Good location, helpful staff who spoke great English, there was also a food hall downstairs featuring cuisines from around the world. Walking distance to the shops, waterfront and Kowloon Park, and Jordan MTR station which will get you almost everywhere else. Our room was very small, so not suited to large people! The pool was amazing but kept really disappointing opening hours. I booked a hotel with a pool so I could do early morning swims before getting out and exploring but it didn’t open til 9:30AM which was hours after I needed it unfortunately.

Hotel was convenient and pleasant. It got 4 elevators but only one or two works, there were bunch of people waiting in line just to get in. Also the elevators are outside near the driveway, that was kinda weird. But overall, the hotel was good.

Superb Food Options in the Hotel from 6:30am til 10pm+. No tipping required ! 24 hour 7-11 right across the alley for any basic needs. Swimming Pool, Big fitness gym for Hong Kong. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location close to everything in Tsim Tsa Tsui. Most places just a cheap taxi ride away for $3.75usd no tipping needed unlike the USA. Easy and perfect room temperature settings.

The room my family and I stayed in was clean and updated, but the room my parents stayed in was older and not as clean. One can clearly see stains on the carpet, and the carpet can use a deep cleaning. The bathroom floor in my parents's room was also not mopped. There was a sticky area as soon as you stepped into the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Staff were ok. They weren't rude, but at the same time, they weren't exactly friendly either.

Great hotel in Jordan/Yau Ma Tei. Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms at reasonable prices. Excellent service from every staff member with whom we interacted. We used the rooftop pool every day. If you’re planning to stay in Kowloon I can’t see how you’d do better than here. The only small criticism I could give is that the central air coming into the room smelled damp and moldy when first entering the room after being out all day.

Location is the best..Rooms are getting dated. We stayed in room 1701 and the AC isn’t strong enough. It was bearable but not comfortable. Elevators are slow sometimes. If they update the rooms a bit it would be better. I still like the location but definitely needs renovations.

Rooms are cosy, simple, well maintained and clean. They accommodated our request to be on a higher floor towards the end of the corridor. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient.

There are lots of food options, including some within the building. The price was a bit high, but I assume that was because of Lunar New Year. The staff was very courteous and professional, and both check-in and check-out were flawless experiences.

It was my GF first birthday trip staying at Eaton HK hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. A big thank you to the staff Chibi Cheng, who took the time to prepare the cake, your kindness and attention to detail meant a lot to me. I also want to thank the entire team at the hotel for their warm hospitality throughout my stay.

It was my GF first birthday trip staying at Eaton HK hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! We had a very pleasant stay at Eaton HK. The location is excellent, right on Nathan Road and close to Jordan MTR, making it very easy to get around Hong Kong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the early check-in after a long international flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, perfect for a family stay. Overall, great value for money and a hassle-free experience. Would happily stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Eaton HK. The location is excellent, right on Nathan Road and close to Jordan MTR, making it very easy to get around Hong Kong. ひどかったです。 15時のチェックインで15時半頃にホテルに到着したところ、お部屋の準備ができていないので部屋には入れないと言われました。待つのも微妙な時間だったので、荷物をフロントに預けて観光に出ました。荷物は部屋に運んでおいて貰えるとのことでしたが、23時頃にホテルに戻り入室すると、荷物は届いておらず、さらに3人で予約していたにも関わらず2名部屋でアメニティやタオル類も2つずつしか用意されていませんでした。7月の暑い時期でしたが冷房もきかず、冷蔵庫も壊れていました。 23時にホテルに戻りすぐに休みたかったのですが、部屋変更にもならずエキストラベッドが運び込まれてきて、その場でバタバタとベッドメイクが始まりました。ベルデスクとルームサービスの連携が取れていなかったため、何度も何度も様々なスタッフが部屋を出入りし、全てが終わり休める状態になるまでに2時間程度を要しました。 15時の段階でお部屋を準備してもらっていればミスにも気が付けましたし、チェックインの時間にお部屋の準備が済んでいないことがまず問題だと思います。、全く休まらない宿泊となりました。

I don't normally leave reviews, but Eaton's staff did an excellent job, including helping us get a taxi (with no additional charges), at 4am in the morning. Much appreciated, great hotel and great service.

