for the condition of there room. But when we arrived they made us pay a 100$ more for the room. Room had broken furniture and not a nought utensils for 4 people.

Great location easy to access everything in the area.

Exactly what I expected, clean room

Linen and room was clean and equipped with all the items on the list. Aircon was fully functional. Wifi did not work for me. Office closed during hours one would expect to be accessible.
