It was an ok experience. The hotel lobby and the view from the room were incredible. No gym or pool, which is really too bad. No doorman or automatic door, I struggled to get my luggages in and out of this hotel.

Pros Rooms were large enough for our needs and clean overall. (compliments to the housekeepers on the 16th floor for sorting out some small issues for us so quickly) Beds were a little too hard for me but that’s a personal preference. Shower/toilet is small but I think is typical for HK but all good none the less. Shampoo, shower gels and hand wash provided in refillable pumps. There are 4 lifts which can get busy at times. There is a self-use laundry room includes 4 washers and 4 dryers. Tokens can be purchased at reception. Great location for Jordan MTR station, bus stops and within walking distance of Nathan Road. Good choice of local eateries if you don’t have meals included or just want to try the local delicacies (hotel guests are entitled to a discount if you decide to dine in) Staff were professional and very helpful and can converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Cons The rooms could do with an update as they look tired but all essentials facilities was provided. Unfortunately, the original room that was allocated to us had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. However, the reception staff were more than happy to help change the rooms for us The hotel was very busy during our stay in August (which is always a good sign but meant check-in was slow) Overall, hotel is in a great location for tourists and good value for money, staff were professional and helpful.

Every time using the card key in the elevator to get to the floor, there’s always a delay!

Good hotel and good location. Amenities are lacking ~ coffee sachets are low quality and there's not much choice. Nothing in the bathroom apart from toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel. Lift system is very bad. You can wait up to 10 whole minutes to get a lift. Went down by stairs once after 3 missed lifts (too full), and the doors are locked so I couldn't get out the stair case (what would happen if there was a fire?). However, apart from that, the hotel is nice, clean, and staff is really nice and helpful + buffet at UG floor is very good and fairly cheap

ホテル∶ 私たち家族4人にとっては、とても優良なホテルです。最新設備ではありませんが、値段と立地条件を考えると充分満足しました。ホテルスタッフは親身であり。ベッドメイクの人達もニコニコと挨拶下さいました。 部屋: 4人部屋(2段ベッドが2台)。九龍半島のホテルやユースホステルでは、4人で泊まる際、1台に2人寝るパターンが多く、こちらのホテルでは2段ベッドで１人ずつがゆったりと寝る事ができました。部屋にはテレビ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、空調(温度設定ダイヤル、風量3段階ダイヤル)あり。ティーカップとティーパックあり。ドライヤーが、入っている引き出し蓋を開けるとその内側に鏡が付属。 　洗面台・トイレとシャワールームの間にガラスの壁でセパレートになっています。洗面台にはうがい用コップ、めん棒。備え付けポンプ式ハンドウォッシュ。バスルームには備え付けシャンプーとボディシャンプー。可動式シャワーヘッド。タオルとバスタオルあり。 泊まった部屋の窓は、サイトの説明通り、北向きでした。 ランドリールーム: フロントでランドリールーム使用を伝える。洗濯機や乾燥機に使用するためのトークン(コイン的なもの)を購入する。1トークン=30香港ドル。洗濯だけなら、1トークン。洗濯と乾燥機なら2トークン必要。ランドリールームは13階にあり、洗濯機4台乾燥機4台、洗濯カゴもあり。待つ用のソファーあり。洗濯は30分。乾燥機は45分。洗浄や乾燥の強弱の選択可能。日本語の説明も随所にあるので、助かります。洗濯機には洗剤つき。(事前にフロントへ洗濯洗剤を確認するとホテル側は付属なしのため、ホテル外で購入して下さいと返答あり。当方の家族は中国の標準語を話せる者がいます。) 立地条件: 尖沙咀に近いエリアです。佐敦駅C2出入口まで徒歩約４分。柯士甸駅F出入口まで約４分。尖沙咀駅A1出入口まで、約10分です。私たちは多方面に観光に行くため、とても便利でした。 ホテルの対面にはスーパーマーケットの恵康(Welcome)、コンビニエンスストアのセブンイレブン、とても便利で、よく利用しました。また、廟街夜市は徒歩約6分。 私たちにとっては、ホテルの内容と立地条件を含め、とても良かったです。また利用したいと思いました。

The hotel is old and in need of renovation..........their is no gym

This hotel has an outstandingly good location. It has very few facilities and a rather indifferent restaurant, so we ended up eating outside all the time, which is fine because there are so many restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is right next to a bus station serving visitors from the PRC, who don't want or need much from the hotel, apart from somewhere to sleep, so there is no vibe or atmosphere. The sound proofing between rooms is not good, so beware of neighbours taking showers at 1a.m. Altogether a fair price for a basic hotel and a decent base when visiting the city.

