Dem kunde fixa en extra säng men dem ville ha extra betal ca 450kr extra per natt. Borde på 4 våning men man hörde musiken från baren som var på botten plan till kl 3 på morgonen.

Check in slow due to no wifi Late at night waited an hour Key card didn't work for the 2 days TV only worked 1 night. Limited channels Check out slow in early morning. Waited 30 mins for a taxi No hospitality as hotel was venue for all night nightclub. Disappointing for Dubai. First bad experience in Dubai after staying in many hotels here and around the world as didn't feel like a guest just a paying client.

Dette hotel kan ikke anbefales. Generelt slidt og gammelt. Det værste var dog at hotellet har et diskotek, som spiller voldsomt høj musik natten igennem. Vi fik vores nattesøvn ødelagt af denne årsag.

객실은 좀 낡아 보였지만 직원분들은 친절하셨습니다. 많이 피곤했기 때문이었는지는 모르겠지만, 한 번도 깨지 않고 꿀잠 잤습니다. 그런데 로비의 인테리어등은 사진과 많이 다르게 좀 오래돼 보였습니다. 가격대에 비해선 조금 낡은 호텔인 것 같습니다 그리고 택시 기사들이 헷갈려서 택시를 세 번이나 갈아 타야 했습니다. 너무 피곤한 하루였는데 교통체증이 너무 심했고 택시비를 total 150디람이나 쓰고서야 호텔에 도착했어요ㅠ

O hotel é muito bom e sua localização perfeita. Perto do metrô e muitas opções de mercados e lojas. Nossa estadia foi ótima e todo o pessoal de grande gentileza. Como observação acho que é um hotel antigo que precisa de algumas reformas .

Det er slet ikke et familie hotel. Man kan høre deres klubmusik helt op til 4 sal. Vores check in foregik i en røgfyldt rum. Det første rum vi fik var der blevet røget i. Musikken gjorde at vi ikke en gang fik 4 timers søvn. Vi chekket ind kl 01 om morgen og forlod igen kl 12 samme dag

There was no water available when I woke up in the morning, so I couldn’t wash my face or brush my teeth. The breakfast was disappointing—mostly vegetarian, with very few non-vegetarian options. When I entered my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I could also smell smoke coming from outside. The club on the ground floor was extremely noisy, with loud music and people shouting, and I could hear everything even from my room on the second floor. There were also many people walking noisily through the corridor; the hotel should put up signs reminding guests to be quiet at night since others are trying to sleep. The staff were generally okay, but the staff who checked me in could use more training in customer service.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Sandee ,the maintenance guy was so nice and helpful (made us laugh a lot) definitely coming back!!! The room was clean and nice also they had everything we needed.

Housekeeping was decent but they gave us stained towels which I felt kinda grossed after. I asked for a bandaid and they gave it to me after 1 hour lol. They should have someone to control their traffic outside the property since its a really busy main street

This hotel is tired & dated. The room was dark & dingy & the dirty caret had been partially replaced by boards. The sink in our room was cracked & dirty. We were not given enough towels & I had to ask twice for additional, which was deemed to be an inconvenience. Other than the two porters, the rest of the staff were really completely disinterested. We were really too tired from travelling to express our concerns & just glad to move on to our next hotel.The property is located on a very busy junction & directly under the airport flight path. If you like pollution this hotel is for you, although I have to say, it is well insulated, so there was no noise disturbance.

The room was poorly. No hand towels in the bathroom and only 1 bath towel, the flush would keep running when used. Lighting near the door/outside the bathroom broken. King bed was 2 twin beds connected, they do not have 2 queens. No, i didnt contact the hotel bcoz i came to stay for 1 night and i expect the room to be liveable and not have to complain. Do no recommend this place.

Overall the property is ok for a short stay but not close to most tourist attractions. The benefits is that it is 5 minutes from a metro station so you can get around easily and cheap if you don’t want to bother renting a car. Breakfast was very mediocre. Rooms are dated but the beds were comfortable. Service was very good. There is not much around the hotel and the area is a bit “dicey”.

The staff were really a gem! Special thanks to Ms. Karem for assisting us and making sure that everything is smooth. Thanks too to Mr. Pradip. Location is good which is around 10-15 mins to the airport by taxi. Rooms are spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Our room attendant cleaned our room nicely. Only Reception team are not friendly even dont know to greet the guest , also dont to smile all very serious. It was an easy check-in. We needed some adjustments of rooms and the staff at the reception were very helpful. They were very customer oriented and addressed to our needs. We stayed at this property for three days and needed assistance at various occasions. We found the staff team always available, willing and ready to assist at any time. It never took more than a few minutes to attend whenever you called housekeeping service. Hotel provides most of the services a guest would require, in-house. Most importantly, it’s reasonably cheap compared to similar properties. Highly recommend and I definitely will book this hotel again and again

The staff were really a gem! Special thanks to Ms. Karem for assisting us and making sure that everything is smooth. Thanks too to Mr. Pradip. Location is good which is around 10-15 mins to the airport by taxi. Rooms are spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Overall we had an excellent stay Staff are so friendly , they welcomed us great! It’s close to the Metro Train, and easy access to go anywhere! We bought the GOLD CARD for the metro train which is a VIP seat to take the Metro. I recommend Oprah the receptionist lady she was above and beyond helping us during our Stay!

The benefits is that it is 5 minutes from a metro station so you can get around easily and cheap if you don’t want to bother renting a car. Breakfast was very mediocre. Rooms are dated but the beds were comfortable. Service was very good. There is not much around the hotel and the area is a bit “dicey”.

This hotel is tired & dated. The room was dark & dingy & the dirty caret had been partially replaced by boards. The sink in our room was cracked & dirty. We were not given enough towels & I had to ask twice for additional, which was deemed to be an inconvenience. Other than the two porters, the rest of the staff were really completely disinterested. We were really too tired from travelling to express our concerns & just glad to move on to our next hotel.The property is located on a very busy junction & directly under the airport flight path. If you like pollution this hotel is for you, although I have to say, it is well insulated, so there was no noise disturbance.

Everything was good. But even it’s 4 star hotel they don’t have microwave in room. Parking is not included it’s AED30 for each day. breakfast is good but there isn’t have any meat option. Good staffs, easy shopping area there are lots of shopping mall shops. Near to visit places. 15-20 minutes drive for any visit place

Do not stay at this hotel—especially if you are traveling with family. We booked this hotel expecting a basic, clean place to sleep before an early flight. Based on the name and the reviews we saw on Expedia, we believed it would be decent. That was a serious mistake. I now genuinely question how those reviews exist, because they do not reflect reality at all. I should have checked Google reviews instead. This hotel is beyond terrible. The moment we entered, there was an overwhelming, artificial strawberry-chemical odor being pumped through the air conditioning system. The smell is suffocating—so strong it makes it difficult to breathe. Due to that, I could not sleep the entire night!!! I cannot imagine what this would do to someone with allergies, asthma, or any respiratory sensitivity. It is clearly being used to mask heavy smoking odors, something we were never informed that it was allowed. The environment was completely inappropriate for families. The lobby contains multiple clubs, and there are men and women interactions that are not appropriate for families. When we waited there for about 30 minutes before leaving for the airport, I had to physically shield my child’s attention and tell her not to look around. No parent should ever be put in that position. This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life. Unsafe, unpleasant, and misleading. Do not stay here.
