Uitstekend hotel voor een verbluffend lage prijs. Met name de ontbijt service met bediening aan tafel is uitmuntend te noemen! Enige minpunt is het parkeren. Dit is prijzig en werkt niet goed. Met de verstrekte kaart kan slechts één keer uitgereden worden terwijl bij de receptie meermaals wordt verteld dat deze de gehele duur van het verblijf zou moeten werken. Hierdoor achteruit terug moeten rijden en een nieuwe kaart halen bij de receptie aangezien de intercom niet wordt beantwoord.

Really nice place. We were attending a trade show so it was a short ride to the convention Center Messe Dusseldorf, about 20 euros max. Super clean, staff were super friendly. Greeted at the end of each day with free beer and entrees. Nice touch after walking around all day. Restaurant Juliano was really good as well. Only had one meal there but it was delicious and the local beer they served was perfect. Don’t hesitate.

Hotellet er OK. Værelserne er ved at være noget slidte, luften på værelset var ikke god. Rengøringen sprayede med en meget dårlig luft. Og vinduet kunne ikke åbnes. :-).

新しくはないが、部屋は清掃が行き届きゆったりとしておりベッドも快適。何よりスタッフの皆さんが総じてホスピタリティに溢れており、１カ月前の滞在で気に入った今回の1週間の滞在中も変わらず気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックアウトの際に対応頂いたEvangeliaさんも素敵な笑顔で急なお願いにも素早く対応頂け、大変助かりました。次回もここに滞在したいと思います。

During this trip, the air conditioning in the hotel broke. Rather than fix the problem, the hotel did not bother. Their only solution was to hand out bottles of water occasionally and fans, which did nothing to solve the problem. The room was probably upwards of 90 degrees as the outside temperature was extremely hot during the stay. This made for extremely difficult sleeping and working conditions. There was no real remedy offered and no compensation for extremely poor conditions. I would never stay there again. Otherwise, the hotel was an average property -- not terrible but it wouldn't impress you. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was pretty good. The lack of air conditioning and sauna-like conditions, with very little concern from the staff for elderly or heat-sensitive people in the party, made everyone in the group never want to stay there again. 2/10 - do not recommend. (It would be 0/10 except for the breakfast and quiet area.)

Burada konaklamadan önce Londra ve Amsterdam'daki Marriottlarda konakladık. Memnun olduğumuz için Düsseldorf'ta da Marriott markasını tercih edelim dedik. Düsseldoef buz gibi doğuktu. Fakat bizim odamız bir türlü ısınmıyordu. Klima soğuk üfluyordu. Resepsiyona durumu bildirdim ve bizi başka bir odaya aldılar ama orası da aynı şekilde soğuk üflüyordu. Yine aradım bu kez baska odalarinin olmadigini ve bir isitici gonderebileceklerini soylediler. Mecbur kabul ettik. Getirdikleri isitici bozuk cikti. Yenisini getirdiler. Isitici ile uyumak zorunda kaldik. Hayal kirikligi oldu konaklama. Ancak yine de bar ve restoran personeli çok yardimsever ve güleryüzlüydü

お風呂のドレインバルブが壊れていてお湯を貯めることができずシャワーしか利用できなかった。 3連泊の初日に修理を依頼したが２日目も直っていなく3日目に部屋を変えてはくれたが２日目に部屋を変える対応をとってくれていたら不自由さは随分軽減されたことを思うと残念だった。上記の点を除けばマリオット系らしく非常に快適でした。

新しくはないが、部屋は清掃が行き届きゆったりとしておりベッドも快適。何よりスタッフの皆さんが総じてホスピタリティに溢れており、１カ月前の滞在で気に入った今回の1週間の滞在中も変わらず気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックアウトの際に対応頂いたEvangeliaさんも素敵な笑顔で急なお願いにも素早く対応頂け、大変助かりました。次回もここに滞在したいと思います。

During this trip, the air conditioning in the hotel broke. Rather than fix the problem, the hotel did not bother. Their only solution was to hand out bottles of water occasionally and fans, which did nothing to solve the problem. The room was probably upwards of 90 degrees as the outside temperature was extremely hot during the stay. This made for extremely difficult sleeping and working conditions. There was no real remedy offered and no compensation for extremely poor conditions. I would never stay there again. Otherwise, the hotel was an average property -- not terrible but it wouldn't impress you. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was pretty good. The lack of air conditioning and sauna-like conditions, with very little concern from the staff for elderly or heat-sensitive people in the party, made everyone in the group never want to stay there again. 2/10 - do not recommend. (It would be 0/10 except for the breakfast and quiet area.)

Really nice place. We were attending a trade show so it was a short ride to the convention Center Messe Dusseldorf, about 20 euros max. Super clean, staff were super friendly. Greeted at the end of each day with free beer and entrees. Nice touch after walking around all day. Restaurant Juliano was really good as well. Only had one meal there but it was delicious and the local beer they served was perfect. Don’t hesitate.

Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Unser Zimmer und der Flur rochen muffig, so als ob es einen Wasserschaden gegeben hätte. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt.

Perfect voor zakelijk verblijf, ik verblijf minstens 30 nachten per jaar in hotels, dit hotel overtrof alle verwachtingen met name bij het ontbijt. Bediening aan tafel, top!

Uitstekend hotel voor een verbluffend lage prijs. Met name de ontbijt service met bediening aan tafel is uitmuntend te noemen! Enige minpunt is het parkeren. Dit is prijzig en werkt niet goed. Met de verstrekte kaart kan slechts één keer uitgereden worden terwijl bij de receptie meermaals wordt verteld dat deze de gehele duur van het verblijf zou moeten werken. Hierdoor achteruit terug moeten rijden en een nieuwe kaart halen bij de receptie aangezien de intercom niet wordt beantwoord.

Stay away …. Changed room 4 times ….. cleaning my was terrible …. Restaurant was terrible ….. pictures are from the suite …. Pubes hair from other people ….. think it was a bad day but it was there for all the days

The chair for the workdesk in the room was rather low and unwieldly. Shower controls not particularly intuitive, Very convenient to the Am Seestern tram station for trips downtown. Quiet location.

Consider this a review of both the Courtyard Marriot Am SeeStern and also the courtyard marriot at the Medienhafen. I had arrived early on my check in day and was informed check in wasnt until later that afternoon. totally fine, i had had a long travel day with otherwise few issues so i explored the area surrounding the Am Seestern location. I cam back exhausted ready to check in around 2:30pm and was only then informed that my room was unavailable due to an issue with the Air Conditioning. It would have been very helpful to be informed of this before I had walked around for 4 hours. I was then given a comped taxi, for which the taxi driver did not receive adequate compensation, to the other location at Medienhafen. The other hotel for my purposes was significantly worse, it was father away from the Hauptbahnhof, had a much worse ride with many stops and a worse train and was much farther away from my intended visiting spots including the Messe for Dokomi 2026. The room was fine, i did not eat at the hotel and while the staff were polite it does seem like there was a lack of introduction for people who may not have stayed at the hotel before. there was basically no orientation or introduction and when i asked the hotel if they had some kind of first aid kit for a cut i had they did not have anything and i was forced to go to the DM in the Hauptbahnhof late at night for antiseptic and gauze. I understand problems occur but it made my stay worse to be moved.

Hotellet er OK. Værelserne er ved at være noget slidte, luften på værelset var ikke god. Rengøringen sprayede med en meget dårlig luft. Og vinduet kunne ikke åbnes. :-).
