We loved staying in this beautiful secluded cottage. The views are incredible including the horses coming up the drive and even had a fox sighting which was neat. Communication with the owner was so easy and she was so kind offering to help find anything we might possibly need and stocking the fridge with a mixture of Coke products and water. If you’re looking for a reasonable beautiful peaceful location, this is it! Definitely will return!!!

I loved the location. The host thought of everything you could need. The house was very clean. The outside was my favorite part, the yard and the patio. It was so peaceful. I will definitely stay here again.

Lynn the owners was super amazing to work with and was very helpful even checked on us when we didn’t even request anything she is wonderful would highly recommend this location it was stocked with everything you would need even coffee pods,soda and water as well as laundry soap..

We loved our stay! We were visiting family in Danville and the location was great- close to Danville but with some elbow room for our dogs and kids. We loved the big yard out back and during night the light pole in the driveway helped us feel nice and safe. The house itself was very clean and well stocked for anything we could have needed. We hosted a dinner one night for family and I was able to bake and cook and have all the dishes and cooking supplies- even a hand mixer! Communication was great as well, they had a Keurig and pack and play waiting for us on request. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views and yard every direction! Central location to so many adventures in state: to Ark, Ceation Museum. Cumberland Falls. Distilleries, Corvett Museum, Caves, Slugger Museum and list goes on! Took our Harleys on several bike routes that were some of the best roads and garage was great for bikes! Plenty of room, clean and close to grocery stores and nice downtown! Host was very attentive and shared a heartfelt story about the magical memories for her at Cumberland Falls! This was my first trip as a 35 yr retired teacher class of 2024 with husband and friends and I am looking to many more as special as this one was! LORD keep me in the moment, and my eyes wide open for Your Glory!

This was the perfect location and a wonderful home. We could not have asked for anything more. Everything we needed was there for us (cookware, utensils, Keurig, etc.). There couldn't have been anything more this host could have done to make the stay any better. Even the drawers and light switches and everything else was p-touch labeled so there was no guesswork on how to operate anything!The house sits on a hill which provided incredible views. My favorite was at night you could see the Milky Way Galaxy it was so dark and so beautiful. I plan on coming back for a few of the meteor showers in the future!

Enjoyed everything about this stay. Cleanest and best stocked VRBO we have stayed at. Comfortable sleeping accommodations and room to spread out. Quiet rural setting, yet close to town. Pet friendly for our 2 dogs. Great communication with the owner. I'll definitely book here next time in the Danville area.

We love staying at Blue Moon Cottage! It’s our home away from home. The cottage is meticulously clean and has everything you could possibly need when on vacation or on a business trip.This was our 3rd. time to stay at Blue Moon cottage and we highly recommend this beautiful home for a getaway or long term stay.Our favorite place to relax is sitting under the pergola with coffee. It has an amazing view of 5 counties!! Can’t wait to return to the Blue Moon cottage!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was extremely clean and the owners thought of everything - drinks, pamphlets about what to do in the area, and more. The only downside is there wasn't wifi - other than that - it was perfect.

We loved the big yard out back and during night the light pole in the driveway helped us feel nice and safe. The house itself was very clean and well stocked for anything we could have needed. We hosted a dinner one night for family and I was able to bake and cook and have all the dishes and cooking supplies- even a hand mixer! Communication was great as well, they had a Keurig and pack and play waiting for us on request. We would definitely stay again.

The place was exactly as described and just as lovely as the photos showed. Danville has a lot of places to see and eat and the guest booklet provides info on those. That was an extra touch. Very comfortable and quick responses to questions from the host. Definitely recommend stay there.

We were looking for a place to sleep 5 total and have room to spread out after a 12 hour car ride. This beautiful house with perfect countryside views exceeded our expectations. Getting in and setup was very easy, even when we arrived after 10pm. Everything is easy to find and very accommodating. We even had horse visitors down the drive pathway multiple times, as well as some neighbor chickens. We hated leaving but this place is a true gem and wonderful place to call home while in the Danville area.

Very convenient to Danville it was on a ridgetop we got to see the sunrise and sunset. So quiet perfect retreat for us. We are hwy 127 enthusiast loved it best ever all amenities were as published. Will be coming back

We were looking for a place to sleep 5 total and have room to spread out after a 12 hour car ride. This beautiful house with perfect countryside views exceeded our expectations. Getting in and setup was very easy, even when we arrived after 10pm. Everything is easy to find and very accommodating. We even had horse visitors down the drive pathway multiple times, as well as some neighbor chickens. We hated leaving but this place is a true gem and wonderful place to call home while in the Danville area.