At check in I was told my room is on level 25 and the lift only goes up to 24th floor Hence I need to carry the luggage via staircase They did offered me to have someone to take the luggage up to 25th floor But it is just very challenge especially for elderly people who needs to climb up the stairs a few times a day

The elevator too slow, running time take so long. The button of elevator not easy to read.

The staff were courteous and friendly on the whole (some more than others), the room was cleaned every day and the food was, by and large, pretty good, although we only had breakfast every day, the choice of which was fairly extensive. The hotel is in an excellent location and staying on the 24th Floor with a Kowloon Park and harbour view was wonderful, giving us a great outlook to the nightly laser show from the Island. Several lifts meant that we never had to wait too long for one, and we enjoyed the amenities in the bar every evening, being welcomed like old friends. As we were there to celebrate my birthday, we also took advantage of an excellent offer for afternoon tea, which was delicious. We would love to return there at some point.

Clean room , nice staff

Room was clean but smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room.

Cigarettes smells were very bad in the room. I had to wear a mask to get some sleep. I hate it. And reception guy’s attitude was nasty. It was a bit sad because I was using this a few times and was ok before.

Excellent hotel with a super convenient location. The rooms and facilities were very clean. I will definitely be back again!

The staff were okay. My issue was the bathroom. There was water mold in the shower.

Staff were courteous. The hotel reeked of smoke. It is non smoking but it really smelled in the carpets.

The room was very clean. The housekeeping were very pleasant and well mannered. There are always taxis parked in front of the hotel. It was very convenient after checking out and getting a taxi to the airport. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, when I'm in Hong Kong.

Room: the room itself was just okay. The curtains were really difficult to open and the carpet was not clean. After we did room cleaning service, one of our pillows had a large coffee stain on it. Our room didn’t have an ironing board or an iron, even though our friends had one. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Staff: the front desk people were not very friendly or helpful. The cleaning staff were great. Give them a raise. Location: location was awesome. The hotel is in the middle of a busy hub so very easy to get around via bus or MTR or taxi. Lots of things to do and see and eat. Amenities: there isn’t much to do at the hotel. They have a lounge/dining area, but you can’t just sit there and hang out with your friends. You have to buy something in order to sit. The laundry is accessible via tokens, but the dryer leaves your clothes still very damp. Overall experience: If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s convenient, this is the best. If you’re looking to have a comfortable stay, I would not recommend.

The rooms were clean & neat. The staff are friendly & helpful. Close to all transportation. Near museums & shopping malls, all within walking distance, by MTR or bus. Two-drawers are very small, 1 luggage rack, long writing desk with drawers near window, adequate lighting, small refrigerator, hair dryer with mirror in desk, only 1 electrical outlet with 2 ports for charging, electric kettle, open clost space to hang clothes, small safe & large screen TV. Housekeeping was a little lacking. After room was made up, a few times, towels were missing, carpet was not well vacuumed, curtains were a little off. Generally, our stay was not bad, the view was lovely & the rooms are neat. I would book a stay again because the prices were affordable.

The area of the hotel is good for sightseeing, walking distance to few MTR stations (TST, Jordan). Close to the bus stop (5mins walk) to the aiport (A22/25). There's a 7eleven in front for quick bites and alot of restaurants walking distance. There are always red taxis in front. Rooms are ok and clean but abit outdated. Can do with abit of renovation/updating but if you're mainly out going around the day should be OK. If you are booking one room this might be a connecting room to the next so possibly can hear the next room. Although I was quite lucky the room that I stayed on was facing the Kowloon park/Victoria Harbour so had a nice view.

