We stayed at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur twice during our trip. Our decision to return for a second stay was largely based on our excellent first experience, particularly the warm welcome and helpful service we received from the staff at check-in. Unfortunately, our second experience was quite disappointing. The welcoming service we had enjoyed during our first visit was noticeably absent, and we did not receive the same level of hospitality we had come to expect. I provided feedback to the front desk staff, who advised that it would be passed on to the manager. However, I never received any acknowledgement or follow-up, leaving me uncertain whether my concerns were actually addressed. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent and was a major factor in our decision to stay again. The hotel also has a fantastic resort-style swimming pool, which was a real highlight for our family. It provided a wonderful space for the children to enjoy themselves while we relaxed and unwound together. The breakfast was another highlight, with an impressive variety of options to suit different tastes. However, the coffee was rather average, and the coffee experience at the lobby café could certainly be improved. Overall, I would rate our experience 4/5, mainly because of the excellent location, family-friendly resort-style pool, enjoyable breakfast and our positive initial experience. its a great hotel. well located to public transport and trains direct to airport. The quality of their buffet was just excellent and the water pressure in the showers were amazing.

Very convenient from the airport with the hotel linked to the KLIA express terminal at Stesen Sentral. Relaxing atmosphere in lobby and the room was very comfortable though the bed was a bit soft for my liking. Great shower! A very comfortable sray.
