Just great in every way. Good choice of restaurants, bars and pools on site, plenty of sun-loungers and attentive (but not intrusive) staff. Special mention to the excellent air-conditioning during the hottest week of the year. Would both recommend and go again.

The facilities and the service were fantastic. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making your stay memorable and went out of their way to meet every need. On our early morning departure the hotel provided us with a wonderful packed breakfast. I have given a lower score in facilities as there were no movie channels and the TV channels limited, however the staff tried hard to link us in.

First visit to Cyprus. Lots of hotel choices in Limassol but stayed at the Amathus on a recommendation. The facilities are excellent with a huge choice of swimming pools and restaurants, and easy access to a number of small beaches. But the service is absolutely outstanding - from the front desk and bell staff, to the cleaners, pool staff and waiters and waitresses. Will definitely return!

I have stayed in Amathus and Four Seasons a few times now and was delighted to be upgraded to Amathus Residencies for our stay with free late check out. The 1 bedroom with pool was stunning and in its own private block, the garden and sunbed area was private and a few walking steps to the beautiful Adults only salt pool - i love this pool. The service was great, breakfast was good and overall stay was a great start to my holiday. We enjoyed every minute and were very appreciative of the upgrade - Thank you once again Amathus for an amazing stay, great memories were made!

A fantastic family holiday resort! Service was really impressive, from room to restaurant service. Everything was clean, all staff were friendly and efficient. For families with young kids, I couldn’t recommend highly enough. The outdoor kids pool was heated with fun slides for both younger and older kids. My kids, 6 and 3 loved the kids club and special activities. Food was great, a good variety.

From the first step inside Amathus beach resort, we were so pleased we had booked to stay there. The hotel itself, the facilities, the room, the view and the breakfast were all fabulous. But what made it even more special was the attentiveness of the staff. Without exception we felt so welcome by every single member we came across. Friendly and helpful without being imposing I feel they struck the perfect balance making it a more personal stay. The Xmas decor was beautiful and tasteful, the live piano was wow. The only feedback which might be helpful is I was hoping to do a yoga /pilates class in the morning but found these were not offered at weekends. Other than that, wonderful stay and I hope to take the kids on our next visit.

Our stay was amazing. Spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. The food was great and very affordable, breakfast is super good. Very good location . As a gold member, since the hotel was full and we didn't get a room upgrade, they offered us an amazing dinner, we really appreciate this kind welcome . Highly recommended!

Overnight in Limassol and this hotel was outstanding. Staff were very attentive, rooms spacious, surroundings beautiful, food was lovely. Although I didn’t have much time there the facilities look second to none.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms and facilities were nice, clean and well kept, the gym was well equipped and modern, there was a decent selection at breakfast and the food in the dinner restaurants was good too. The garden & sea area was also lovely. The staff were friendly, especially the reception and guest relation team, I would say that we found the bar staff a bit slow and inattentive at times though. We went during winter and the car park, restaurant, pool etc were already quite busy so this might a bit much in summer. The location was convenient and overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel!

Un hôtel qui mérite plus 4 que 5 étoiles. Premièrement le personnel n'est pas très sympathique. La propreté laisse à désirer, car tous les transats sans exception sont sales. Le toboggan aquatique un coup de karcher ne lui ferait pas de mal. Et 5 € une bouteille d'eau c'est quand même n'importe quoi

An absolutely amazing hotel. From check in with cold towels and welcome drinks to the time we checked out there was nothing we could fault. Beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and powerful showers, friendly, efficient staff, amazing food and plenty of choices at the buffets all of high standards. Lovely swimming pools, always clean, not too loud, attentive lifeguards that were friendly- honestly this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. After the stay when back in larnaca at our holiday home, my son realised he forgot his teddy. The hotel went above and beyond to find him (he ended up in the laundry) and we went and picked him up! Highly recommend this hotel, even if you just do a couple of nights like we did. It’s worth every penny! We will definitely come back again next year!

This was an amazing stay. We got a room upgrade which was great and highly appreciated. The only downside was the food and drinks service. On a couple of occasions our orders were wrong and we had some miscommunication when trying to explain that one of the children in our group had food allergies. Other than that everything was perfect.

We stayed here after staying at its sister the Four Seasons next door. In April the advantage of the Amathus is the pools feel warmer as they are smaller and easier to heat. the garden is lovely and bigger than the Four Seasons garden area for sun loungers, they also have a good free kids buffet. Drawbacks are the bathroom has no door (the loo has) which is tricky if you are a family sharing - you need to close the blinds on the shower too. And the general restaurant is much more cafeteria like particularly the outdoors area.

