Everything was perfect. The room was really comfortable and ultra clean. The breakfast was awsome. The swiming pool clean and pleasant. And the staff was really great, everyone was kind and attentive to the clients, special mention to Van Duc who was super nice and helped with booking and information. Highly reccomended.

Nous avons passé un séjour décevant dans cet hôtel. En tant que touriste international, nous n’avons pas l’impression d’être bien accueilli, la réceptionniste est froide et ne donne pas d’informations. Les photos montrent un superbe rooftop refait avec une belle vue sur la ville alors qu’il est en construction, et que rien ne le précise. La piscine est sale et et il y a des cours de natation pour enfants. La chambre est en revanche très bien, très propre, mais la climatisation est très bruyante la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est globalement bien, mais la salle très bruyante et beaucoup de famille avec enfants, et les aliments de qualité moyenne. Bref, choisissez un autre hôtel si vous êtes étranger.

Jag vill rekommendera TTC Imperial hotell Hue. Perfekt läge mitt i stan, med gångavstånd Hue Imperial City och Parfymfloden. Hotellet håller hög nivå på service och tillgång till faciliteter. Det som drar ner mitt betyg från högsta är att lokalerna hade behövt lite mer underhåll, det känns slitet på sina ställen, samt att baren tyvärr inte lyckades leverera enligt förväntan. När vi vill ta en cocktail på kvällen så fanns nästan inga alternativ tillgängliga. Det blir lite underligt när ingen av signaturdrinkarna kan beställas. Sammantaget är vi dock mycket nöjda, och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Genuinely felt like royalty. Impressive from the entrance through to the very spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Lovely pool area which was well utilised by our group. Comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Tolles Hotel mit schönen komfortablen Zimmern. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit Terrasse. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auf dem Dach ein eigener Tempel. Aussicht vom Rooftop sehr schön. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Wir waren zu 4. und haben auch den Zusatzservice, Besichtigung der Sehenswürdigkeiten im hoteleigenen VIP Bus, sowie Transfer nach Hoi An genutzt. Alles in allem faire und gute Preis-Leistung und vor allem sehr komfortabel und flexibel.

まず、タクシーで玄関前に降りると男のマネージャーの対応と笑顔が素晴らしい。フロントとでは女子の優しい対応ホットさせて貰いました。部屋はリバービューの角部屋の右と左に窓がある明るい経や。最高です。今回で5度目の宿泊ですが、夏の季節は初めてでプールにはいりましたが、プールの水が汚らしく思えたのが残念です。夜の屋上レストランの夜景はずらしく、ビールが旨いです。

Had a wonderful stay here that we extended twice - we really enjoyed Hue, and this was an ideal location. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a very western-business aura. Lovely view of the river. Not tons of character but very well done all around. In our particular room, the mattresses seemed aging and weren't my favorite, but they were comfortable enough and again, very clean. The head of service, Van Duc, was helpful and so charming. He physically walked me and my mother to a pharmacy and helped us there in order to make sure my mom got what she needed, and was super knowledgeable about travel options with good prices on offer. He single handedly made this big fairly impersonal hotel feel welcoming and warm. And the food! A breakfast buffet that took about 5 minutes to do a lap around, with tons of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Western options including egg and noodle stations. Restaurant/lounge/in room dining super expensive though. All in all we loved our stay!

観光にも便利な場所にあります。私は約束されたチェックイン時間より、少し早く到着しました。しかし、スタッフは笑顔で、そして新設に、私を部屋に案内してくれました。私は部屋でパソコンを使って仕事をする必要があったので、大変感謝をしました。部屋はとても清潔でした。

Wir hatten ein wunderbares und ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Parfumfluss und die Citadelle. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Und Herr Duc hat sich rührend um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Vielen Dank, wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

ロケーションは旧市街と新市街を結ぶ橋にあり、どこに行くにも良いロケーションです。ちょっと中国系の大きなホテルとイメージが似ています。そのせいか中国人の団体客が多かったです。朝食はビュフェで種類はたくさんあります。部屋は大きくて快適でした。シャワーが真上から出るタイプで方向なども調整出来ないのが難点。

ロケーションは旧市街と新市街を結ぶ橋にあり、どこに行くにも良いロケーションです。ちょっと中国系の大きなホテルとイメージが似ています。そのせいか中国人の団体客が多かったです。朝食はビュフェで種類はたくさんあります。部屋は大きくて快適でした。シャワーが真上から出るタイプで方向なども調整出来ないのが難点。

Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel was imperiously good. So far it's the best we had in Vietnam. The location is very strategical, both to access the Imperial City and the night walking street. The room was huge and comfy, the bed was perfect and the view from the windows...amazing. Everything was clean as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We were helped a lot by Mr. Van Duc in organizing our trip to the tombs, and he was, together with the all staff, always welcoming and smiling.

