The hotel was very well situated as easy access to the Dead Sea.A few more sun beds on the beach by the sea would be ideal and the sun shades could be replaced in places.Food was very good and services was great.Would recommend.

Congratulations to management of AFI-Hotels and, especially, Vert Dead Sea for not just surviving, but visibly improving service in very difficult times. My wife and me came to hotel after 3 years. Shortly - very clean and well maintained. Personal is very helpful, efficient and trained. Inside pool with Dead Sea water is now improved and enjoyable. We didn't use SPA otherwise. The beach is as excitable as 15 years ago. Towel service and pool are great. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety of choices. Come to relax - it is, probably, best Dead Sea Hotel for today. Few small notes, not critical or asking for improvement, but for people, who expect real luxury. Parking limited, while we were always lucky. Lunch (20% discounted) was not interesting, while cook made great job to make it tasty. No premium cheeses for breakfast. Bread was always very plain.

The property was great for kids. The staff was very nice but as a couple traveling without children it felt more like a Disney cruise. The beach access is a public access and the hotel closes its doors at 6:30pm meaning you have to walk around if youd like to go after that. Also, the parking lot fills up quick so they shuttle you to an external parking lot that is very far away. Once you're parked, you're parked. Overall 8/10 if you're traveling with children.

The facilities were nice and clean. Breakfast was a good spread and the wait staff nice enough. There was a business lounge with complimentary snacks in the evening which was nice. But the front desk staff help soured the entire experience. They were very rude and accommodating. There is no on site parking and the shuttle driver was rude and would not drive to our vehicle but made us walk in the sweltering heat about 50-100 meters. We were not prepared to leave our car and had many small things to carry. He was very rude and a bad driver. I got car sick in the short driver from his fast turns and hard stops. The shuttle was filthy as well. The hotel gave us a hard time also when they lost count of our guest number (family of thirteen) and hassled us over our rooms and meals and towels. The key cards had to be changed multiple times because they would stop working which ate up our time at the resort. The elevators are in the center and the walk down the hall is very long and hot to get to the suites at the end of the building. The suites were nice. we have a family of 7. They would not allow us to have two joined rooms and separated our family across two floors so we weren’t even able to be near each other. I would not want to go back unless I had to. The beach was great with nice sand and plenty of lounge chairs and the pool was nice and chilled. The beach and pool were very enjoyable