This is a lovely hotel but somehow I was left feeling disappointed. The staff were very nice and attentive, the breakfast was great quality, the facilities fine but on arrival the building seemed like a concrete block and it felt more of a great business hotel rather than resort hotel. The first floor had odd baths which at first I thought wee for disabled people but seems to be just a style of combining bath and shower. The sofa bed is not recommended for anyone but younger children. The mattress is too thin and uncomfortable for older children. Nevertheless it is a great place and I cant quite put my finger on why it did'nt work for me.

Excellent hôtel. Hyper bien situé en bord de mer. Hôtel luxueux. Service premium. Chambre hyper bien rénové, très moderne. Vue sur la mer fantastique. Restaurants pour dîner excellent. Très bon service, très belle carte et très bon vins. Le service est excellent surtout au restaurant de poissons Limanaki, avec Michalakis, Mathis et le sommelier Àntonis. Les piscines, les lits de bain et le service est excellent. De superbes vacances en famille et un super souvenir.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms and facilities were nice, clean and well kept, the gym was well equipped and modern, there was a decent selection at breakfast and the food in the dinner restaurants was good too. The garden & sea area was also lovely. The staff were friendly, especially the reception and guest relation team, I would say that we found the bar staff a bit slow and inattentive at times though. We went during winter and the car park, restaurant, pool etc were already quite busy so this might a bit much in summer. The location was convenient and overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel!

This was an amazing stay. We got a room upgrade which was great and highly appreciated. The only downside was the food and drinks service. On a couple of occasions our orders were wrong and we had some miscommunication when trying to explain that one of the children in our group had food allergies. Other than that everything was perfect.

First visit to Cyprus. Lots of hotel choices in Limassol but stayed at the Amathus on a recommendation. An absolutely amazing hotel. From check in with cold towels and welcome drinks to the time we checked out there was nothing we could fault. Beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and powerful showers, friendly, efficient staff, amazing food and plenty of choices at the buffets all of high standards. Lovely swimming pools, always clean, not too loud, attentive lifeguards that were friendly- honestly this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. After the stay when back in larnaca at our holiday home, my son realised he forgot his teddy. The hotel went above and beyond to find him (he ended up in the laundry) and we went and picked him up! Highly recommend this hotel, even if you just do a couple of nights like we did. It’s worth every penny! We will definitely come back again next year!

While many properties "trimmed back" amenities during the pandemic and have continued to do so, the Amathus Beach Hotel has not forgotten what a premium hotel experience should include. From the welcome amenities to the turndown service to the fully stocked and daily replenished mini bar, it\'s all the small details that add up to a seamless stay. Highly recommend this property!

Great few days. Lovely spacious room with sea view and balcony. Good bathroom with powerful shower and full size shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast is plentiful and has all the options you could think of. Ate at the Grill Room and the Fish Restaurant, both were very good. I was there for work but this hotel would be great for a beach holiday.

It is a beautiful hotel! A kid’s heaven and there is also adult only pool and beach. Nice walk way in front of beach for daily walk or running. Although we did not have the VIP upgrade cause it was not available. But the room manager was very kind to give us a dining voucher and a late check out. One thing to be aware is the restaurants will bring you bread without asking and then charge 7 pounds for it. Especially at the Limanaki Fish Restaurant, with 2 tiny slices breakfast bread, and half bagel looking slice. The Grill Room brought a full round bread. I don’t mind to pay for it, if they asked at the front. But don’t like the way they sneaked in to charge it!

A fantastic family holiday resort! Service was really impressive, from room to restaurant service. Everything was clean, all staff were friendly and efficient. For families with young kids, I couldn’t recommend highly enough. The outdoor kids pool was heated with fun slides for both younger and older kids. My kids, 6 and 3 loved the kids club and special activities. Food was great, a good variety.

My stay at the Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of warmth, professionalism and attention to detail that truly sets this hotel apart. Every element, from the elegant rooms to the incredible dining experiences and serene pool areas, reflects luxury and comfort at its finest. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the outstanding leadership of the Resort Manager, Efthymios Katsenios. The pools were lovely, although the Children’s pool was closed and the main pool was on the cold side. However the heated indoor pool was great for the children to swim in. Kids Club facilities are amazing, equipped with soft play and extensive activities. Children have to be 4yrs old to be left unattended, however you can gain access to supervise younger children.

My stay at the Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of warmth, professionalism and attention to detail that truly sets this hotel apart. The resort itself is stunning, immaculately maintained, beautifully designed and perfectly positioned along the coastline. Every element, from the elegant rooms to the incredible dining experiences and serene pool areas, reflects luxury and comfort at its finest. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the outstanding leadership of the Resort Manager, Efthymios Katsenios. His presence is felt throughout the hotel, ensuring every guest is cared for with genuine hospitality and excellence. Efthymios goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere and his dedication to delivering a flawless guest experience is truly remarkable.