Great staff and amenities, and very centrally located. 5 min walk to Jordan MTR, 3 min walk to Temple St Night Market, 20 min walk to TST, and bus connections right outside. Wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

Very nice hotel conveniently situated halfway between Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok. Unlimited food options, nearby wet market and temple street market. Close to airport bus and subway. Nice pool and fitness area. Would stay here again.

I appreciate Eaton's ethos about sustainability and recycling efforts. The breakfast buffet has a great variety for a reasonable price. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar area but saw that it was cozy and would definitely try to visit next time. The outdoor space was also very nice and rare in this town.

Great hotel that is situated in a convenient location. We had the family room which fitted our family (2 adults and 12 and 9 year old children) comfortably. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. There is a small rooftop pool. There is a food court below which was great. We opted for breakfast to be included in our stay but also ate dinner there a few times.

Great location in Nathan Rd, minutes away from Temple St night market and other places. Accessible with MTR Jordan station 5 minute walk. Breakfast here is simply amazing!! This is one of the reasons I stay here as well. Rooms are small but nice. The bar on the 4th floor Terrible Baby is great too for exotic cocktails and great vibe.

it was a wonderful stay in eaton, the staff, the security and even the housekeeper are very helpful and pleasant. Food court provide variety food and lot of variety food nearby. reasonable price with 4+ star. This will be my 2nd home in Hong Kong.

The total rating and overall experience is getting dragged down by a poorly maintained room having way to few elevators compared to the capacity of the hotel. The service from the parking is 10/10 along with the housekeepers. So the employees are all great, while it is the system that drags them down. Housekeepers have no way to check if we want cleaning or not or don't want to be distributed. So they have to knock on each door. The older rooms are the same quality of some 3 star motels by the American motorway I've experienced. Seems they put all in outwardly apparences and keep up what they could, while the overall system Behind is left, well behind.

Outstanding in every way. We were a family of four (kids 6 & 11) with just 3 days in Hong Kong and the Eaton was a fabulous choice. The family room is phenomenal - a bunk bed in the second bedroom! Staff went above and beyond, even helping facilitate an early check in when we arrived delirious with jet lag. The hotel has one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced in any continent, and the international food court was such a great choice for dinner with eaters who all fancied different things. Although we couldn’t take advantage of the fantastic cultural offer (an international sound festival and lots of pop up bars) these were fun to observe at a distance. The Eaton is in a part of Nathan Road Kowloon that is really buzzy & dynamic - we were so delighted to have stayed somewhere with such life and energy, close to Temple St markets. Could not recommend more enthusiastically.

ジョーダン駅にも油麻地にも近く、交通の便は大変良い。ネイザンロード沿いにもかかわらず静かで、下の階のレストランも賑わっていてエレベーターを通じて上の階まで音が漏れていましたが、部屋の中は静かで大変過ごしやすかった。ベッドも寝心地がよく気がついたら朝になっていた。今回残念だったのは香港のホテルの値段が高いのと、キャンセルが出来なかったため、一番安い部屋を予約したが、部屋の入り口は入って直ぐベッドの部屋だったのと、2日目に掃除をしていただけなかったこと、電気が暗く不便だったこと。アメニティは部屋の中には何もなく、QRCodeがあったので連絡すれば持ってきてくれたのかなと思います。我が家は歯ブラシも含めて全てアメニティは自前で旅行しているので何も不便を感じませんでした。帰りは雨が降っていたのでタクシーを呼んでもらい九龍駅まで行きましたがきちんと駅まで送ってくれるタクシーを呼んでいただけて安心して泊まれるホテルです。一昨年泊まった旺角のホテルで同じように九龍駅までとお願いしたのに、無理矢理空港まで乗せられる嫌な体験をしていたので、安心だった。
