The St. Regis Aruba Resort

Loved the 6 pools, the beach access and the incredible staff. We walked everywhere and had a blast. The gelato was a welcoming treat every day in the shop. We loved it and are already planning a return trip. Our new favorite hotel in our favorite destination!!

The St Regis Aruba,is a beautiful property. The service was a bit slow, and the seating accommodations on the beach as well as the pool were not great,they were hard no cushion . Although the resort was not packed ,bar staff had trouble keeping up with orders. The expectations of The St Regis Brand was not met here at this property in Aruba . Also to note the resort is next door to the RIU ANTILLES all of the pool activities are heard from the St Regis Pool. The speakers actually sound like they are at the At Regis pool!!! It was extremely loud! The soft drinks were extremely overpriced, 1 can of coke $7 and you do not get the can so you only received quarter of the soda can. Overall because the property is brand new the rooms are very nice the 7 pools are all in 1 area and they have a small hot tub to accommodate maybe 8 people . The casino staff was absolutely amazing!!! The best hospitality was at the Casino.

The pool was too cold to user. It would be nice if the raise the temperature of the pool.staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Everything was good beside the pool

We had an amazing stay at St Regis Aruba!! From the moment we walked in the lobby was beautiful, cool and smelled like you were on vacation. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and the entire ground and immaculately kept and beautiful! The rooms are so spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views. Every restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a dream! Service on the beach, at the pool, the spa, everywhere is just top notch. You felt like this was your second home. The staff recognizes you after a day or so and treat you like they’re your friends. We will absolutely be back!!

We have been visiting Aruba for over ten years and have stayed at various resorts and hotels. The St. Regis Hotel was one of our first choices for our 2025 family vacation. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, and the beach is truly beautiful. The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk through the doors. We rented a cabana, and the team member went above and beyond our expectations. The service was awesome! In contrast, we rented a Bimini, and the service was quite different from start to finish. Overall, the service did not meet the St. Regis standards. Lastly, consider installing palapas at the beach and implementing a scheduling system. I observed that many tourists arrived at the beach by 6:30 AM, laid their towels on the chairs, and then left for the day. This made it difficult to find available beach chairs. It's odd that, despite few people being in the water or using the chairs, all the chairs seemed to be "occupied".

Hotel is new and the property is beautiful on the water. I had a suite and a great balcony. The housekeeping was great especially with very young children.Food was average but very pricey (expected for a premier property). Coffee place was bad. Korean/ Japanese Upscale restaurant had very bad service no one came around to refill water or more drinks. The food there was unimpressive compared to the atmosphere which was really nice. I feel because the hotel was so new the staff the service staff was not great. No came around on the beach or pool often. I have been at other high end resorts in other countries and if not sure if it’s the service or culture but people are standing around everywhere looking lingering for a tip.

Beautiful property the service was amazing, the pool's awesome but the beach which is where we spent the entire day was gorgeous (and I've been to many island resorts). Highly recommend.

This was my second stay at the St. Regis in Aruba. I stayed in Feb 2025 and October 2025. This visit asked specifically not be be in a room over the police station which gets noisy and the smell of pot is so strong at times you can't sit on the balcony. Despite specifically asking not to be over the station, I was put in a room directly over it and the smell of pot was sickening. Also, this time the room was not serviced well and there was some gel like substance on the tile floor in the hallway. I took pictures, talked to the front desk staff and after some back and forth (which wasn't pleasant), they agreed to move me. Now keep in mind , this was my second visit and this time I brought people with me so we had two rooms (so lots of $ plus two room holds of $1k each) and still I got kick back from management when I asked to move to a clean room. Some things to be aware of when you book this hotel: 1) They put a $1000 room hold on your credit card when you check in. This was new and not the case in February. 2) This is a cashless hotel but everyone who provides a service to you wants you to tip them in cash. So take small bills. The hotel is beautiful and staff are friendly but they miss the mark compared to the other hotels in the St. Regis portfolio. There are many other beautiful hotels in Aruba to choose from.

Everything was absolutely perfect — from the service and atmosphere to the food, cleanliness, and even the supply of essentials. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Truly exceptional!