Great location, walkable to Truong Tien bridge and other eateries areas. Didn’t like the fact that no iron/board provided due to fire hazard. Have to pay for ironing your clothes & they are not cheap. Didn’t like the shampoos. It leaves your hair dried like autumn leaves, no conditioner provided.

Nous avons passé un séjour décevant dans cet hôtel. En tant que touriste international, nous n’avons pas l’impression d’être bien accueilli, la réceptionniste est froide et ne donne pas d’informations. Les photos montrent un superbe rooftop refait avec une belle vue sur la ville alors qu’il est en construction, et que rien ne le précise. La piscine est sale et et il y a des cours de natation pour enfants. La chambre est en revanche très bien, très propre, mais la climatisation est très bruyante la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est globalement bien, mais la salle très bruyante et beaucoup de famille avec enfants, et les aliments de qualité moyenne. Bref, choisissez un autre hôtel si vous êtes étranger.

Had a wonderful stay here that we extended twice - we really enjoyed Hue, and this was an ideal location. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a very western-business aura. Lovely view of the river. Not tons of character but very well done all around. In our particular room, the mattresses seemed aging and weren't my favorite, but they were comfortable enough and again, very clean. The head of service, Van Duc, was helpful and so charming. He physically walked me and my mother to a pharmacy and helped us there in order to make sure my mom got what she needed, and was super knowledgeable about travel options with good prices on offer. He single handedly made this big fairly impersonal hotel feel welcoming and warm. And the food! A breakfast buffet that took about 5 minutes to do a lap around, with tons of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Western options including egg and noodle stations. Restaurant/lounge/in room dining super expensive though. All in all we loved our stay!

Very nice, luxury, and clean hotel. Friendly & polite staffs. The staffs took extra care of us, always open the door & great us each time we go in & out. Special thanks to the concierge, Mr. Van Duc. He was so nice. He helped us with our luggages when we arrived, when we left, and lended us an umbrella when we went for a walk as it was sprinkling.

Also kindly assisted with our onward travel to Cat Ba, saving us some time and hassle. Don't miss the show and fun at Train Street nearby! Nice sandwiches around the corner at Banh Mi 25.

The hotel is perfectly central placed to explore Hue. Very good breakfast buffé. Sadly I lost money on the transport to the hotel and couldn’t file a police report in Hue. Watch out for hired drivers.

Everything was perfect. The room was really comfortable and ultra clean. The breakfast was awsome. The swiming pool clean and pleasant. And the staff was really great, everyone was kind and attentive to the clients, special mention to Van Duc who was super nice and helped with booking and information. Highly reccomended.

This hotel is in good location and only a couple of minutes from the walking street. Breakfast was good but ends at 930 am compared to 10:30 am at other hotels, and has limited options for people who don’t eat pork. We ordered food via room service and it wasn’t good, but there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel has a very traditional charm while still providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bed sheets were excellent. However, the pillows were much too large for our liking, so it might be worth considering replacing them with some smaller options. The bathroom was also spacious. The only issue we experienced was with the shower faucet. When turned on at full pressure, the water flow would gradually decrease after about a minute, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was above satisfactory. The quality of the food was very good, but I wish there had been more variety, especially for children. There were no pancakes, and I was surprised that a 4-star hotel did not have a coffee machine available for guests. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. One suggestion I would strongly recommend is improving communication with guests who use sign language. During check-in, the male hotel clerk continued speaking to me, expecting me to understand him, even after I tried to explain that I am deaf. Using a translation app such as Google Translate would make communication much easier and create a more inclusive experience for guests with hearing impairments. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with a strong traditional character. Despite a few minor issues, my family and I had a pleasant stay and would happily return. Thank you!
