Very clean and really friendly staff

Great staff, updated rooms & lobby, good pool & beach area.

Semua dalam keadaan baik,diharap boleh maintain,anak2 suka.

I chose this hotel because it claimed to be child-friendly and designed for families. It does have a playground for kids, which is a nice touch. However, I was disappointed to find that a baby cot is provided at an extra cost, unlike most other family-oriented hotels where this is complimentary. This felt misleading because the main reason for staying here was to give my child a fun experience, yet I ended up paying extra for something that should be standard in a family-friendly hotel. It gave me the impression of being cheated. If you’re planning to stay here with a baby, be prepared for additional charges for basic amenities.
