Excelente hotel com serviço impecável e vista linda!

Quarto amplo e espaçoso, muito bem equipado, bastante confortável. Carpetes, mobília e acessórios bem preservados. Serviços de quarto e limpeza eficientes e bem executados. Staff bastante atento às necessidades dos hóspedes. Sempre corteses e prestativos. Especial menção aos serviços de Concierge. O Hotel possui um serviço via WhatsApp durante a hospedagem que funciona muito bem. Praticamente todos os serviços podem ser acessados e solicitados através do App. Ótimo e completo café da manhã e menu bastante satisfatório para o almoço e para o jantar. Sem dúvida recomendo o Four Season Westcliff em Joanesburgo

Unfortunately, we only had one night at this fantastic hotel. While the property itself is beautiful, what truly stands out is the people and the level of service — absolutely impeccable. The hotel is not located in the city center, which was actually a great advantage for us, as we were not planning to explore Johannesburg itself. Its location offers a simply breathtaking view of the surrounding area — the overall setting is truly charming. As we were on our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a special setup in our room, including sweets, flowers, and sparkling wine. It was simply unforgettable. The room is very spacious, with excellent bedding and pillows. The bathroom is also large, and the slippers are extremely comfortable — every detail is thoughtfully considered. We also visited the spa, which is outstanding, and in the evening we enjoyed a tasting menu dinner offered in partnership with Atlas Swift winery — a truly magical experience. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and complete, with both buffet options and freshly prepared dishes. I tried the full South African breakfast and it was excellent. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we are in Johannesburg.

We booked this hotel for our son and his bride. They were absolutely taken aback by the level of service they received and how special they were made to feel. We were given early access to allow the bride to get ready and nothing was too much. The service was exceptional and the pool was exceptional according to them .