Smooth check in. Location was good, 15 mins walk to harbour and close to metro. Rooms need better soundproofing, could hear people in corridor and traffic below even though we were on 22nd floor

The bed for one is very firm, so for side sleeper, just know. Room size was small, but everything was available as we had the 25th floor where elevator stops at 24th. Just need to walk up one floor if you don’t have heavy luggage. Had 4 breakfasts daily, but selection was not changed much. Food was ok, but I didn’t like the fact it was smelly as I had to change clothes and shower again after breakfast. They could use better ventilation system for the restaurant. Check out was nice as wengot the late 1p, which helped a lot since our flight isn’t until 625p

Room is small but nice, also bathroom is nicely equipped and a good size for the room, only complain is the mattress, there's really no mattress, I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard covered with a sheet, if they can improve on that this hotel would be much better, price and location, room was clean bathroom had all kinds of toiletries

BP International in great location in Kowloon. Very handy for the main station and Austin MTR. We got a room overlooking the gardens with great views of HK island and part of the harbour. Excellent for watching the light show. Great reasonably priced breakfast with discount for seniors. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Handy supermarket over the road and lots of eateries around. Really enjoyed our stay would use again if back in UK. Quirky fact it’s also head quarters for the HK scouts.

Good location that’s about it. Commented about room request and no response from hotel at all. Very poor and unprofessional in public relations. We have stayed in this hotel numerous time. Unfortunately still no improvements.

Beds hard, especially trundle 3rd bed. Request for soft matress topper ignored. Returned to room at 10 pm to find beds made up without any comunication.Had to request again. Seemed staff were unable to accomodate non chinese speaking guests. Maybe they knew we would be gone in a few days and didnt really care

We chose BP for the reasonable price and convenient location but it was so much better than we expected. Housekeeping responded to requests for extra blanket or ice quickly and always with a smile. The room was tight for 3 people but just based on the excellent service, it was so worth it.

This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Restaurants, convenience stores within short distances. Subway, train stations and buses so close. But I will always return because of their people.

A fair stay that was made miserable by rude people in the front desk. Basic hospitality in the hospitality industry couldn't be observed. Lobby has no comfort room, you have to go to the UG for the comfort room. Couches weren't enough with the flux of guests they have. Jeremy the old guy in the lobby seemed like he hated his job and consistently took it out on us. We were in a non-smoking floor yet the whole floor reeked of cigarette smell. We were near a group of guys who for a room of 2 seemed like they were having a party. Guy in glasses at the front desk also didn't seem like he liked his job as well. You have to pay for your toothbrush, no water allocation. Room cleaning ladies were nice tho. Other than that, I just hope they improve their hospitality attitude because we got zero hospitality from the front desk at all. Rude staff.

Everything was good except the attitude of the staff at the front desk. I did not have negative experiences personally, but I witness that the staff was impatient and rude to other customers who tried to check-in.

Restaurant and supermarket just across the street. Walking distance to high speed train station.

Location is great,literally you can go anywhere easily, subway station bus stop all can walk by just few minutes, there's lots restaurants in that area too and food is great,7-Eleven and supermarket is cross street, staffs are friendly, i would definitely stay there again 8f i go back Hong Kong.

九龍駅からタクシーで30hkdと、Airport Expressだとアクセスよかったです。Jordan駅前すぐたし。 また九龍公園が真裏で、早朝からランニングできたのも良かった。

Well located for transport links, great for a layover

エアポートエクスプレスから高速鉄道利用のため立地が非常に便利です。 レストランや、コンビニも多く非常に便利です 地下鉄駅も近く市内移動も便利です。

The room is clean and the location is very good, it next to the Kowloon Park. Also it is easy to walk to the Victoria Harbour to see the beautiful night view~

Good location as near to the Kowloon station & West Kowloon station. Many nearby dining restaurants.

Smaller room but clean. We stayed there for 1 night only. Convenient area as we wanted to stay close to the Kowloon West train station to catch a train the next day early in the morning.

The breakfast offers very limited options. The taste is mediocre given that the price is not much lower than Hyatt Regency. I would not recommend eating there. The location is very convenient but it offers no amenities. The cleaningness is acceptable but I had to clean the room thoroughly myself on the first day of my stay to feel slightly more comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at BP International. The hotel is very well maintained and we enjoyed the happy hour at the hotel bar. Our room was very modern and large. Would happily stay here again next time we are in Hong Kong.

The restaurant is not very good. Mostly chineese food, don’t expect any european dishes even if they advertise international food.

Surprise that window has layer of water that blocked the view I paid extra for. Location and hotel Breakfast are excellent.

It was a great hotel, all the equipment was clean and well-established. Breakfast quality was outstanding. A little bit far from the station (on foot 5mins), but the great view and atmosphere were good

Staff is great, but the rooms are cramped and the mattresses are hard. Breakfast is pretty good, but short of top notch. Crowds of people were a big drawback. It seemed there were always too many people in the lobby.
