El hotel muy bien , para la categoría, pero la llegada muy mal, entre que era calle semi peatonal que llovía mucho en ese momento y la calle de acceso al parking, principalmente, estaba cortada por obras, me hizo dar varias vueltas por la zona.

The hotel is located in the pedestrian area of Huelva. The hotel needs an up-lift and I did not find the person at the desk to be particularly welcoming. The room is OK and also needs some work to bring it to the current century or probably we were spoiled by the hotels we had already visited. Bathroom OK too. On the plus side, everything was clean and found no surprises. On the down side, the hotel does not even offer a bottle of water. There is a car park near-by that you can reserve through the hotel if you happen to come by car. The city is very small so everything is literally in walking distance. Do not go to Huelva on a Sunday unless you want to experience what it is like to live in a post-apocalyptic world where you are one of the very few survivors, a privilege you may not have if a nuclear war does happen.

Great location, easy check-in process with friendly and informative staff. Parked our car close by for free. Our room had a large balcony which had seating options and view to the main street. Bed was comfy, bathroom modern and clean. Buffet breakfast for 7 euros per person was a bargain with all kind of options offered. There was even almond and other lactose free milk offered. Overall great stay, would definitely stay at Exe Tartessos again.

Bien situado. La única pega es encontrar aparcamiento público cerca. Nosotros utilizábamos uno a unos 10 minutos del hotel, zona azul llamada zona naranja. Hotel limpio. Silencioso. Habitación muy grande, con una minihabitación aparte con la cama de la niña. Muy recomendable.

Tenía reserva para una habitación doble superior y había puesto una anotación pidiendo una habitación con buenas vistas a ser posible. cuando llegamos eran las 10:30pm y nos dieron una habitación claramente inferior con una cama de matrimonio pequeña y mirando al patio interior. Es como si supieran que no nos iba a gustar porque nos dijeron que si teníamos cualquier problema con la habitación se tenía que arreglar por la mañana y no habría ningún problema. Pero al final pagué la habitación superior por tres noches y solamente tuvimos dos noches de habitación superior.

The hotel was lovely, clean and well positioned close to bars and restaurants in the city centre. The only downside was check in should have been at 2pm and after a long hot journey we arrived at 3.30pm only to be told that our room wasn’t ready, we were eventually able to get in the room at 5.30 but were offered no compensation or apology.

First visit to Huelva mainly to experience a non tourist town and experience the food. It did not disappoint and staying at this hotel was great The location was perfect with great eating places on the doorstep. Nous avons tenté d'annuler la réservation suite à un changement dans la réservation de notre Ferry même si nous avions réservé avec annulation on a refusé de nous dédommager. Ce changement était hors de notre contrôle c'est la cie Ferry Hoopper qui a modifié l'horaire de son bateau nous empêchant de nous rendre pour la nuit réservée. Nous avons été mis au courant à la dernière minute alors l'hôtel aurait pu comprendre notre problème. Très déçevant comme service.

Nous avons tenté d'annuler la réservation suite à un changement dans la réservation de notre Ferry même si nous avions réservé avec annulation on a refusé de nous dédommager. Ce changement était hors de notre contrôle c'est la cie Ferry Hoopper qui a modifié l'horaire de son bateau nous empêchant de nous rendre pour la nuit réservée. Nous avons été mis au courant à la dernière minute alors l'hôtel aurait pu comprendre notre problème. Très déçevant comme service.

Nice hotel in great location, near main central sites. The room was clean and comfortable with modern decor. The only negative was the level of pedestrian noise at night. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Huelva is totally worth a visit.

Nice hotel in great location, near main central sites. The room was clean and comfortable with modern decor. The only negative was the level of pedestrian noise at night. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Huelva is totally worth a visit.

very good location and in quiet area , room are comfy enough space plus little balcony , friendly staff , price was ok . Just a bit disappointed with the breakfast though as for the price it was a bit limited especially if you don t want to eat pork , outside you gave lovely coffee shops with good coffee and superb pastry and sandwiches for a very good price . I would still recommend the place , maybe a kettle in the room would be nice .

Great location, easy check-in process with friendly and informative staff. Parked our car close by for free. Our room had a large balcony which had seating options and view to the main street. Bed was comfy, bathroom modern and clean. Buffet breakfast for 7 euros per person was a bargain with all kind of options offered. There was even almond and other lactose free milk offered. Overall great stay, would definitely stay at Exe Tartessos again.

Did not know that the town literally closes down at 13:00 on Sundays and got stuck without a car and had to stay the night. This hotel made and bad situation so much better.

Excellent location, the bed was comfortable, we had an issue with the air conditioning and shower but they were fixed. It was very noisy at night but I would still recommend this hotel.
