Staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. The reception area was immaculate. Smelt amazing and gave that truly wonderful first impression. The room was spacious. Great views. High end bathroom products. Tea and coffee options in the room. The hotel also offered a free laundry which was really well used during our stay. All guests seem to make use of this.

This is my second time staying. It was another pleasant and comfortable stay. We booked two rooms for me, hubby, mom and sister, to celebrate for my mom’s 88th birthday and my own birthday. The hotel staff was very kind and considerate in the earlier check-in process, efficiently kept our luggages, and helped my mother in wheelchair. They also have prepared cake and greeting card. When we left, they taught our driver how to park in the front and helped us to get on our car with luggages…etc. The food in the tea time and breakfast are tasty and good quality with nice presentation. For the first time, I tried their laundry. Cozy and convenient with powerful washer and dryer. Clothes are well cleaned with convenience. Gym room has lots of high-end machines. Though this hotel doesn’t have pool and sauna, its overall friendly service and high standard amenities used in the everywhere for guests are definitely outstanding and gives you a well-accommodating feeling. I would suggest that you can add onto sauna and steam or even jacuzzi for vip or club access guests, next to the gym if possible. That would make the whole place even more perfect and prestigious for the guests.

The staffs are not friendly at all. Not even initially greet every guests, I always see them on the phone, I stay different hotel b4, this one is the worse so far. Maybe I’m not from China. Won’t stay there again. Although nice gym.

Staff will open / close doors, greet every time we walked through lobby. Check in was not at the counter as staff would do the check in while we sat comfortably at the lobby with their welcome drinks. No old fashioned hotel info booklet. Hotel info could be accessed from TV menu or via phone by scanning QR code. You can then choose your pillow menu, request for additional FOC amenities (even chopping board and knife). There is a small FOC laundry room on the 5th floor. Detergent and bags provided. Very thoughtful. Very accessible. Less than 10mins from Causeway Bay MTR.

Mixed feelings. Hotel is quiet and beautiful, a good refuge from all the craziness outside. Part of the staff was friendly (front desk) and part very unpolite (restaurant). Breakfast was a mess, long lines for coffee, no tables, hard to find everything and stressed out staff. Room was small and bed linens poor quality. We were given 1 extra hour for check out so I thank them for that.

We enjoyed the staying so much! The check-in process was super fast! The staffs are friendly and very efficient. We love the design and details in the lobby and the room. Definitely will come back!

The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!

Most impressive is the service. Staff would go out of their way to help and serve. Let me name all those whom I can remember, Bella, Kevin, Kenny, Albert, Larry , Monica , Po, Michael, Anton and others whose names I may have forgotten because of our hectic trip. Especially the young man who brought up our luggage to our room.

I personally loved their self serve laundry room. A must for a longer trip. The only thing better than this property is their people. From the Concierge on down, I was treated as royalty. From the welcoming that I received to the service to the stay. It was exceptional in all regards. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists and business people. The location is perfect. You simply can’t go wrong.

We usually stay in conrad or shangri la in admiralty but decided to stay in causeway bay this time. Saw this hotel and decided to stay here for a change. We weren't disappointed. It's in a very quiet part but still very central. The room is spacious and most of all the service is top notch. The staff went over and beyond to serve. Already told my family and friends about lanson place and will for sure stay here again.

Mixed feelings. Hotel is quiet and beautiful, a good refuge from all the craziness outside. Part of the staff was friendly (front desk) and part very unpolite (restaurant). Breakfast was a mess, long lines for coffee, no tables, hard to find everything and stressed out staff. Room was small and bed linens poor quality. We were given 1 extra hour for check out so I thank them for that.

I spent 4 nights here in September 2026, and I was very impressed with the room and staff. The room was perfectly quiet (double glazed), with comfortable amenities including coffee/teas/water daily. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will be returning here for my next trip to HK.

최근 홍콩갈때마다 자주 이용하고 있습니다. 매우 만족했기때문에 최근 1년새 3-4차례 숙박했습니다. 하지만 이번에는 체크아웃후 나갈때 인사도 전혀없고 나이 많은 아버지가 큰 짐을 옮기는데 계단이 높은 현관에서도 전혀 도와주지않고 모른척하는 직원들 보고 너무 실망했습니다. 다른 건 모두 좋았지만 서비스때문네 다음에 숙박여부 고민하려합니다.

The hotel was not far far Causeway Bay Station. It was surprisingly quiet in the room and the staff were attentive and provided everything we needed - steam iron, yoga mat, adaptor, memory foam pillow and bolster. Excellent service and a very comfortable stay. Plus free self service washer dryer 24/7 with detergent provided.