Everything was kept in pristine condition!!! We checked in on our first day with Nicole, and she made us feel so welcome from the start with her bright and hospitable smile! Justin who was by the pool was also awesome!! Everyday he was kind enough to ensure that we had seats by the beach and always was ready to greet each guest with kindness. Shantal who took care of us at the beach and catered to each need. Severino who was bartending in the lobby also amazing!! He was hilarious. Made us laugh and smile. Sorry to any names that weren’t mentioned but that made our stay super memorable. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere for a stay. This is the place to go and you won’t regret it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everything was kept in pristine condition!!! We checked in on our first day with Nicole, and she made us feel so welcome from the start with her bright and hospitable smile! Justin who was by the pool was also awesome!! Everyday he was kind enough to ensure that we had seats by the beach and always was ready to greet each guest with kindness. Shantal who took care of us at the beach and catered to each need. Severino who was bartending in the lobby also amazing!! He was hilarious. Made us laugh and smile. Sorry to any names that weren’t mentioned but that made our stay super memorable. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere for a stay. This is the place to go and you won’t regret it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our first trip to Aruba was made truly unforgettable thanks to the St. Regis. The property is stunning — beautifully maintained with multiple pools, beach access, and a sense of luxury and comfort throughout. Our room was spotless, with plush bedding and stylish furnishings. The spacious balcony was a highlight — perfect for morning coffee with a view. It would’ve been a great bonus to have power outlets out there for charging devices while enjoying the breeze. Service was phenomenal from start to finish. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Huge thanks to **Joe and Eric** at the beach and pool for their friendly, fast service, and to **Nicole** for a seamless and personalized check-in. The **Wi-Fi was excellent** across the entire resort — including the beach — which made staying connected effortless. The only small drawback was some noise from the neighboring Riu hotel, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Don’t let any negative reviews deter you — we absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to return!

Pros-the hotel and rooms are very luxurious great views,beds and linens are amazing plenty of towels and plenty of closet space they even have a butler service that can bring you whatever you need. We had coffee brought to our room every morning complimentary. Cons- The hotel is right next to the Rui and it’s very very loud you hear all the Caribbean music and games so if you’re looking for someplace quiet this isn’t the place. They have 3 pools in which they state 2 are adult pools but kids were in them. Not a very big beach front at all. Rooftop restaurant has an amazing view two drinks were $52.00 and the portions of food very small. We are far from cheap but boy do they crack you over the head. We are used to staying at the Hyatt and we go to Aruba at least twice a year we wanted to try this hotel because it was new and it’s supposed to be a great hotel. It was a lot further from all the restaurants you needed to take a cab everywhere at night. Not sure we would stay there again. Lastly beware of their resort daily fee of $90.00 that they don’t tell you about until checking out.

Folks - this is a St Regis property in name only ! The security in this hotel is alarming - they offer a non existent butler service ( 30 mins typical wait for morning coffee ) they also allow strays onto the beach area ( I have video of a dog laying in the $350 a day cabanas ) ANYONE can walk onto this property / calls to front desk unanswered / management is non existent/ painting in lobby on scaffolding at 9 am ? Too much too list. Also , their flag ship restaurant allows beach goers to photograph the sunset in their dining area unhindered. Non-guests are allowed to use beach and pool areas as there is ZERO security on the property . I predict this Marriott owned property will be closed just like the white plains ritz Carlton who over Estimated their market value / NOT WORTH the value at all!

This property is luxury at its finest. The staff is impeccable. Felt pampered from the moment of our arrival until our moment of departure. Staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again. Have never felt so spoiled and pampered and appreciated by a hotel before.

Had an amazing weekend at the st Regis Aruba resort. The staff was so kind and the service was amazing. It’s sitatued on the most beautiful part of the Aruba beach. Highly recommend 10/10

This property was very clean and beautiful! We loved our stay. The property felt safe and police station is right next door which is an added bonus for security. The resort is very accommodating and does have security on site. Property was quiet and rooms are very spacious with a perfect view of the pools and beach. The only thing I will say is there are limited dining options and the restaurants they have are open until 9pm unless you go to the bar. This is only an issue if you have kids which of course can’t go to the bar. They do have private dining which is room service but no kids menu available for private dining. There are many restaurants available within walking distance off the resort or you can drive to them as well and those are open late. I would definitely come back here for sure. I would suggest if you are coming to Aruba in general and returning to the USA to allow 4 hours to get through customs when going back to the US. Customs takes a very long time to get through and we missed our flight due to the unexpected length of time it takes to go through. It does appear there is a new building for USA departures but is not fully operational for all airlines yet so hopefully in the future this will be a shorter length of time to get through. Overall our stay was excellent we were very pleased. Customer service was top notch and staff go out of their way to help in any way to accommodate!

All of the employees were incredibly nice. All the people whom we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Concierge made all dinner reservations a breeze as well. The only thing I might say is the service in terms of on property dining is a bit slow. However, I do understand the property is fairly new and they may still be adjusting. Aside from that beautiful, clean, and safe resort. Very relaxed and walking distance to restaurants nearby (about 5-10 minute walk).

Staff and food are great and very safe place to stay

Beautiful property and incredible views but food/drinks were extremely over priced. The staff were all wonderful and warm but there is an element of training needed to get it to the level worthy of the price you pay. It was still a wonderful time and my daughter and I really enjoyed Aruba.

Luxury property, amazing food, impeccable service Will be back! This was the best vacation in Aruba we’ve had and we come every year!! The hotel staff here truly go above and beyond! More food options like pizza, salad bowls and açai bowls would be great! And extra taxis outside but these are minor! The food options here are amazing!! The sushi is a must try!!!
