Endroit magnifique. Personnel exceptionnel et attentionné. La nourriture est excellente

Accueil et hall d'entrée très bien. Chambre bien également. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très basique. Piscine a améliorer. L'emplacement est un peu excentré. Possible d'aller à Sarinah, au Monas ou a Grand Indonesia a pied mais assez long et peu agréable

This is an excellent hotel that we enjoyed overall. However, we had two big concerns. First, the traffic around the hotel is so intense that it’s all but impossible to safely cross the street to any nearby places. If you like walking, this isn’t the place for you. Second, when we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner, the service was unbelievably bad. We placed an order and waited and waited. No water. Our drinks never came. All of the waiters disappeared. Really. Finally I went to the front desk to complain and, after another long wait, the food appeared. It may have been the worst service I’ve seen in 50+ years of going to restaurants.

All are good. Staffs from doorman, concierges, receptionists, room services, restaurants are good and friendly. Lobby provide good ambience. Room is clean. Veriety of food for breakfast. I can recommend this hotel.

An easy way to see what we got here is to look for the Indonesia playlist in the karlmarkinternational channel on YouTube. The hotel is modern, comfortable and nice. Wifi is fine and the workers are great. Breakfast is big and tasty. We also had a few dinner here and liked them. It is easy to get from this hotel to all the sights.