Beautiful views and yard every direction! Central location to so many adventures in state: to Ark, Ceation Museum. Cumberland Falls. Distilleries, Corvett Museum, Caves, Slugger Museum and list goes on! Took our Harleys on several bike routes that were some of the best roads and garage was great for bikes! Plenty of room, clean and close to grocery stores and nice downtown! Host was very attentive and shared a heartfelt story about the magical memories for her at Cumberland Falls! This was my first trip as a 35 yr retired teacher class of 2024 with husband and friends and I am looking to many more as special as this one was! LORD keep me in the moment, and my eyes wide open for Your Glory!

Enjoyed everything about this stay. Cleanest and best stocked VRBO we have stayed at. Comfortable sleeping accommodations and room to spread out. Quiet rural setting, yet close to town. We loved staying in this beautiful secluded cottage. The views are incredible including the horses coming up the drive and even had a fox sighting which was neat. Communication with the owner was so easy and she was so kind offering to help find anything we might possibly need and stocking the fridge with a mixture of Coke products and water. If you’re looking for a reasonable beautiful peaceful location, this is it! Definitely will return!!!

We loved our stay! We were visiting family in Danville and the location was great- close to Danville but with some elbow room for our dogs and kids. We loved the big yard out back and during night the light pole in the driveway helped us feel nice and safe. The house itself was very clean and well stocked for anything we could have needed. We hosted a dinner one night for family and I was able to bake and cook and have all the dishes and cooking supplies- even a hand mixer! Communication was great as well, they had a Keurig and pack and play waiting for us on request. We would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to Danville it was on a ridgetop we got to see the sunrise and sunset. So quiet perfect retreat for us. We are hwy 127 enthusiast loved it best ever all amenities were as published. Will be coming back

Lynn the owners was super amazing to work with and was very helpful even checked on us when we didn’t even request anything she is wonderful would highly recommend this location it was stocked with everything you would need even coffee pods,soda and water as well as laundry soap..

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was extremely clean and the owners thought of everything - drinks, pamphlets about what to do in the area, and more. The only downside is there wasn't wifi - other than that - it was perfect.

The place was exactly as described and just as lovely as the photos showed. Danville has a lot of places to see and eat and the guest booklet provides info on those. That was an extra touch. Very comfortable and quick responses to questions from the host. Definitely recommend stay there.

This was the perfect location and a wonderful home. We could not have asked for anything more. Everything we needed was there for us (cookware, utensils, Keurig, etc.). There couldn't have been anything more this host could have done to make the stay any better. Even the drawers and light switches and everything else was p-touch labeled so there was no guesswork on how to operate anything!The house sits on a hill which provided incredible views. My favorite was at night you could see the Milky Way Galaxy it was so dark and so beautiful. I plan on coming back for a few of the meteor showers in the future!

We love staying at Blue Moon Cottage! It’s our home away from home. The cottage is meticulously clean and has everything you could possibly need when on vacation or on a business trip.This was our 3rd. time to stay at Blue Moon cottage and we highly recommend this beautiful home for a getaway or long term stay.Our favorite place to relax is sitting under the pergola with coffee. It has an amazing view of 5 counties!! Can’t wait to return to the Blue Moon cottage!

The house was conveniently located to downtown Danville, Centre College, restaurants, and stores. It was surrounded by pasture land and had amazing views with an outside pergula. The inside of the home was rustic and very clean. It had both a Keurig and regular coffee pot. The host was readily available if needed. The home was dog friendly, and my girl had a great time walking the property morning and afternoon. There was an outside driveway light that stayed on during the night that kept the property lit. If ever in Danville again, Blue Moon Cottage would be my choice.

Our host, the amenities, the location, etc was remarkable with this stay. Originally tried to find the place in the middle of the night and had to call the host. Very polite and helpful couple. This stay allowed more family to come and we were able to relax and enjoy more time with my son than we can do if we stay in a hotel. Will look at staying here again and definitely recommend to others.

We visited Danville for my daughter’s induction into Centre College’s Athletic Hall of Fame. We wanted to get a house so we could enjoy time together, close to Centre and still able to enjoy all the activities associated with the event. Blue Moon Cottage was a great property, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We were also able to experience a beautiful sunrise and sunset! Lynn the owner was so friendly and responded quickly. Wish we knew about this house when my daughter played soccer instead of staying at the hotels.
