Parking wasn't the best only had a very small amount of parking and you had to prebook the car space only small cars can park there and you have to pay $20 a night to park or find a place out on the street. Very good walking distances for shops and food.

Came down for a family bereavement, and the staff supported my brilliantly. An older property, but well maintained. Very well located with access to the waterfront and heaps of dining and drinking outlets. Take care with parking because Hobart City Council are like hawks on parking infringements. The premises does offer parking but book ahead and be prepared to practice your fine parking skills in a fairly tight space. On the whole, I highly recommend the place.

Staff and room both excellent and exactly what we needed for our family stay. Cannot be underestimated how inconvenient the parking lot is. Unless you are riding a motorbike.

Yes. Reported a maintenance issue which was not resolved until I spoke to the actual maintenance officer who knew nothing about it two days later. Cat park is very cramped.

Parking at this place was a joke. The car parks were extremely small and difficult to access. If I'd known in advance i would have stayed elsewhere.

A fantastic find tucked just a few yards up a side street at Brooke St Pier. You could not want a better location with airport shuttle, great places to eat and tour departures just seconds walk away. Salamanca market hardly 2 mins walk and a short-cut up some steps at the top of the street into the town CBD. Very comfy, well equipped and clean rooms/studios and nice friendly staff on the desk.

The room was clean but dark. View was straight at an office across the street so for privacy we had to shut the blind which made the room even darker. It was very conveniently situated close to the harbour and restaurants. The good part for us was free disabled parking in front of the hotel which was from 6 pm till 9 am only! Parking in Hobart is otherwise very expensive even for the disabled.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. The parking was a problem. Very limited onsite parking so Either on the street which is timed and expensive, or at an offsite parking station. The room was big and comfortable but a little outdated and daggy and the bathroom could do with a better clean. Good value for what it is.

Room was very outdated, mould on shower glass and in drains. Needs a good clean and update of decor. We got a good deal price wise but would have been very upset if we had paid full fee for what it was.

Perfectly located right on the Hobart waterfront, this apartment hotel is older style but super clean and spacious, offering a brilliant budget option with everything at the doorstep. Cafes, pubs, restaurants, food shops and Salamanca market are a couple of minutes walk away, airport Skybus and MONA ferry are just across the road. Easy walk to shopping district. Lovely staff, comfortable beds, big bathroom, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave etc. Exceptional value. Will definitely stay here again.

Super nice handicap room with a view of the harbor. Tile was a little slippery even with the no skid mat. We used the bath mat as a bridge to dry tile.

Location is perfect and the ladies at reception are very helpful. Small amount of onsite parking so book well in advance. The bed was comfortable. What I found disappointing was the room was very noisy (truck noise, fridge was noisy, air con was noisy, there was also water pipe noise presumably from other rooms) The shower also dripped.

Great location for Mona ferry and Salamanca market and arts centre. Staff are very helpful. Apartments are a bit old, fridge is a bit noisy and no window that opens. But good value for money.

This property is ideally located for tourism, especially if your don't have a car, being near Brooke Pier, the starting point of most excursions and the stop of the airport SkyBus. From there, you can walk easily to everywhere around the Waterfront and Salamanca place, with its many pubs, restaurants and eateries, and its weekend market. The Taste festival was also on the Harbour front. The Museum and Mawsons'huts are also very near. The apartment itself was OK. The kitchenette made it easy to eat a snack or have a cup of tea or coffee. There was a large TV screen and all main channels available. The internet connection was very good. The bathroom was clean and everything in working condition. There were two arm chairs and the room was spacious. The bed however was not comfortable and the view from our room was on an office building, but we could pull a blind. There was no way to open the window but the air-conditioning was fine.

This was a great place for three of us to stay for a couple of days in Hobart. The location is excellent. The Brooke St Pier bus stop is metres away, there are excellent dining options and it is close to Salamanca Place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, storing bags for us on two occasions. The room was very quiet, however the lack of any opening windows did mean the air conditioning was needed.

As a multiple room, multiple rebooking guest over 10 days spending lots of money, I have been frustrated having to check out at 10am, drag my luggage downstairs to reception, then come back at 2pm to recheck in as they never seem to be able to coordinate cleaners to maybe sort out a seamless check-in.

Nice location, the best part! Hotel needs a refurb, internet is average, sometimes drops out, and the beds are functional. A good refurb and some training on staff that don't act like robots and read the riot act when you ask for a late check up would be vast improvements.

Said this in other reviews, needs new decor, but has washing facilities and fridge etc so that's handy. As a multiple room, multiple rebooking guest over 10 days spending lots of money, I have been frustrated having to check out at 10am, drag my luggage downstairs to reception, then come back at 2pm to recheck in as they never seem to be able to coordinate cleaners to maybe sort out a seamless check-in. If that could have been done better I would have been much happier but it just seemed like the "rules are rules" were more important than trying to keep the guest comfortable and less hassle. Ah well.

The location is unbeatable. Short walk to Constitution Dock, Salamanca Place, Sullivan’s Cove and Battery Point, as well as shopping district and lots of cafes/restaurants. Nice surprise that there were free laundry facilities in the hotel. Very limited hotel parking so book ahead, but even the paid spaces are extremely hard to get into. Thought it was strange that even though checkout was 10am, they were ringing our room and mobile and knocking on our door from about 9.45 asking when we were checking out. Other than that, had a great stay.
